Absolutely amazed with this team! I wasn't too sure about it at first because I live in St. Petersburg so it’s about a 45 minute drive from me, but they made it absolutely worth it! I had never had any surgery or anything of the sort prior to getting my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Raffoul made me feel better about getting my first IV ever which is what I was most nervous about. The entire team was very outgoing, friendly, and helpful! I’d also like to point out that they were very understanding with my financial situation and helped me set up a payment plan that worked for me! Definitely coming back to this office.

This was my second time at this office and was quite pleasant to say the least. I am one that is not fond of the dentist or dental cleanings by any means, typical I start sweating and the toes start to curl but my most recent visit was very nice. I had a cleaning done by one of the dental hygienists named Amanda. I never in my life (including military service) have had such a gentle experience at the dentist. Amanda is very light handed yet thorough, has the knowledge to educate her patients and is very easy to talk to...not to mention she's easy on the eyes. Amanda is my go to hygienist. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone

By FAR the best Dentist ever!!!! Office staff is extremely professional and makes you feel like family from the moment you call. Got me in as a new patient the same day. Every time I am there I wait for probably no more than 5 minutes. They really respect your time. The actual dental work is phenomenal! I needed 2 crowns on my front teeth due to a childhood trauma and they look amazing!!! I did whitening before the final crown and everything matched perfectly. Even the way Dr Raffoul does the numbing is great. Felt way less painful than any other dentist I have ever been too!! I had a few cavities on top and bottom and he was able to all fillings the same day. The hygienist is super friendly and did an amazing job as well. I can not recommend this office enough!!!

The staff is great and everyone is just so willing to help and answer all questions. Amanda was the absolute best! I'm sure she got tired of talking to me considering she had to keep stopping so that I could talk lol but she got it done. Don't get me started on Dr.Raffoul, he's probably my favorite person now. Appointments are quick to get and always seen on time. My wife has a TBI and requires a little extra care. Elena the hygienist is just superb. The best part is, the doctor may recommend a cleaning treatment but still lets the hygienist evaluate you and if she has a different opinion, he will accept her word. I had my appt. on 9/11/19 for a root canal procedure performed by DR. Schwartz & his crew ..I was terrified this was my 3rd attempt to get this done!! Third doctor I saw and I immediately knew Dr. Schwartz & Dr. Raffoul were the best for the job. I have MAJOR dental anxiety I mean MAJOR and they literally made my experience painless and quick and comforting. The techs are ALL super caring and I had IV sedation which they monitor you and guide you and never left my side. They talked and laughed and made me feel like I knew everything what was going on. However IV sedation took all the anxiety and fear away. I was in so much pain and putting off this root canal 2 other times.. Had it not been for them as a team I would still be in pain and needing a root canal done. Oh and BONUS you get your permanant crown there! they make them in their lab... also I left with only Motrin 800 MG & Amox 500 MG No Narcotics unless you really need them. I do not. I would trust these dr's with my children and I will get my next root canal done there as well. I am in need for another. The compassion and patience and level of humanity these dr's showed me was so amazing and it got me through one of the hardest things/fears I had to face. Thanks to them & staff ♥ I am forever grateful because ANXIETY/PANICK DISORDER is no joke . Thanks hope this helps the next person.

I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Fadi. When I got my wisdom teeth removed I was a bit nervous, due to a bad experience I had previously at another practice. Dr. Fadi and his assistant were so patient and funny and quick. They’re the sweetest people that really care about what they do and who they treat. I recently returned For another appointment at their practice and the ladies at the front desk were so warm (as always). I had a Valentine’s Day appointment and when I left I felt like I should have brought everyone in that practice a dozen roses. I first visited October 31, 2018 for a standard cleaning. I had been having some bleeding issues with my gums. After a great initial visit and advice on prevention I had my follow up cleaning earlier this week. My dental hygienist Amanda informed me that there was great improvement in my gums which was awesome to hear. I attribute this to her hard work and educating me. Dr. Raffoul also worked on my first crown ever. I anticipated the experience to be painful and awful, but somehow he managed to make the whole experience without any pain or anxiety. The whole staff is so welcoming and friendly that you feel like they’ve been your friends for years. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to try them out. I would recommend to anyone looking for a change to make an appointment here.

They are so gentle, so welcoming and just so nice. I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist. The dental hygienist is so gentle that I almost forgot I was getting my teeth cleaned. The dental assistant's Michael and Melissa are amazing. They even gave me a tour of the office, and to see how my crown was being made. And most of all Dr. Raffoul, is the kindest, most personable dentist you will ever meet. He gives you his professional opinion to ensure your overall oral health. I have a lot of anxiety when going to a dentist for even a filling, but he always makes me feel comfortable and is very gentle, yet thorough in his amazing work. Dr. Raffoul and his team go above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable (that's right I said ENJOYABLE) trip to the dentist (or in my case, several trips). I initially found them while searching for a sedation dentist due to having severe anxiety specifically related to past traumatic experiences at the dentist. I went 10+ years without going to the dentist because of this anxiety. The Dr and his team worked to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time to the extent that I was even able to let them work on my mouth without any sedation necessary (and after 10+ years they certainly had their work cut out for them!). I look forward to coming back bi annually and for any cosmetic needs! Can't say enough about the front desk, my hygienist, and the rest of the staff - they're all so accommodating and kind (Sallie, Katie & Ashley are ROCK STARS)! Highly recommend to those with anxiety and to anyone with teeth

Spending years in a small town knowing and trusting your dentist it's very hard to find one you can trust in a big city. My husband was referred from another dentist office to handle his tooth implant and I soon followed after his wonderful experience. I really like this Dental Practice. They are organized, on time, kind, patient oriented and professional. I have many dental issues. They have provided excellent care. They placed 3 tooth implants over the past 4 years. I am so happy with the results. The Implant process was a good experience. In office sedation and the tooth/ abutment was made in their office. Dr. Raffoul and his team were amazing! They got me in same day when I had a really painful wisdom tooth and then scheduled me the next day to have it removed. I wanted to be sedated for the surgery since I was very nervous but unfortunately on the day of my veins were not cooperating for them to put an iv in. Dr. Raffoul did everything he could to try and have me sedated but when that was not an option he made sure to explain everything to me and make me as comfortable as possible to be awake during the procedure. The procedure was painless and super quick and they even had me laughing seconds after they were done. I cannot thank Dr. Raffoul and his team enough for making this a good experience for me. I will definitely be recommending everyone to Family, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry!

I have enjoyed the service I have received from Dr. Raffoul and his talented staff. The process of a tooth extraction and an implant can take almost a year and a half but they prepared me for the journey. I drive from Tallahassee (they accept my insurance) , but they are worth the four hour drive due to their exceptional work! I could get the crown put on in Tallahassee in six months but I may go back to Brandon, Florida to allow Dr. Raffoul and his team to finish the job. I highly recommend this office with no reservations.

This was by far and away my best dental experience. I've suffered through a lot of oral pain in my life due to failing teeth, and I constantly procrastinate going to the dentist because my experiences always make me feel more like I'm at a used car dealership rather than a dental office. My experience with Dr Schwartz and the staff could not have been better. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel judged, I didn't feel like I was being pushed into a procedure that I didn't want or couldn't afford, and I didn't leave feeling like I never want to go back. Dr Schwartz speaks in a calm, measured tone. I got the immediate impression that he is a very considerate man and that reassured me and put me at ease. He and his assistant Melissa (who was also amazing and I'd give her 5 stars as well) took great care of me and I could tell they had my comfort as their first priority. I felt hardly any pain at all and before I knew it, the procedure was completed. As I left, The office staff was sure to ask me how I was feeling and all were so nice and genuinely friendly. I had a wisdom tooth removed and yet somehow I still left their office with a smile on my face. If you're like me and you are putting off your dental visit because you are left feeling negative by your previous dentist experiences, you don't feel that way anymore. This is the office you want to be going to.
