The worst most unprofessional employees you could imagine. One of the pharmacy technicians/ employees who claim to be the manager, refused to fill a prescription for me because i had failed to say "Goodmorning" to one of her fellow employees at the lake worth clinic location. This particular pharmacy tech was clearly upset because i did not greet her and she also was rude and also refused to fill my meds.

This place scheduling is HORRIBLE WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT when your still going to be sitting in the waiting room to see the docter 1 hr after the appointment time???really? Other then that they have a friendly staff.

Place is a joke. You will wait for hours even with an appointment. There is no sense of privacy as employees leave examination room with doors wide open while you sit there and people stare at you. Employees show no sense of urgency. I only come here because my health insurance makes me. Otherwise you couldn’t pay me to come here. Get an appointment and still waste your day sitting here for 6 hours to see a nurse practitioner and not even a doctor. Stay away at all costs!!!!

Wish I could give this place negitive stars... One star is being generous, they never answer the phone, they ignore you while you are there waiting patiently to speak with them, the office stinks, they call you by number like cattle the walls are filthy the lights are dim makes it look even dirtier, half the staff is highly unprofessional, a nurse stuck their head in to shoot the breeze with the doctor while I was being seen. Hate hate hate this place

OMG. This might as well be called Kingdom Hospital. The place you go to die while waiting for patient care. I can't believe the difference in professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness between my usual office (Green acres) and Lantana. After waiting for 2.5 hrs, I was finally seen by a doctor who rushed me through my visit because the Clinic was closed . Not my fault when he was the reason I was there that long. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location.

Pediatric dr Dessalinas (May be off on spelling) is amazing with my son. However this place is ridiculous with wait times had an 8am appointment for my son and was not seen until 9:35/9:40 bc according to their system he was “completed” the nurse administering the vaccines is rude and unprofessional and extremely late. I schedule his appointment early bc unlike the vast majority of other patients I work full time and need to be at work by 10am and was late as always bc of their lack of scheduling this place sucks
