I brought my daughter here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. My little girl is special needs and I was afraid she would not allow them to do the cleaning, etc. However, Eduardo first introduced himself, introduced my daughter to all the utensils and items he would be using during the cleaning in a friendly and fun way and made her feel like the awesome patient she was. Then, Dr. Aza came in; she was very friendly; made my daughter feel comfortable, examined her and explained a few other things to me which will lead to a follow-up appointment shortly. But bottomline, they were all super kind, caring, patient, and friendly with my daughter which I greatly appreciate. Will definitely continue coming here for my daughter's dental health. Thank you!

APDG understood, listened and worked with Jr. Like he was their own child. God bless them for helping our boy. Scheduled appointment 6 months in advance for cleaning, had to confirm appointment a million times per phone, email and txt. Arrived 30 min early to a packed (at least 20!people) lobby. Left at 6 pm (appointment was at 5pm) WITHOUT my children being seen, even though I made the receptionist aware like 3 times!!! I will certainly be going to a better organized dentist!

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the at least 1 hour wait that I always have to do in this place. Other then that, everything went smoothly and the hyginist and doctor made us feel wonderful and they did their jobs good. Something I loved was to enter the room and see the tray had the things they were going to use with my child sealed. The tools on the tray were sealed. piece of mind to see this. GREAT feeling. other times we've been here they have them unsealed on the tray. But this last time they were SEALED. NICE!!!

Our first appointment was amazing, my kids loved it. Our second appointment was a disaster. At one point there was over 15 kids waiting to be seen. When l questioned the delay, the person at front desk advised that it was different types of appointments. In which l stated that regardless, it clearly overbooked, and the waiting room is out of control. Which is not good for the families waiting because they become irritated, and the staff cant really dedicate time because of the chaos of people waiting. Its a shame because the staff is very friendly and profeasional, but the appointment experience has made me make a decision to look for another Dentist. I felt like it was a meat market, and we were just a number. With all the calls, text, and emails they send to try to try to get your business, they should try to keep their patients as well.

The service was great and the staff were amazing. The reason I deducted a star was because the procedure was scheduled for 1130 and we arrived at 11am my son did not get in until 2pm and we left at 4pm. I understand that a previous appointment took longer than they expected but it was not fun having my 5 year old with no food and cranky. The staff was so amazing that they tried to entertain him. So just be prepared for anything.

Do not recommend this place. When we confirm the appointment over the phone we let them know that we did not want another x-ray sence it was 6 month a few days. They say no problem just let the front desk know. The front desk was ok but the dentist hygienists was angry because she explained me why I should have another x-ray in my 3 year old daughter and I say not to the x-ray that was 6 month and 15 day. I walk out because that angry hygienists will not work no my daughter. I try to call back to speak with the manager on duty but I guess they have caller ID and did not pick up my calls. 4 time I have been to this place and always a different person to care for my daughter. They don't have experience and will not go back to this place. From desk 3* Cleanines 5* Hygienists 1* Doctors 3* Overall experience after 4 visits =1 I will also contact the branch manager and I will write a letter to the headquarter office.

Expect to wait atleast 40 mins even with an appointment. Although no one likes to wait. the wait is WORTH IT!!!!!! The Doctors and assistants are VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXPERTS making the experience the best one for your little one. CRISTINA IS THE BEST!!!!! Pack some patience while you wait for a room, Also pack a sweater because its very cold.

This is the first and only dentist I have taken my child to. We visit their Doral office and I have zero complaints from them. They are always professional, cordial and clean; starting with the recepcionsist all the way through the doctor, everyone is great. The experience was wonderful. The anesthesiologist and the surgical dentist made me feel so comfortable like they were taking care of their own child. It went fairly smooth and recovery was good. My daughter had a hard time taking the sleepy drink, but I bribed her with a toy. Be prepared to bribe with something in case that happens because if they don’t drink the sleepy drink they can not go forward with the process. The office is very white and plain but once you go inside, there’s TV’s with kids movies and character blankets on all the beds, so it’s a little more colorful inside. The waiting area could be slightly more comfortable since parents have to wait out there. I was much more comfortable in the curtain room but they made me leave there and go back in the lobby. Bring a jacket because it’s cold and you will be there for a while.

Every member of the team at the American Pediatric Sedation Center was great from the reception staff, dental assistants, to Dr. Huda, and Dr. Liou. I especially appreciate the positive and friendly bedside manner with which Dr. Liou engaged with my son during a very stressful moment for him before the procedure. Every step of the process was fully explained before and while our appointment progressed. Strongly recommend this facility if your child should ever need sedation for a dental procedure .

We have used the American Pediatric Dental Group sedation office for two of our children. We would highly recommend them. Our girls were age 5 & 3 when they visited. The dental work done was amazing and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff towards not only the parents but the children as well made it a really great experience. We drive from the West coast of FL just to come to this office because of our great experience here! Anyone who might be a little apprehensive of doing this kind of procedure should definitely consider going to American Pediatric Dental Group in Pembroke Pines. I can't imagine going anywhere else now!

Overall experience was wonderful. The staff was able to accommodate a last minute appointment for my daughter. The day of the procedure she started to get a fever. The anesthesiologists recommended not move forward because he didn’t feel it was safe for her. This made me feel really good about the care they had for their patients. The staff stayed in touch to make sure she was better and was flexible with scheduling. When we finally arrived the staff was again so sweet to my little one. The Doctors really took care of her as if she were her own. They explained everything thoroughly, I had no surprises. Luckily her procedure was normal and everything after was great. I walked out because neither the assistant nor the dentist would work on my son’s cleaning due to a cold soar on his lip! After waiting a whole month for this appointment because apparently they are too busy to have any openings this happened! I was so livid and neither one in this unprofessional office cared to calm me down and work with me and my 2 kids. Mind you it was my first time at this office/dentist... NEVER GOING BACK!!!! Oh and to top it off if you’re a first time visit at this location you have to fill out a stack of paper work worst then at a lawyers office!

My daughter had a sedation procedure yesterday. Her initial appointment was in June but due to the nature of her procedure we received a call last week letting us know an appt was available sooner. Everyone that helped us from the initial phone calls with the coordinators to the office admins, dental assistants, anesthesiologist and doctor were exceptional. Very warm group of highly qualified professionals took the worry out of the day. I had clear info as to the step by step and they even called today to check on her. They used to be very good, but today Sep 12 , I was very frustrated and disappointed ! I waited one hour and half at Doral location for my turn and after finding a cavity, the next appointment for treatment will be on February ?? 5 months after ?? I don't think this make sense at all ! I insisted and the lady said, they have lots of kids and might have a possibility of cancellation so I could have the appointment sooner! The first dentist we went to prior to my sons visit at the sedation center was terrible. And my son was a little shaken up because of it. I wasn’t confortable with doing the procedure so I left and looked up other dentist that do sedation that’s how I found the American Pediatric Dental Group. My son as well as myself felt comfortable and welcomed there. My son isn’t the best patient so to see him cooperating with everyone was just amazing. Because of his awesome encounter I’ve made American Pediatric Dental Group his primary. Thanks to all of you!. My favorite part was when the dentist came in to explain the procedure he said to me “I just want to let you know that I’ll treat Sheldon just like he’s my own son.” They are amazing and polite. I’ll recommend them for all children

I give this location ZERO stars! My son had an appointment today and his stepdad took him, which he has done in the past. Myself, my husband and his father alternate taking him to his appointments, because we all work and the same person cannot be missing work all the time. When my husband arrived, front desk did not want to check him in because he was not his father, mind you he has taken him before and there have been no issues, which he explains. She did not want to hear him nor help. I call and they tell me I have to giveauthorization, which he has! plus he has taken him before. They say that I need to send an email, which I did. Mind you I'm WORKING all this time. I had to get out of work and go in person. The office manager Carolina Cortez is incompetent, she did not want to help us and called my husband a liar for saying he has brought him before and that they had seen him, which is true. She is very rude and does not take into consideration the patients needs and refused to let my child be seen. At the endmy son missed school time, and my husband and I missed work. I have seen many negative reviews here regarding Carolina Cortez. Clearly if more than one person has negative reviews about her, it seems to me something must be done about her. I will not be taking my kids here anymore, since our concerns are not being taking care of. There are a pently of other pediatric clinics with better staff. You will continue to lose customers if Carolina Cortez keeps managing that office. I also called corporate office to give a formal complaint on Carolina Cortez.

The waitingroom had family movies and child's cartoons playing and area to play video games. This helping to destract and entertain my daughter so she would not be nervous while waiting. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Everyone from the reception to the doctors was patient and understanding. I highly recommend if you find your child in need of sedation dentistry you think about American Pediatric dental group.

My daughter needed a triple tooth extraction. Both the doctor and the assistant (which is also a licensed dentist in her home country) were absolutely fantastic with our child and us. They were tender, caring, sweet and took the time to explain us and our daughter everything that they were going to do, what we needed to do after and any other suggestion. They took all the time and patience needed to make sure that my daughter (6 years old) was comfortable, relaxed and without pain, both before, during and after the procedure. It was truly the most remarkable dental experience we have ever had. I wish my dentist was like that when I was a kid.

I was given an appointment 5 months ago for today 10/13 at 2:50pm I arrived at 2:52 and they tell me my appointment was for 2:30pm and that they couldn’t see my daughter I explained to the manager Carolina Cortes that I was given that appointment 5-6 months ago and they always told me it was for 2:50pm, Bottom line is that she was not helpful at all and just told me that they could not see my daughter that if I wanted her to be seen I had to come back at 5pm I explained to her she had a school to be at 4 pm and she just told me that I had to see what’s more important the school or the dentist. All this in front of my 6year old, very disgusting attitude and not nice at all, she should not be working in a kid environment. as a manager I give her a zero. after I have been a patient with them for 5 years. Very disappointed! .

I had to take my daughter by myself and the drive home was actually very distracting. With her as loopy as she was from the benadryl. After waiting a whole month for this appointment because apparently they are too busy to have any openings this happened! My daughter had a sedation procedure yesterday. Her initial appointment was in June but due to the nature of her procedure we received a call last week letting us know an appt was available sooner. Everyone that helped us from the initial phone calls with the coordinators to the office admins, dental assistants, anesthesiologist and doctor were exceptional. Very warm group of highly qualified professionals took the worry out of the day. I had clear info as to the step by step and they even called today to check on her. The first dentist we went to prior to my sons visit at the sedation center was terrible. And my son was a little shaken up because of it. I wasn’t confortable with doing the procedure so I left and looked up other dentist that do sedation that’s how I found the American Pediatric Dental Group. My son as well as myself felt comfortable and welcomed there. My son isn’t the best patient so to see him cooperating with everyone was just amazing. I give this location ZERO stars! My son had an appointment today and his stepdad took him, which he has done in the past. Myself, my husband and his father alternate taking him to his appointments, because we all work and the same person cannot be missing work all the time. When my husband arrived, front desk did not want to check him in because he was not his father, mind you he has taken him before and there have been no issues, which he explains. She did not want to hear him nor help. I call and they tell me I have to giveauthorization, which he has! plus he has taken him before. They say that I need to send an email, which I did. Mind you I'm WORKING all this time. I had to get out of work and go in person. The office manager Carolina Cortez is incompetent, she did not want to help us and called my husband a liar for saying he has brought him before and that they had seen him, which is true. She is very rude and does not take into consideration the patients needs and refused to let my child be seen. At the endmy son missed school time, and my husband and I missed work. I have seen many negative reviews here regarding Carolina Cortez. Clearly if more than one person has negative reviews about her, it seems to me something must be done about her. I will not be taking my kids here anymore, since our concerns are not being taking care of. There are a pently of other pediatric clinics with better staff. You will continue to lose customers if Carolina Cortez keeps managing that office. I also called corporate office to give a formal complaint on Carolina Cortez.

My experience at American Pediatric Dental Group Sedation Center in Pembroke Pines was excellent from the moment I walked in with my son the girl at the front was very warm and made us feel right at home. She explained everything and assured me that everything was going to be ok. The assistants to the doctor were also very sweet and caring and also very knowledgeable they took the time to explain everything to me as I was very scared for my sons safety but they were so good at explaining each and every step! The anesthesiologist and doctor were also very caring warm and knowledgeable I truly felt as If I knew them forever! This is just a friendly suggestion, I was standing with my son at the counter with another gentlement filling out a form, I arrived almost 10 minutes prior my appointment, the lady at the counter didn't acknowledge my presence at all, not even a greet or I'll be with you shortly, another mom came after and she immediately acknowledge her like if I wasn't there at all, all I did was observe the service she was providing the place was with no a/c and that's ok but the fact that the lady whick later I found out what her name was "jenny" I told her I had an appointment with my son and she said I did not see you and I said I was standing there for like seven minutes , and another lady came andayou saw her, I filled some papers and she sent me to the other room across to wait for my turn , the mom that came late 1/2 hour to her appointment she went inside first no fair I think in order to stop this inconvenience the mom or daddthat comes late should wait and let the ones that come on time go in first instead this should apply to any parents despite the fact is a mom or a dad thank you for your attention.

Theres no quality its only about the quantity and if you pay attention and look closely to your surroundings the office is not very clean. Dust everywhere. Also, I have been trying to get a copy of my childrens xrays since August and we are now in Novemeber and no one answers to emails or phone. Called coorporate and they are just as unprofessional and not helpful at all. Everyone promises to call you back and no one ever does.Not an office I would want my kids to attend.

(Sigh)... Where do I begin? Maybe from the time when I learned that my daughter will need surgery. From the moment (a year ago) when I was referred to this clinic - I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. My daughter took a year to get to the required weight for her procedure, and I was met with patience, understanding and felt that my daughter’s safety was of their upmost concern. The ENTIRE staff, from the resprentatives who pick up the calls to the doctors/anesthesiologist who conduct the surgery, I’ve never had to clutch my heart once when it came to my daughter. I felt, and have always felt, safe and secure that my daughter was in sure and protective hands. They truly knew how to interact with my sweet baby and made her feel so comfortable. They carried my concerns the entire process, even in the end as one of the assistants walked me down to my car to ensure we left safely. The procedure went well. Daughters teeth look Pristine. She wasn’t in pain. Recovered incredibly well. I will forever be indebted To such an amazing team. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Our experience was very bad. We waited 1.5 month to start a crown operation. Since they do not have a proper and visible sign for their location (they do not have any directions to patients to park and find the room), my wife was 15 minutes late to the appointment. After that, they were not helpful at all. they just tried to complicate to issue. They threaten to use other options such as general anesthesia if the child does not behave well. Being late is an issue, but I don't think 15 minutes make a huge difference. This is a pediatric dentist, even we were on time the doctor could have face other complications, thus it can take more time than the expected. So, they can simply consider the issue as an unexpected one. To be honest, if they were trying to be helpful, I would be collaborative. However, my impression was they had enough "customers" (not patients), so they do not care. Find another place where they act you as a patient not a customer.

The office was clean and fairly easy to find. It is in the heart of doral so there will be traffic to get there. The staff seemed very snooty and entitled (on a side note all had on wayyy too much makeup). The dentist herself was friendly but I could tell she didn't feel fully comfortable once my son started questioning her actions. I would expect a "professional" to be able to answer basically questions without hesitation; especially to a patient. During the prep, my son was not comfortable with the new device used to prevent water and saliva from accumulating in the mouth. I advised she might have to use the suction tube and gauze method and she gave me the most confused look I'd seen on a person in quite some time. I explained the process and she still didn't know what I spoke of. Overall, the office is clean and looks all fancy with new machines and monitors and TVs everywhere. However, I can see its an office limited to what was taught at school and not run by people that think on their feet and are not comfortable stepping outside of their comfort zone. I've decided to take my son to my old dentist, and though not modernized, my son had no problems with the traditional ways of dental practice. This was probably just a case of "newer is always better" but for us, this time, the traditional way worked and produced better results.

I been going with my kids for the past 2 years but over the last year there service is terrible. If they make a mistake they refuse to help you unless you have proof and who has proof of what they say verbally. Everytime you make an appointment for treatment the appointment are 2/3 months scheduled and god forbid you have to reschedule or they call you at the wrong number. Another 2/3 months wait. My daughter had 3 cavities and they scheduled her and they only did one and told us to schedule for the other 2. Another 3 months and they may only do one. My daughter is 12 years old. I been trying to get her cavities problem done for almost a year. Today they cancelled her appointment because they called my old number instead of the new number I provided them with. I am definitely finding her a new dentist office.

(Sigh)... Where do I begin? Maybe from the time when I learned that my daughter will need surgery. From the moment (a year ago) when I was referred to this clinic - I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. My daughter took a year to get to the required weight for her procedure, and I was met with patience, understanding and felt that my daughter’s safety was of their upmost concern. The ENTIRE staff, from the resprentatives who pick up the calls to the doctors/anesthesiologist who conduct the surgery, I’ve never had to clutch my heart once when it came to my daughter. I felt, and have always felt, safe and secure that my daughter was in sure and protective hands. They truly knew how to interact with my sweet baby and made her feel so comfortable. They carried my concerns the entire process, even in the end as one of the assistants walked me down to my car to ensure we left safely. The procedure went well. Daughters teeth look Pristine. She wasn’t in pain. Recovered incredibly well. I will forever be indebted To such an amazing team. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Our experience was very bad. We waited 1.5 month to start a crown operation. Since they do not have a proper and visible sign for their location (they do not have any directions to patients to park and find the room), my wife was 15 minutes late to the appointment. After that, they were not helpful at all. they just tried to complicate to issue. They threaten to use other options such as general anesthesia if the child does not behave well. Being late is an issue, but I don't think 15 minutes make a huge difference. This is a pediatric dentist, even we were on time the doctor could have face other complications, thus it can take more time than the expected. So, they can simply consider the issue as an unexpected one. To be honest, if they were trying to be helpful, I would be collaborative. However, my impression was they had enough "customers" (not patients), so they do not care. Find another place where they act you as a patient not a customer.

The office was clean and fairly easy to find. It is in the heart of doral so there will be traffic to get there. The staff seemed very snooty and entitled (on a side note all had on wayyy too much makeup). The dentist herself was friendly but I could tell she didn't feel fully comfortable once my son started questioning her actions. I would expect a "professional" to be able to answer basically questions without hesitation; especially to a patient. During the prep, my son was not comfortable with the new device used to prevent water and saliva from accumulating in the mouth. I advised she might have to use the suction tube and gauze method and she gave me the most confused look I'd seen on a person in quite some time. I explained the process and she still didn't know what I spoke of. Overall, the office is clean and looks all fancy with new machines and monitors and TVs everywhere. However, I can see its an office limited to what was taught at school and not run by people that think on their feet and are not comfortable stepping outside of their comfort zone. I've decided to take my son to my old dentist, and though not modernized, my son had no problems with the traditional ways of dental practice. This was probably just a case of "newer is always better" but for us, this time, the traditional way worked and produced better results.

I been going with my kids for the past 2 years but over the last year there service is terrible. If they make a mistake they refuse to help you unless you have proof and who has proof of what they say verbally. Everytime you make an appointment for treatment the appointment are 2/3 months scheduled and god forbid you have to reschedule or they call you at the wrong number. Another 2/3 months wait. My daughter had 3 cavities and they scheduled her and they only did one and told us to schedule for the other 2. Another 3 months and they may only do one. My daughter is 12 years old. I been trying to get her cavities problem done for almost a year. Today they cancelled her appointment because they called my old number instead of the new number I provided them with. I am definitely finding her a new dentist office.

We loved how they treated our son. I was super nervous and scared of this whole procedure. They explained everything from start to finish exactly what they were going to do and the possibilities. They treated my son as if he was theirs and the great thing they didn’t give him more than what he exactly needed. Our son is 3 and being so little I wasn’t sure if they would have to sedate him more but they only had to give the oral sedation mediation and didn’t need to give the shot. I was glad they didn’t over do it if they didn’t have it. They took care of the problem areas and protected the teeth above to help prevent anything that can possibly come up in the future. They really made us feel comfortable and safe that he was in great hands. Overall the whole staff was wonderful and patient. If we had to do this again we will definitely be back here. Thank you for walking us out to the car. We appreciate everything and everyone:)

My experience was horrible , I waited 45 minutes after my appointment to be told that my daughter who had sickle cell disease could not be seen because they didn’t have the medical clearance that my hemotologist office faxed several times , worst of all was that the person whom seem to be in charge approached me in front of my kids to argue that fact the I was an irresponsible parent because I didn’t have the form which had been faxed to them several times. To make matters worst my 10 yr old daughter who was the child with the disability came home crying because felt she was not seen because of her disability . Shame to the person who I didn’t even bother to take her name for her actions in front of children that don’t know. Further action will be taken

This is the first time that I come to American Pediatric Dental and I have to say that the staff is simply amazing. Not only were they understanding that my 8 year old is autistic, they were fast paced and friendly. I recommend them to everyone. Only reason I rate them a 4 is because I was told to give a 5 star rating, before services were completed, and because scheduling wasn't as easy as I thought. For the work that my little one needed I was given a September appointment but made it an issue and got an appointment for the end of August.

The sweet and friendly lady in the front, Janette, helped schedule our appointment and just made everything work out as smoothly as possible :) The doctor, Dr. Liou, and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Huda, treated my daughter as if she was one of their own children. They explained everything to me very clearly yet in a way that my daughter wouldn’t completely understand (so as not to scare her). I was able to be with my daughter right before the procedure and then right after, when she woke up. During the procedure, a nurse came to me just to let me know that everything was going well. After the procedure, one of the sweet nurses, Alex, carried my daughter to our car and buckled her in. The next day my daughter was back to herself. I highly recommend American pediatric sedation center to anyone that needs dental work for their child.

Especially at their sedation center, when my nerves and trepidation as a parent are being put to the test, I cannot speak any higher to the caliber of the whole team from the reassurance of the anesthesiologist and the concern of doctor, to the entire warm professionalism and helpfulness of the whole support team and staffeity whom you interact. We had such an amazing experience at the American Pediatric Dental Sedation Center. I was a nervous momma knowing my 5 year old boy was going in for a sedation procedure. Dr. Huda and Dr. Liou made me feel so at ease. I loved when they told me the would take care of him like he was their own child! From the moment we walked in the door, there were video games to keep my son entertained and when we went back with the very kind nurse she let him pick his favorite show on Netflix. He didn’t even realized he was about to have a big procedure and was not nervous which was a huge relief for me. During the procedure I sat in the lobby and jumped on their free Wi Fi to get some work done on my laptop. Before I knew it they were calling me to him, he came out safe and sound with his teeth in much better shape than before. They were so nice, gave him a popsicle and helped us to the car. I would absolutely recommend this office for anyone thinking about doing sedation dentistry for their child! They do amazing work, are very caring, and have a beautiful and clean facility. 5 stars!!!!

I am giving this place one star just because their doctors who are amazing, but other than that it deserves none. First of all, trying to obtain an appointment here out of the routine control appointments the kids have is ridiculous, they do not have the right front desk staff able to manage the volume of kids that go there, therefore the appointment system is a mess. They told us my daughter had multiple cavities and that they would treat them in pairs, however the last one they schedule us for 6 months later....???.... and that if I wanted to get a sooner appointment i needed to call every morning at certain time to check if there were any cancellations for the next day because they are not capable of monitoring a wait list. After 5 months i finally get an appointment for 5 pm the next day, to which i of course accept. A man called me the same day at 10 am to tell me that i missed my appointment at 9:30 am...???.. I tell him that our appointment (which they gave me the day before) was at 5 pm, to please check that is still there, we do not have an appointment in the AM. He says its not there, and that all he knows for sure is that it was at 9:30 am and I missed it. I asked to please be transfer to the lady who originally gave me the appointment the day before and I was put on hold for ever, no one came to the phone, no one apologized for their mistake, no one called me to resolve the issue or give me another appointment. It is unbelievable to be in the Children medical business and lack the professionalism that it deserves, it is disrespectful to the parents and the doctors they are not capable of managing the schedules properly. I am never going back to this place AGAIN!!!!

My daughter is a patient at American Pediatric Dental Group around a year ago. We leave near the office located by Doral and everytime we’ve been there the experience have been amazing. It’s an etremely clean place, which makes it confortable for the kids and patents. Every room is meticulosly equiped and spacious. The personnel, from the girls at the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctors, are very nice and respectful, and make the “dentist visit” a fun and enjoyable experience for the kids. I highly recomend this place if you are on the search for a dentist for your kid.

Even though the office was running a little behind, that is a good sign to me. It wasn't so behind that I was like 'are you kidding me?!' It was, 'okay they're taking their time with each patient for their in particular needs' which is important to me for my daughter. The dentist was extremely caring and my daughter loved him. The anesthesiologist took great care of Sylvie. When she woke up she was groggy to be expected. She got ice pops to suck on when she came out, as they monitored her for about 35 minutes to be sure she was okay, and we could leave. Then after laying around for a couple hours at home relaxing she felt better. they called a couple of times to make sure that she was okay which I extremely appreciate. They take precaution after precaution to make sure that your child is comfortable and it is and extremely safe and clean environment. I highly highly recommend this office!!

The staff is very friendly and the location is beautiful and clean. The only issue is the wait time. I understand that some of the younger patients can take longer due to fear but when you have older kids that you need to take to school or have someone needing to get to work, a 2 hour wait time is unacceptable. Maybe age groups should be divided between the offices so that those patients that are easy to get in and out can be attended to on time.

They told us my daughter had multiple cavities and that they would treat them in pairs, however the last one they schedule us for 6 months later....???.... and that if I wanted to get a sooner appointment i needed to call every morning at certain time to check if there were any cancellations for the next day because they are not capable of monitoring a wait list. After 5 months i finally get an appointment for 5 pm the next day, to which i of course accept. A man called me the same day at 10 am to tell me that i missed my appointment at 9:30 am...???.. I tell him that our appointment (which they gave me the day before) was at 5 pm, to please check that is still there, we do not have an appointment in the AM. He says its not there, and that all he knows for sure is that it was at 9:30 am and I missed it. I asked to please be transfer to the lady who originally gave me the appointment the day before and I was put on hold for ever, no one came to the phone, no one apologized for their mistake, no one called me to resolve the issue or give me another appointment. It is unbelievable to be in the Children medical business and lack the professionalism that it deserves, it is disrespectful to the parents and the doctors they are not capable of managing the schedules properly. I am never going back to this place AGAIN!!!!

Horrible customer service I continue taking my child because of their schedules on weekdays and weekends. I received several emails to confirm the appointment and I confirmed. Then I received text messages and I confirmed the. I received phone calls and I confirmed. When I was waiting for more than one hour they thought I had no appointment!!!! For real? Do they know what are confirmations for? I will seriously look for another place where they can be committed to customers, that’s why business continue or go out of business, thanks to clients!!! Dentists are good but customer service is the worst.

My daughter is a patient at American Pediatric Dental Group around a year ago. We leave near the office located by Doral and everytime we’ve been there the experience have been amazing. It’s an etremely clean place, which makes it confortable for the kids and patents. Every room is meticulosly equiped and spacious. The personnel, from the girls at the front desk, to the assistants, to the doctors, are very nice and respectful, and make the “dentist visit” a fun and enjoyable experience for the kids. I highly recomend this place if you are on the search for a dentist for your kid.

They made the experience very nice for my daughter and I we felt very considered and my daughter woke up saying they were really nice they even asked me what show I wanted to watch. Even though the office was running a little behind, that is a good sign to me. It wasn't so behind that I was like 'are you kidding me?!' It was, 'okay they're taking their time with each patient for their in particular needs' which is important to me for my daughter. The dentist was extremely caring and my daughter loved him. The anesthesiologist took great care of Sylvie. When she woke up she was groggy to be expected. She got ice pops to suck on when she came out, as they monitored her for about 35 minutes to be sure she was okay, and we could leave. Then after laying around for a couple hours at home relaxing she felt better. they called a couple of times to make sure that she was okay which I extremely appreciate. They take precaution after precaution to make sure that your child is comfortable and it is and extremely safe and clean environment. I highly highly recommend this office!!

We had a good experience and everybody's always nice and pleasant the only thing is when you call the parents to let him know especially when the parents are split up you need to let both parents know how to get in the building cuz we had to walk all the way around the building and then go to one of the business downstairs 2x how to get upstairs and their new should be assigned the elevators are through those double doors on each side

My son needed an appointment right away which I was able to get. The customer service was great and Dr. Pena was amazing! Super friendly and made my husband feel very comfortable. They took care of my son and his procedure was painless thanks to Dr. Huda the anesthesiologist. After his procedure they called to check on him which was nice. I would highly recommend them!

He was patient, and did a deep cleaning, x-rays, and both my sons cooperated and we're happy about it! I honestly don't know how he did it, but he sure did

The staff is very friendly and the location is beautiful and clean. The only issue is the wait time. I understand that some of the younger patients can take longer due to fear but when you have older kids that you need to take to school or have someone needing to get to work, a 2 hour wait time is unacceptable. Maybe age groups should be divided between the offices so that those patients that are easy to get in and out can be attended to on time.
