My four year old need a tooth to be removed due to an injury and the staff and dentist made the visit so smooth that I ended up being the one crying and not my son. I was so happy that he didn’t feel any pain or that he was scared. Hands down this office is the best in Miami!!!!!

Carlos is awesome with my 2 kids! He even took them with him after their procedures and gave them balloons and let them help put the helium in the balloons... My children are at ease everytime they visit which is very good! They never have to worry about my kids putting up a fight! Ms. Phyllis is a sweetheart, just a great environment overall. Nothing but good things to say about this office!

☆UPDATE: They have finally addressed my issues and so I must say that they have good customer service and will correct their wrongs. Thank you. ☆Update: I received a call from their office to address the issues on my rating here on Google maps and none of the things they said on the call of a refund and an email with the billing statement details were done as promised. I was hoping that my rating would make them aware of the issues and produce some changes, but I guess they are incompetent through and through. I would give them zero stars. ■Original rating: Billing issues. From the moment I walked in, I requested that only procedures that were 100% covered by our dental insurance to be done. I brought in 3 of my kids and one really wasn't comfortable with the visit because she had a canker sore in her mouth at the time. The hygienist insisted she have nitrous at any future visits. I felt like I wasn't getting through to any of the staff and they did whatever they wanted regardless of my requests. They called me this week to get the bill settled because they did several procedures that were not 100% covered by the insurance. We will not be returning because they do not listen to the customers. The dentist was great but unfortunately it's my experience with the staff ignoring my requests that has me extremely dissatisfied. I didn't even receive a bill of what I was being charged for. I received a generic receipt via email. For all I know, I could've been paying for someone's Christmas wishlist on Amazon! When I asked what I was being charged for, the person on the other end of the call started to list procedures that were not done to my finicky daughter, so I imagine I got charged for her suggested treatment plan even though it wasn't done. $126 for 2 bitewing xrays doesn't seem accurate. Wish I had an itemized bill. If only they listened to me and only did what the insurance would cover.

This Kendall office is by far the BEST!! I use to go to Doral and that place is a ZOO! It’s way too OVERCROWDED. They schedule 20 patients at the same time and then your waiting in the waiting room FOREVER. Some of the staff people that work at the front desk are RUDE. THE AMBIANCE AND VIBES ARE TERRIBLE. THERE IS A LOT OF TENSION. A LOT OF THE PARENTS THAT GO THERE THINK THAT THEY ARE THE LAST COOKIE ON EARTH. It’s like being in a FACTORY! Although the doctors are VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL I DON’T LIKE THIS OFFICE FOR THESE REASONS. In Kendall, it’s ORGANIZED AND NOT OVERCROWDED. They see you at your appointment time and they are ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET! Dr. AGRAWAL IS THE BEST!! He is YOUNG, PROFESSIONAL AND SPUNKY! The DRIVE IS FAR, BUT SO WORTH IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS OFFICE! BYE BYE DORAL... NEVER WILL YOU SEE ME AGAIN. HELLO

I live in Kendall and when they first opened in Doral I would drive out there for the appointments, I am so happy they opened up an office closer to home. We absolutely love this dental place! Super clean, staff is very friendly and really know how to interact with Young kids all ages . My son is only 2 1/2 and today was his 2nd visit and he didn’t cry at all, was eager for them to clean his teeth , they also have little TVs hanging on the roof so when child lays down he can watch cartoons while getting treated. Keeps them relaxed and entertained. At the end of every visit they give every child a balloon and some cool stickers! Next visit we will be taking our other son as well for his first visit!! First time at the dentist for my 2 year old and it was an emergency visit after falling and hurting Her lip and mouth, the staff was great and ver nice while scheduling the appointment and also helped keep us calm during the first visit nerves with a toddler. Dr. Nicole was amazing even though my daughter had a little breakdown. She made sure we felt calm and confident in her response. Will be scheduling again for her cleaning and full check up!!

I brought in 3 of my kids and one really wasn't comfortable with the visit because she had a canker sore in her mouth at the time. The hygienist insisted she have nitrous at any future visits. I felt like I wasn't getting through to any of the staff and they did whatever they wanted regardless of my requests. They called me this week to get the bill settled because they did several procedures that were not 100% covered by the insurance. We will not be returning because they do not listen to the customers. The dentist was great but unfortunately it's my experience with the staff ignoring my requests that has me extremely dissatisfied. I didn't even receive a bill of what I was being charged for. I received a generic receipt via email. For all I know, I could've been paying for someone's Christmas wishlist on Amazon! When I asked what I was being charged for, the person on the other end of the call started to list procedures that were not done to my finicky daughter, so I imagine I got charged for her suggested treatment plan even though it wasn't done. $126 for 2 bitewing xrays doesn't seem accurate. Wish I had an itemized bill. If only they listened to me and only did what the insurance would cover.

This Kendall office is by far the BEST!! I use to go to Doral and that place is a ZOO! It’s way too OVERCROWDED. They schedule 20 patients at the same time and then your waiting in the waiting room FOREVER. Some of the staff people that work at the front desk are RUDE. THE AMBIANCE AND VIBES ARE TERRIBLE. THERE IS A LOT OF TENSION. A LOT OF THE PARENTS THAT GO THERE THINK THAT THEY ARE THE LAST COOKIE ON EARTH. It’s like being in a FACTORY! Although the doctors are VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL I DON’T LIKE THIS OFFICE FOR THESE REASONS. In Kendall, it’s ORGANIZED AND NOT OVERCROWDED. They see you at your appointment time and they are ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET! Dr. AGRAWAL IS THE BEST!! He is YOUNG, PROFESSIONAL AND SPUNKY! The DRIVE IS FAR, BUT SO WORTH IT. We absolutely love this dental place! Super clean, staff is very friendly and really know how to interact with Young kids all ages . My son is only 2 1/2 and today was his 2nd visit and he didn’t cry at all, was eager for them to clean his teeth , they also have little TVs hanging on the roof so when child lays down he can watch cartoons while getting treated. Keeps them relaxed and entertained. At the end of every visit they give every child a balloon and some cool stickers! Next visit we will be taking our other son as well for his first visit!! I like how they provided us with different options for treating my daughter’s cavities from the initial visit and have been helpful whenever we have had to reschedule an appointment during the process due to a conflict. My daughter had her last appointment scheduled for April and she started complaining of tooth pain last night. This tooth happened to be the one that was pending treatment. My husband took her today and took care of it right away. I feel everyone takes pride in their job and puts their patients first and we are greatful to have found a place like this!
