Dr. Bellows and his staff saved my dog's life. Plain and simple. When everyone else said it was a lost cause, and that he should be put down - Dr. Bellows said we can make this work. From the time they took to explain everything to my husband and I, every step of the way, to treating my boy with love and yes, even respect, to the way his staff treated me when I clearly needed some comforting, to even cheering my kids up when we went to pick up our boy. This team, truly cares about the animals that walk through their doors, and their owners. This is more than a job for them, it is a passion - I'd even say a calling for Dr. Bellows. I will forever be thankful for what Dr. Bellows did, and I also have to give a special thanks to Paul who was the first one to give me hope after a week of calling every veterinarian from here to California. The best I can do to repay you all for what you did for my boy is to give my recommendation to everyone I know who needs care for their pet(s). Thank you all again! <3

We love Hometown Animal Hospital! We were referred to Dr. Bellows' office for some dental consult and work by our vet at VCA Rock Creek. We took our first pup, Pete, to the office and met with Dr. Elizabeth McMorran and she is the absolute best!!! She instantly loves your pet and gives them the best attention and care. She is passionate about what she does and makes sure to explain and calm the very anxious helicopter parents (guilty). The entire staff is attentive and makes sure you have everything you need and that your pet is cared for. We loved All Pets Dental/Hometown Animal Hospital to much, that we took our second pup there for some dental issues as well. This is truly a fantastic facility with some really great people!

Dr. Jan Bellows is amazing. I brought my cat in for what I thougt would just be dental work. In the pre-treatment testing Dr. Bellows found a problem that could have been life threatening. Thanks to his appropriate diagnostic testing and intervention my cat is now on the road to recovery. Words cannot adequately express how caring and professional this practice is. I would give this practice 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Elizabeth went above and beyond for our baby ( 11 year old french bulldog, Ellie). She helped make a very challenging situation manageable. She showed a lot of empathy and explained a complicated diagnosis in an understandable manner. We are very grateful.

The best in the western south Florida area. Went there for dental exam and cleaning for my dog. They have the best equipment and know-how in the area, though they do price things with this in mind. Highly recommend going there with dental insurance, because they are multiple times pricier than other local places that do dental xrays. Though, APD is likely more complete. For example, they do chest x rays before anesthesia. Probably other fancy medical jargon also that I wouldn't properly explain. Facility is well kept, modern, and clean. Very high traffic with patients though, as they do general care as well. They have Groupon vouchers for cheap annuals, and some puppy program, which seem to generate high traffic volume. I wasn't fully accustomed to that, as my general care vet intentionally spaces out her appointments so things never get hectic over there. They have the equipment at APD though, so it's understandable that they accommodate the demand. The staff were all friendly. Got some good insight from the previous anesthetic exam regarding recommendation to remove hairs from under the gumline. Doctors are all knowledgeable, as they do this almost everyday. You don't get to remain near your dog up until the anesthesia. I'm not a doctor, but I would think that nervous dogs might have increased risk for complications arising with the stress of not being with their owner for hours, in an unfamiliar building. At my primary care vet, the whole procedure (without x rays) took a few hours, and we were home by noon. At APD, we were there for over 9 hours. Granted, they have a lot more client traffic, and the time isn't really a concern. They did a good job cleaning and did something most offices don't, which is provide a 6 month gum sealant (sanos), which helps keep the gums clean. Overall though, I would recommend this place for anyone with health insurance (or if they have lots of $$). I'll probably go here from now on, for my dogs cleanings, might as well with the insurance covering 90% of the costs, might as well make use of that and take up the fanciest facility in the area. The only other AVDC member I had researched a bit in the area is Dr. Tiffany Brown in the Fort Lauderdale area. She works by referral only, for advanced treatments only. This didn't fit my use case, so I went with APD for their general care dentistry

My dog was in need of dental work since he had broken a tooth and required attention for it. My appointment was for 10:30 I arrived at 10:15. I continued to wait for about two hours for them to see me. The services they rendered were assessing the damage done to the tooth. The bid for fixing said tooth was that of a very nice used car. Now this assessment of damage and 6 sheet of paper cost $141.00. Something that I could have remotely sent detailed photos of and done without even stepping foot near this place. I don't understand how someone could just want to help their pet get well and yet is taken advantage of by trying to do just that. If I could have done differently; I would have calmly and kindly walked out and left without paying for the litteral kick in the teeth that these people give to others.

My Shiba Inu received superior treatment by Dr Jan Bellows for bottom canine eye teeth that were stuck in the center of her mouth. Happily her canines are now in normal positions. Poppy did well despite her shyness. The staff are kind and communicate well. Very high standards of quality veterinary practice are maintained. Geraldine Cohen, PhD, MD

They performed a root canal on my dog. The staff and doctor were very nice and very informative. I highly recommend this place.

All they care about here, is how to take as much money as they can from you.... If you don't mind paying 1000% mark up on all services, then by all means go here and help pay the Vets Maserati payment....

Dr. is very nice and caring. I feel that my buddy is in good hands. Wish you the office was closer so the Dr could be our primary.

This was my first time in and I was refered by my primary vetinarian because my Yorkie Kiwi had such bad dental issues. Today she had to get fifteen teeth pulled! This was very upsetting but Dr.elizabeth was very compassionate and took her time in explaining all procedures and answered all questions. I like that I didn't feel rushed like at some vet offices I've been to in the past. The office is warm and inviting. They are extremely expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. High quality talent and service. Thanks again.
