Highly disappointed! Took my child here and was scheduled for an extraction. Once they got her to the the back the laughing gas machines were not working. We had to move around to another area in mid treatment. The dentist looked frustrated at his staff for not having checked the machines. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. Then they said she would need spacers to be in place so we ordered them and waited for them to come in. Once they did come in the office called me three times at the last min to reschedule the appointments and for one of those appointments I showed up with no doc in office and needed leaving. Finally I got fed up and took my 9 year old to another pediatric dentist and she didn’t even need to have the spacers put in at all. Work that I was charged for was not completed.

Dr. Ortiz and his staff were great. I was staying in Orlando on vacation, and had a large filling fall out late at night. I called his office first thing in the morning. He saw me early that morning and replaced the filling. He did a better job than the dentist who did the initial filling.

I thought I would have to wait for a follow up but they were very efficient, I was in and out fast with the procedure complete on my first visit! I used to hate to go to the dentist, but this office and the great people there have made the experiences so comfortable for me that I no longer cringe at the thought of going. When I first went to that office, I was determined that I wanted all my teeth out and false teeth, but they were very patient and walked me through all of my options. The result, I still have all my teeth and actually like them. I have lots of crowns and still a cavity here and there, but they work with me each time I go in and we make a plan together for treatment. I will not use any other office. Today I had my 13 year old here to see Dr. Taherian. She was in a rush. She neglected to properly novocaine her, not giving any time to get numb before drilling. She had my child in tears. My child raised her hand, and the assistant had to tell the doctor to stop. She briefly stopped maybe waited 2-3 minutes and started drilling again. My child jumped, jerked and the doctor stood up angrily saying that "if she did it again she'd not proceed, that it was dangerous." The doctor then administered some more novocaine, again didn't wait, started drilling. Again my child yelled out, tears in her eyes. The doctor told her she "needed to make a decision since she had other patients". We decided to stop and ask for a referral to a pediatric dentist. We got a referral and it says "Patient is not cooperative for restoration" Ummm... She wasn't properly numb, she was in pain and this doctor had an attitude. Please don't go to this office. It's horrid. Now I will say that we'd done orthodontics (with a different doctor) with this office and had good care, thus the vast difference with this dentist. Please run, run away. Don't go here.

This dental office wasted my time today. I called yesterday to get an appointment and to ask them to confirm my dental insurance first, and to call me yesterday if there was a problem. The lady on the phone said they will call me within an hour to confirm if they can't confirm my dental insurance info. I never received a call, instead they sent me a confirmation text of my appointment yesterday, and then again this morning. I had to take time off work just to go there today, only to find out, they DID NOT confirm my insurance information before making me go there. They tried to call today but couldn't get any info on my insurance ( they should have done this yesterday as they said). I told them they should have done their confirmation and called me yesterday as they promised if there was a problem. Now they have wasted my time, and I have to make that time up at the office ! Very, Very Bad Customer Service !!!

I booked a reservation and due to an error on their end, they had me scheduled for a different day in one system. When I showed for my appointment that had been confirmed the day prior they tired to tell me that I would need to come back another day. I was finally seen, but they kept telling me that they would try to squeeze in different parts of the cleaning. My girlfriend went the next day and they forgot her in the cleaning chair and went to lunch. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. When you are done, they give a gift for a 5 star review. Not going back here again.

Had 5 extraction done by Dr. Zaza. He was so patient and nice from beginning and end of the surgery! All his assistants are extremely nice and thoughtful. Especially Maggie and Steven we have great convos before every procedure I have because I’m really nervous. The hygenist Pattie is absolutely sweet and makes sure I’m comfortable always during cleanings. The entire staff is great and they treat their patients like their own family:)

The doctor was very gentle with me, and my new best buddy Steven (he's a cutiepie) has been so good to me...always taking excellent care of me when l return for updates on my fittings. l actually look forward to coming here now!! Dr. Akmal Ahmed just extracted 2 of my bad teeth and it was the nicest experience. I was afraid, but he listened to me. He numbed me so well, I didn't feel the needles to numb me and I was so well numbed, I didn't feel the extractions! I am sure the needles will wear off in a few hours as expected. As of right now I feel great! I have high blood pressure and other issues. Dr. Ahmed took his time and listened to my concerns and I felt confident that he was focused on how I was doing and feeling during the process. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed. My daughter recommended him to me because she is very satisfied.

I think this deserves 0 stars, but i don't have option to select 0 stars so i am giving 1 star which this 1 star itself is not worth it. Because they are sending me new bill, not sure from where they created this bill. I attended only one time and everything was paid and after 5 months i get bill payment notice. What the hell. I am not going to pay as this is fake bill. I seen many reviews from this dental care that they are sending unnecessary new bills i guess.

I have been living in Orlando for the last year and a half. I work as a Mental Health Therapist and a Registered Behavior Analyst, so you can imagine how important it is to me how people are treated. I had gone for an evaluation at another dental office and the experience was horrible, to say the least, so didn't get anything done there. Through my insurance found Advanced Dental Care near Downtown Disney. I can not say enough about how wonderful I was treated by everyone. My appointment was today and starting in the front desk with Heather, then Byron ( made me laugh), then Dr. Ortiz, Patricia and lastly Tammy (yes, I had to get all of their names). Wow!! What a great team of professionals and a Huge 10 for customer service. I can also say that the prices for the work I need to get done are really good and more than fair. So if you need a great dentist and a great group of professionals working for you, please don't think twice about calling their offices. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and patients. Other professional offices should follow on your footsteps. Thank you, and see you again this week!!!

I am from the UK and here on holiday. Today I was in agony with a back molar tooth. We were in Animal Kingdom and Disney Guest Services recommended this dental practice. I called and was advised that I could go straight down. My tooth had cracked and needed treatment. I am so thankful, the team put me at ease and treated me so that I am able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. I am so very grateful for their reassurance, quickness and care. Everything was fully explained, being away from home is more scary when you need some form of treatment but I can truly say you will have no worries here.

@12131 S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL 32836 Awful Experience in addition to lack of professionalism and organization. I was supposed to get my crown done on December 14. But instead they had the wrong component so I had to wait for 2 weeks to get the right component and take impression. Waited 20 days to get the crown which they make out of state. Finally when the crown is here, it came out not matching the shade either the size. They wanted me to wait for 2 more weeks so they can send the crown back to be fixed!!! But I asked to go to a local lab which I did, a week later and again to ensure their lack of integrity and professionalism they didn’t send my impression to the lab that cant start working on the crown till they receive the impression. Yet still waiting...... IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME DON’T GO THERE.

I went in for an annual cleaning in September 2017 only to get "evaluated" first and then have to come BACK for the actual cleaning + they told me I needed two fillings. So, I did. And when I left I paid my portion on the spot for the fillings and then gave them all of my insurance information to send a claim over. It is now over FIVE MONTHS LATER and I am just now getting an overdue bill for October 20th (?!) for $285, no description, and it's billed for 2 months after the appointment and is "way past overdue". What? My medical insurance hasn't received ANY claims. I've received NO prior notifications of any of this, either. My insurance covers 100% of what wasn't paid that day and there's no way a $285 bill is correct.

Love this dental office. I moved across town but I still drive over here every 6th months for my cleanings. Dr. Rajab Zaza is great- goes above and beyond. Noticed an extremely slight chip in my front tooth today, buffed it out for me and smoothed down my other teeth while I was already here for my cleaning. No waiting. No extra hassle. Just good care. The hygienists are knowledgeable and friendly. Clean facilities and up to date technology. A television in front of your dental chair to watch while you’re getting your cleaning. 5 stars

They made me wait for long time. The dentists finally showed up and his only interest was to upsell me expensive stuff. I politely decline because I only looked for a semiannual cleaning. The woman Vicky cleaned my teeth was really careless and inpatient. Regular cleaning became a painful process and she spread some sort of liquid all over me. She also paused all of sudden to chat with her friend or colleagues. I had to wait again. Will never go there again.

Switched to this dentist because my insurance no longer covered my former dentists' office who I loved. In the two years I've been going here now, never once has my appointment started on time. They are always running 30-60 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time. In addition, the dental hygienists in this office lack professionalism and they're not gentle with your teeth. I'm always left taking aspirin after my appointments with them. Once you are finally seen, you're rushed through and during my most recent cleaning, I honestly felt I didn't even get my money/insurance worth for the visit. Very disappointing.

Took my sister in, for a bad toothache. No appointment emergency walkin waited for about 10 min and was seen right away. Xrays were done quickly and doctor came in within minutes. Provided excellent service and was out in no time Got the prescription and referral within 1 hr in total for whole visit .

Took a day off of work for a Friday cleaning appointment made a month prior. Waited an hour in an empty waiting room to finally be called back. Sat in a chair for another 10-15 minutes to then be told the hygienist isn’t there on Fridays so they don’t do cleanings on Fridays. Why even be open then? Why else would I be here if not for a cleaning? That’s like having a doctor’s office open without a nurse. It was a complete waste of time and they seemed confused that I was so annoyed to be unable to get an annual teeth cleaning at a dentist office. I was told I could come back Monday or Tuesday for a cleaning. Because everyone can just take off multiple days of work to sit in a dentist office to maybe, possible get their teeth clean. Never, ever going back here or any affiliated offices.

I was not impressed and will not be returning. I had a tooth that had been acting up that I wished to get extracted and I thought some of the numbness in my face was related to the tooth inflammation. The dental assistant literally said to me "You didnt have a stroke did you?" Like seriously? I was already concerned about what was going on with my tooth / face I did not need some dental assistant giving her unqualified opinion. It did turn out that I had a case of bells palsy on the side of my face that the tooth was acting up on and it was totally unrelated. However instead of offering any useful advice they referred me to an oral surgeon and pushed me out the door with an antibiotic prescription. With the numbness and partial paralysis of my face they should have referred me to a doctor. The only reason I give 2 stars is that the people at the reception area were nice.

We were on holidays and on our last day when typically I got a horrendous toothache. Went to this clinic as it was around the corner from our accomodation.. They were really busy but took time to examine the problem.. It turns out I needed to have a root canal as there was a bad infection. As busy as they were they managed to fit me in as I was due to fly that evening. They were really kind as I was extremely nervous and got the job done.. Kenny and the Dr were lovely people. A prescription and work report done, I was on my way. Was able to fly and home now with just some general discomfort. Thank you so much guys!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I had an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation. Four days out I get a call saying the doctor has changed the days he's in the office and I have to reschedule. I thought that was pretty rude, after I made arrangements to be off work since he's not in on my days off he really ought to have honored the appointments he already had and THEN changed his schedule. But I reschedule and show up for the second appointment to a closed, dark, locked office. Apparently they'd canceled and not bothered to inform me this time, offering no excuse or apology when I called to reschedule a THIRD time. So for the THIRD time I make arrangements to leave work early, I get a reminder email on Friday, a confirmation robo-call on Monday, show up to my appointment on Wednesday only to find out that it's been canceled AGAIN because the doctor IS ON FREAKING SABBATICAL. While they claim they tried to call me on Tuesday to let me know (yeah, no, you didn't), it turns out that they'd known for over a month that the doctor was leaving - meaning that they knew when they scheduled this appointment that they'd be cancelling it, and they still scheduled it anyway. And then didn't bother to tell me they'd canceled until I showed up. When scheduled an appointment, specifically told that I’m going away and I need to replace my filling. After came in and was seated they told me that they doing a lot of fillings on another patient and don’t know why they scheduled me like this. Waited 1 hr before saw a dentist. She spent 2 min with me and went back to her other patient. I did not feel comfortable doing treatment and left. Very bad customer service and unprofessional.

This is for sure the best dental office I have ever been to in my life. I started coming to this dental office 2 years ago on July 5th 2016 with a plan to have my teeth looking great for my wedding which is this Monday September 3rd 2018. I met with the general dentis Doctor Ortiz, the hygienist Patty and the Ohtordontest Dr Daniela Urciuoli and please let me tell you that this is the best dental team I have ever met in my entire life. I entered and was immediately taken back for my exam, Steven my dental assistant was very professional and talked me thru the entire procedure which I appreciated since I have a huge fear of dentists. After my exam the dentist came in (sorry forgot his name) and chatted with me about my teeth and all the options I had available to me. What I LIKED was he listened to my concerns and addressed each one as we went along. He was great and put me at ease. I highly recommend this office and the staff. If you want a treatment you don't need here is the place. I came for a cleaning, and they told me I needed some invasive deep cleaning. They then said I would need to be on pain gel after because it would hurt for a week or so. They also didn't explain it well but wanted me to sign paperwork for the extra costs. The event was very shady. My teeth had not given me any issue so I declined this, and told them I just wanted a normal cleaning. They refused, yelled at me, and threatened to call my insurance. So I left, paying for what I had them do up until that point. I called my insurance company who I was in the right to walk out. I went to a new dentist, on the off chance there was something wrong with my teeth, who said my teeth and gums are in great health, and has no idea what "treatment" I could need. They must have just wanted that extra money.

My husband and I were on vacation and he started to experience a bad pain in his tooth. We called Advanced Dental Care of Orlando and they got him in right away. I am warn anyone who is considering getting there dental needs met here. Don't go here. I went to get exrays and see about a cleaning , my jaw dropped when they wanted $1800.00 For a deep cleaning. This scared me , that is a bit much for a cleaning right then I knew I could not trust them. Then when I checked out the secretary gave me a bill for $290.00 which was $240.00 more than I was quoted and told me don't worry about it it's a computer error , I did not want to sign a receipt with a Balance of $240.00 owed so I had her sign that receipt stating $0 Balance.. Be careful , and do not go there no one needs unnecessary medical bills or being charged to much for everyday dental procedures like cleaning.
