I scheduled a consult to get one implant. My appointment was on Friday 6\14. I wrote on my intake papers that I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis 3 years ago. The receptionist-Nate asked me a few question about my treatment. I was seen by the Hygentist. She informed me that she needed additonal information to present to the Surgeon due to my dx and tx. He needed this information to determine whether or not I was a good candidate for a single implant. I was told that all would be discussed with the Surgeon and I would recieve a call that Monday 6/17. I did not receive a call. I called the office at approximately 4:30. I was told that because I was in treatment for Osteoporosis and received yearly Reclast txs that per the Surgeon " he does not feel comfortable with it". In my opinion that is not a consult or even a medical opinion. I should have been given specific information as to why the surgeon was "not comfortable"or at the least consult with Dr. Jacobson regarding my dx and tx. Anyway, the staff was very nice. I'm not sure much effort was put into what I could call a consultation. Every patient should be treated the same and feel that every effort went into a their consultation. Shame on you Universal Dentistry for having those deceptive commercials on every 15 minutes. I feel you really dropped the ball! I gave you one star only because the staff seemed nice but not sure of their knowledge. Or maybe they assumed I was to ignorant to understand?? In summary how dare you waste my time! I hope you will post this for others to see. Thank God I was told I did not have to pay my consultation fee!!!!

I have come here multiple times for some work including an extraction, root canal and some fillings. The staff here was amazing throughout the whole process! Very professional, nice and even personable. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist!

Attentive, friendly and makes you as comfortable as possible in a dental office. Special thanks and acknowledgement to Nate at the reception desk. Friendly, personable and organized. Would like to update on an experience I had with Universal Dentistry. When visiting then approximately a year ago my first experience was unhappy, and I definitely wanted to report they welcomed me back a second visit to try again!! I am so pleased with the service I had experienced today walking in the door with Tom and the front desk staff, i was kindly greeted today with a warm smile and a happy face, Alyssa was OUTSTANDING and absolutely wonderful bed side manners!!! Dr L answered ALL my questions took time to look me in my eye and help me understand everything fully. Sometimes it takes a second chance to make things better!!! I am proceeding with services in Springfield office and I am definitely certain it will continue to be outstanding!!! Thank you for going over and above today!!!

Their staff was very nice and Dr Leisner was wonderful!! Something that started out to be a painful experience ended up to be a very pleasant one!! Meaning I went in there with a bad toothache that needed to be pulled , once that was taking care of I end up with a pair of Dentures which I needed!! The office staff is amazing! Friendly, caring and welcoming on every visit. Dr. Liesner was amazing and extremely caring even with the speed he performed the procedure. Always felt comfortable calling with any problems as both Tom and Nate were both more than happy to assist. Morgan and Nichole paid attention and did everything necessary to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Believe me, I have always stressed over dental visits but not with Universal Dentistry.

The best dental experience ever!! The staff is fantastic and Dr. Liesner is just simply, the best! He works magic with the numbing shots. When he is done, you feel NOTHING!! We all laughed and joked during an implant procedure! That is how relaxed and confident I was. Dr. Liesner also extracted 7 lower teeth back in April and the experience was the same. Totally painless and comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and caring. They really put you at ease and make you comfortable asking whatever questions you may have about whatever work they will be doing on you. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work done!!

I was mostly satisfied with my experience at Universal Dentistry. Dr. Leisner was excellent, and staff was friendly, efficient and professional. I can't say I was completely satisfied because one of the assistants caused me alot of pain by jabbing a sharp instrument into my gums with no novacaine. Can't say I would go back there.

i highly recommend universal dentistry. i had extractions and dentures and they made a healing set to wear during the healing process and left that day with the dentures in and i think it helped with the healing process. i know people that have had to wait 6 months to get dentures after extractions and i did not have to do that. i think more dental practices should work the way that universal dentistry does. they have a friendly staff. for my permanent dentures i got to try them in wax to make sure i liked them before they were done. i am going to see how i do with my new dentures and i will be considering doing the mini implants possibly if necessary.

Dr. Gary Liesner is always very professional and utilizes his knowledge and experience to diagnose current and emerging concerns. He explains issues in layman's terms for better understanding and decision making by the patient. At the conclusion of each appointment, Dr. Liesner provides the patient with strategies and tips to further improve dental care. His staff in the treatment area and in the front office are always welcoming, efficient, and effective. I always have a good experience on each visit over numerous years. Thank you.

The office is pretty nice. Up front everyone was very friendly and helpful. I went in for a crown. The price was great in comparison to what my other dentist was going to charge. I'll have to submit paper work to get a refund from my insurance now but Tom assured me he will get me everything i need. I saved $500!!! The doctor was very nice. It didnt even hurt when he had to numb me! I had sarah as the assistant. She did an amazing job making my temperary cap. She really took her time making sure i was comfortable and completely happy with how it fit. I only hope when i go back for the permanent cap it fits as well as what i have now! I definitely recommend anyone to go here for work. I will in the future go for all of my work.

I loved every moment I spent at Universal Dentistry. Although I do not remember all the names of the staff members I can say that everyone that I met was wonderful. From the dentist to the dental assistants to the gentleman that work up front, they were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Their prices are also unbeatable. 10/10 Highly recommend!

This review is for my mother Carolynn. We were greeted each time by Tom and Nate. They took care of all my mother's insurance and scheduling needs. They were both so helpful. Dr. Liesner was incredible with his care. The staff also took great care of my mother during each visit. My mother is in a wheelchair and was not very mobile. The staff was very accommodating. Thank you Morgan and Trish. Most of all I would like to thank Nichole. She not only took great care of my mom but had her laughing and enjoying the visits. I was dreading the fact that I had to take her to the dentist so many times. In and out with the wheelchair. Wondering how my mother would react to all the needed work. I'll just say that Nichole made it a great trip each time. My mother thanks you for your kindness. Thanks to everyone listed. You all really went above and beyond. You all should be proud of your customer service. I highly recommend. If the service I listed above isnt enough, it is also one of the less expensive places around. Thank you!

I had a horrible toothache for over a week, due to a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. After several calls to several dentists, this was the first place to seem interested in helping. I went in the next day and their amazing staff made me feel comfortable and helped me figure out what needed to be done. I just had the tooth pulled today and it was the quickest easiest procedure I’ve ever had done! Fantastic dentist and great staff!!!!!!

Horrible experience!!!!! Not professionalism, don't know how to talk to people. Worn and torn carpets in the waiting room and peeling boarders. I didn't see a Dentist at ALL. Only the tech was very unprofessional and short tempered. I live in pain before I EVER set foot in this establishment again. And, I have warned all my friends and family; enter at your own risk!
