Worst dentist is state of Delaware. I'm warning you now, don't I mean do not take your kids here. If you like being robbed that's fine go. They charged us almost $700 for 3 kids teeth cleaning all under 8yrs old. $700 for fluoride. If you work hard for your money I don't want to be completely robbed of it, stay away from this place.

My son started attending the smile Place after a previous dentist advised he had cavities that needed filling. My five-year-old was resistant as toddlers will be to having this procedure done and the very impatient dentist recommended we should have him sedated in order to perform the procedures. seeking a second opinion, we went to the smile Place and they offered an alternative to full on sedation. Not only were they able to perform the dental work on my son with no issues but, he is happy, healthy and likes to go to the dentist! I love this place and will recommend them to everyone !

Horrible place....haven't been there in TWO years and they sent me a bill for $1179 today. Reporting to DE Attorney And Fraud. Do not go to Smile Place!! Super shady practices..

I had been through multiple dentist before the smile place that came recommended. For the first time, my child let them check her teeth and stated she wanted to go back..I recommend them to anyone.

I had no problem with them until I was charged $90 for my children to get their teeth clean and wasn't informed of them being out of network until after the payment was made. Was never credited my money back.

The first place we went to was horrible and they were not child-friendly in the slightest. But this place. We will go here for now in with both our children. The staff was so nice, made our son happy and comfortable. He got to watch cartoons while they cleaned his teeth and helped him love the x-ray machine. He wants to go back!

Very great location and great staff the entire office is decked out in jungle theme and the staff wore a tutus for my little girl who was four and the dentist was very kind I highly recommend this for children

My daughter had to get an extraction and a root canal done and upon explaining this to the receptionist over the phone and sending x-rays from her primary dentist she told me she would put her down for getting one of the issues fixed. Which wasn’t the case at all, we waited 25-30 just to be seen and once in the examination room was told we were just there for a cleaning and they would have to reschedule for another appointment. I rescheduled the appointment and after waiting 10 minutes I was told the wait time would be over an hour and asked if I wanted to reschedule. So twice I been inconvenienced after having to take my daughter out of school and miss work. Mind you she has to get this tooth taken out ASAP! This dental office schedules a lot of patients at once and the wait time is extremely long. Please do not visit and go elsewhere. Now I have a child in pain and they do not seem to care just giving me excuses!

My 3yo daughter’s 1st Dentist appointment was so much fun for her. She said she wanted to go back. My husband & I loved that it was decorated all throughout the lobby and offices and kid-friendly with a game room compared to the usual Dentist clinics that us adults go to.

I have been taking my kids to the smile place for about 6 years now. And I love it! It's perfect for children with games and coloring to do while waiting. I've never waited more than 10 minutes and they are always quick to get you back on time. All of the staff is wonderful and friendly and always help with any concerns I had. Liz has helped my youngest alot to feel very comfortable getting his teeth cleaned. She's awesome with the kids. I will definitely continue to take my kids here.

I have taken my three children to The Smile Place. The waiting room is perfect for children and the staff is superb. I also liked how there was a ceiling mounted TV when you got your teeth checked out. Dr. Grace Liu really loves kids and my children like getting the goodie-bags.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place my children have been going there for 2 years. I have nieces, nephews , and even a co-worker who's child goes to this office. Dr. Grace and her staff always seem very happy to be working and they are ALL wonderful with children, I have honestly never felt so comfortable at an office, they even allow you to go back with your child while the Dentist is working I've never been to an office that allows that. I will say sometimes the office is busy and there is a wait but what's a wait, when the service is great!

The smile place is awesome!!! I took my son there and he was absolutely terrified to go, but his dental assistant LIZ made it so much fun and exciting for him...I highly recommend if you have small children that are scared and unsure about going to the dentist to go to the smile place!!
