WARNING!!!!!!!! When making an appointment here, you had better make sure YOU understand that they are NOT on ANY insurance plans. Typically, when making an appointment at a doctor or dentist, I have ALWAYS had the experience that if my insurance is out-of-network, that the doctors/dentist office ALWAYS tells you that immediately when you make the appointment. This office does NOT have this conversation with you. No, they want to have you come in for an appointment and THEN they tell you that you are out-of-network and you are required to pay your bill in full and then get reimbursed from the insurance company. This seems like a SCAM to me!!!!

Dr. Bullock is awesome really knows his craft. My teeth are grey by tetracycline use as a child. Dr Bullock repaired my worn out teeth eliminated my silver fillings with a safer composite material. His assistant is also very pleasant and knowledgeable in her craft. I highly recommend Dr Bullock and the Dental Group.

Dr Bullock resolved my dental phobia by being himself - kind, calm, patient, friendly, and extremely skilled in all aspects of my dental care. I didn't know it was possible to get local anesthetic shots without pain before I came to him. The filling he has done are exactly color matched to my teeth - you can't tell they're there without checking an X-ray. In addition to filling cavities, he's helped me with tooth fractures, TMJ and bruxism, while being careful with my hypermobile jaw. I strongly recommend him to my friends and family.

Horrible place. I've never been to a dental clinch who's not organized. I called made my appointment asked if they were in network with my insurance and I was told yes. Got to the office, had my cleaning done. When I was finished they walked me over to a billing person who's told me that my insurance does not pay 100% because they are not in network with the PPO plan oy the premiere plans. Why wasn't I made aware of this before I even walked in? Spoke to a manager who didn't care and thought it was my fault that her staff are incompetent and had plenty of opportunity to let me know. They're all about monet not about the patient. Never again will I come here nor refer anyone.

Reps are unprofessional and rude. I came in as new patient and could hear my Rep complaining about my Card with other employees as I sat in waiting room filling out documents. She then came into waiting room and in loud voice said I didn't have insurance. I challenges but she didn't want to hear me. I left and confirmed with provider I have coverage but they should have known to access 1-800 to confirm. I hear the dentists are good but my first experience (Reps) and my last was not good.

Amazing staff and beautiful facility with a calming atmosphere. When you first walk in you are greeted by a very well staffed reception area along with a very nice seating area. I have never waited more than a minute or two for check in and have always been treated kindly and courteously by all the receptionist. I have used several different dental hygienist at this office and can say they have all been excellent. To me one of the most important part of any dental office are the dentist and their assistants. This is where the Dental Group shines. Dr. Ryan Barnhart is the dentist I have used since I received an absolutely stellar recommendation for him from a long time friend who happens to be an orthodontist in the area. His recommendation was spot on as Dr. Barnhart has been excellent. He will make even the most apprehensive dental patient feel at ease while performing what I consider some of the very best dental work available. I have also on occasion have had the opportunity to see Dr. Zachary Roach another dentist in this office who was also excellent in every way. Living in the area we have recommended many new neighbors and friends to the Dental Group in Lewes. I can honestly say we have always received glowing responses from everyone we have recommended to this office. Without hesitation I give the entire Dental Group 5 stars.

I'm not a dentist or a dental professional. I went in for tooth pain and a cleaning. I left with a consultation for a root canal in 20 days and way more pain in more places in my mouth than when I got there. My pain worsened. I did some research. Several websites stated that increased pain, abscess and bone issues (visible in the x-ray they took) warrant more expedient action. So I called to see if I could accelerate my root canal consultation. They said they'd call back. They never did. I called them again. I was told they had left a message with another dentist. That was it. I'm not normally one to complain, but the increase in mouth pain and symptoms combined with the poor customer service led me to pen this review. Some of the people were pleasant, but the ones that I needed for help were not. I ended up asking them to delete my account and I'm getting this taken care of by another dental provider.

I asked her for special consideration about a problem, if you will, and she completely flipped out on me and referred inaccurate information to her staff, who then freaked out on me too. I used to love this company, but after today I just can't recommend them. Sorry. Plus, they make you pay upfront, and who wants to do that when you have insurance?! Not me. Good riddance!

I would not recommend that anyone to go to this Dentist office. The Dentist that worked with my daughter apparently does not know how to deal with children, they bill you false charges, and will complete alternative procedures without authorization just to bill your insurance again for a follow up appointment where they say they will complete the actions included in the original treatment plan. I had my grandmother take my daughter in for a baby route canal and three (3) fillings, they only ended up giving her two partial (sedative) fillings which they charged me $130 a piece, and $142 for nitrous. I had already put down $40 for the nitrous at her consultation appointment to hold her space, leaving a balance of $102 for nitrous. They charged me $402 in total, can you do the math (130+130+102= $362)? On top of that, they did not provide a itemized bill of the services rendered, nor did they give my child an excuse slip to return to school, and although the Dentist noticed a slight abscess that required antibiotics, there was no prescription given in any form whatsoever. This is one of the worst!!!!!

We called on a Saturday at 12:30pm because my young daughter was complaining of tooth pain. They close at 1pm but said they would stay to see us even though we couldn’t get there until 12:50pm. Recently I called about a broken tooth and the saw me within days (Iwas not in pain so did not need immediate attention). I went in for my examine and was asked if I wanted a crown that day. I would not recommend that anyone to go to this Dentist office. The Dentist that worked with my daughter apparently does not know how to deal with children, they bill you false charges, and will complete alternative procedures without authorization just to bill your insurance again for a follow up appointment where they say they will complete the actions included in the original treatment plan. I had my grandmother take my daughter in for a baby route canal and three (3) fillings, they only ended up giving her two partial (sedative) fillings which they charged me $130 a piece, and $142 for nitrous. I had already put down $40 for the nitrous at her consultation appointment to hold her space, leaving a balance of $102 for nitrous. They charged me $402 in total, can you do the math (130+130+102= $362)? On top of that, they did not provide a itemized bill of the services rendered, nor did they give my child an excuse slip to return to school, and although the Dentist noticed a slight abscess that required antibiotics, there was no prescription given in any form whatsoever. This is one of the worst!!!!!

We called on a Saturday at 12:30pm because my young daughter was complaining of tooth pain. They close at 1pm but said they would stay to see us even though we couldn’t get there until 12:50pm. They took great care of us and made sure she was OK. They are so welcoming and friendly and really make you feel like they care. Our whole family actually likes going to the dentist.

I have been going to the Dental Group for about twenty years and have always had great service. Recently I called about a broken tooth and the saw me within days (Iwas not in pain so did not need immediate attention). I went in for my examine and was asked if I wanted a crown that day. I walked out a couple of hours later with a brand new crown. It was fast, easy, painless. The staff is always friendly, answer any and all questions. Dr. D takes time for every individual he is working with so that you feel he is there just for you.. Great practice.

Agree with the recent reviews. This place is a rip off and does a horrible job. They overcharge you, recommend services you don't need, and the work doesn't last. My fillings are wearing away after just a few months. They give you an itemized quote but then when the real bill comes they charge you for things they knew were coming - like an extra $100 for removing an old crown. And what the heck was the extra $100 cleaning they offer which is just blowing air in your gums? To boot, my dentist was sexist and admitted it all the while he was badgering the poor dental hygienist the entire time. Never going back and do not recommend. Wish I could get my money back.

If I can put 0 I will. They made me do two crowns on my teeth that were with bad root canal conditions. One crown went off several times. When last time it went off, I could come only after 3 weeks when this crown didn't fit. Doctor did x-ray and said yeah let's put new crown (that costs $750). I declined because I felt it's too much for the crown. When I arrived in Russia all dentists were saying that this tooth cannot be treated and should be removed because of vast infection processes in canals. And the other one under another crown that DentalGroup doctor made should also be removed or operated. I'm just in shock!!!!!!! These doctors in US even didn't tell about these problems even though they made x-ray of all my teeth. They just want to make money and don't care if person will have to do operation on the teeth that they put crown on. Ridiculous!!! Hate these doctors, wish you and your family the same as you did to me.

My wife and I have been using the Dental Group for 10 years. The service we get is very good - but the level of service does depend on which dentist you see. Each dentist has a billing clerk/appointment setter. Lynn is very good. Maria (who is no longer employed there) was VERY poor - not understanding how to bill for various dental insurance plans which resulted in an overbilling of nearly $1000. Payment is due at the point of procedure and it took 60 days to confirm the insurance payment. We were issued a refund check promptly upon request (but it was up to us to catch the error and request the refund).

I had to wait 2 weeks to get a appointment with Dr.Kuon ,the day finally comes and I come to my appointment 15 minutes early and iam not even on the schedule they say . Now they called me three days prior to confirm this appointment. Iam so upset I rearranged my schedule to fit this appointment in . Iam very dissappointed.
