I recently moved to Smyrna from out of state, and researched a new dentist. When I read the review by Bob Pierce, I new this would be the dentist I would try. I was not disappointed. The staff is pleasant, and timing was perfect. My dental hygienist was the sweetest person, and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Luckily, I did not need any work, but the dentist was pleasant. I would recommend them to new patients.

Don’t return phone calls when you leave a message on answering machine nor when u try to schedule an appointment on the website. This was the 2nd time this happened. Also, dr put a crown on my tooth in Jan of 2018 6 months later in pain with same tooth had to find another dentist since this one wouldn’t call me back and it need a root canal the whole time! So I paid $800 for what!!!! Would not recommend. The dental hygienist are VERY nice but thats all I can say.

Karen Pierce- I switched to Smyrna Dental a few years back and could not be happier about my decision. My children and I receive our routine cleanings and any problems that may arise at Smyrna Dental. I pay out of pocket and think that Dr. Rama Yerneni's prices are fair. I have even dropped in one time with my youngest when I thought he had an issue and she checked him out, free of charge. The staff that I have encountered there have been very nice and a delight to speak to. They are also quick to get you an appointment. They do open a little late but I have never been one to want to be in a dentist chair when the chickens crow. I highly recommend Smyrna Dental.

I’m grateful for this dental office! The dentist is understanding and easy to work with. I had so many problems with other dentist and my teeth and affordability in my life and I switched to this office and I was able to do everything I needed and with a payment plan which for me was so helpful and you really can’t find that anywhere! Even when my insurance company stated they were not a PPO participant, I opted to remain with Smyrna Dental. The service is warm, friendly and always professional. I always feel like a person, not a patient, dollar sign or non-existent. I love my hygienist Jennie! Both she and the doctor are always consistent and patient. In my 4 decades, I have had a number of dentist. This by is the best for any family!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been going for a few cleanings and this last time I was told I needed a filling. They asked do you get food stuck in between your teeth? I said yes. They said yea you need a filling. I asked wait do I have a cavity. They responded oh yeah you have one. They asked if I get food stuck on the other side of my mouth, not wanting a reason for a filling I said no. This was the first red flag that I dismissed. So stupidly I went back for the filling and I felt like I was at a walk in clinic. She didn’t even numb with gel first went right in with the needle and I tried to protest and the dentist said just to numb you. The filling maybe took 15 minutes. The filling was to be in between the tooth and the purpose was to close the gap. Well now less than a month later foods been getting stuck in there more than ever causing pain while and after eating, which it never did before. Yesterday I was in so much pain while visiting home in RI. My mother said go to my dentist they’re amazing. SO glad I did!! Dentist said the filling was done poorly and that the purpose was to fill and close the gap which it did NOT do!! He said because it’s so close to the nerve I may now need a root canal fantastic!!! Thanks so much Smyrna dental. You will NEVER get near my mouth again or anyone in my family. Piss poor service. So glad I went to RI dentist now my gap is closed and pain has subsided fingers crossed I don’t need a root canal because of this quacks shotty work. Just a warning, came because it was covered with my insurance.

I had to use the restroom and the toilet and sink was nasty. It honestly doesn't look like anyone has cleaned this office in over a month. Other then the overall cleanliness, I am very happy with Smyrna Dental.
