When I first walked into Dr. Bishop's office my negative connotations with the dentist automatically disappeared. Everyone had a friendly attitude and the equipment was amazing. The fact that I was called in within minutes of arriving was something I'd never experienced.

I requested an appointment online and received an email confirmation stating someone would reach out to me within 24 hours to schedule. Days later, no one has reached out. I have to assume they are unprofessional so 1 star it is.

Front desk staff is horrible. Unprofessional, socializes way too much. I called 4 or 5 days ago to get my appointment changed, never received a phone call back. When I called back today, I was out on hold for at least 4 min before someone picked back up & then she was laughing when she said hello. Smh, social hour instead of working.

Staff is courteous and friendly. Facility is brightly colored and clean. Smells fresh, looks modern and well kept.

The hygienist Precious was horrible and obviously inexperienced. She rip my mouth to pieces for a simple cleaning. The suction tube smelled awful like it had been used previously. I insisted she change it. She continuously pulled at my lips throughout the entire cleaning and lacerated my gums with floss. I was in tears when the cleaning was complete. A simple cleaning should not be excrutiating painful. I must say that I am appreciative of Kendra and the front desk staff being very pleasant and helpful.

I have to start if not for the after effects, I would not be saying this. I have gone here for a little over a year. My daughter and husband needed to go as well so we all had appointments, this was their first time there. The front desk staff were sweet and did their jobs. The dental hygienists were tinder and took care cleaning our teeth with no pain. The issue I had was that the dental hygienists was apparently sick for the last two weeks with some kind of cold. She was taking care of my child (who is 17 and went back alone) and at the end of the visit the dentists came in and had a short conservation with the dental hygienists. It was at that time the conservation turned to how she (the hygienists) had been sick the last two weeks. It was a brief remark, but in front of my child. Wouldn't you know 24 hours later my child is hacking and coughing. We went to the doctor and was told it was viral and highly contagious. Now she has to suffer with this cold, missing school, and work, because one person who had her hands in my child's throat for almost an hour, was sick. She was wearing gloves and a mask. We have no way to prove she was the one who actually got her sick. My husband canceled his appointment due to this. We are very disappointed that the dentists would allow someone sick to work on people.

Dr. Baran, Dr. Bishop, and the Smile Brite staff have gone above and beyond to help me resolve my dental issues. Dr. Baran and his assistant made themselves available on Super Bowl Sunday to help me with a dental emergency after a wisdom tooth extraction - something I am very grateful for. They truly care about their patients and their reputation - I recommend you give them a call if you are in need of a dentist.

I love the staff here at Smile Brite because they understand that you can't have terrible customer service AND give the PAIN. I get treat like Royalty every visit and most of the time when possible there is No Pain and I have a beautiful smile because of Dr Bishop.

Awesome group of people! Friendly courteous front desk. Technician who took care of me and my teeth, was sooo nice to me. I have a small mouth with 4 less teeth than the ‘normal’ adult which requires me needing a smaller size when taking X-Rays. Since I had a unpleasant experience at a different dentist, Nancy made sure to ask me several times along the way if I was okay. I appreciated that. The whole process went very well. Dr. Bishop was also very pleasant towards me. I’ve only been here once. Based on this one experience I definitely would come back. I highly recommend them. Thanks Smile Brite Dental Care!!

I love Dr. Bishop and Dr. Lim they are both caring and worry about your comfort during treatment. I used to fear going to the dentist but not anymore. So glad I found them both. Also the staff is very knowledgeable and on point with billing and questions. I also love the techs like Rosey she's awesome and the young lady I had today was very kind as well.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bishop for years. Love what he has done and love the services. My only complaint is the new young ladies he hired as receptionist. I made an appointment and showed up and was told I had no appointment. On a different occasion another receptionist tried to charge me for a service that was already paid for/ covered.

Smile Brite Dental Care is by far the best dental office I have ever received care at. The staff is friendly and personable and always greet you with a pleasant smile. The wait time is outstanding. You barely have time to sit down before the hygienist come out to get you. The hygienists are professional and knowledgable and truly care about your dental health. Dr. Bishop is well educated and his dental work is superior. When he arrives in your room, he greets you with a warm smile. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and their technology is greatly advanced. The office is immaculate and well maintained. Thank you Smile Brite for always making my dental visit enjoyable.
