All I can say is I think you all are wonderful. I have never been so happy to have to go to see a dentist. The doctor and the entire staff are so caring and concern about my issues. They all are like family to me. I just love them!!!

So I haven’t been to this dentist since September and I get a bill today dated for April 16, 2018 for $45. So I was like I haven’t been there in almost a year so why am I just getting a bill. I call and the lady researches it and says oh it’s from a missed appointment in October. I am like so you are just sending out the notice now, almost a year later? She stumbles over her words a little and says oh you didn’t get the other notices, I said no. Then I said this sounds a little shady and hung up. Then I think back and go into my text messages and what do I find. Messages for me to make an appointment for a cleaning. Now wouldn’t you think the money owed would be mentioned then? Plus this is bad business. Especially since I don’t remember missing any appointment. It sounds like they are scrambling to get money from wherever. Poor customer service and bad business.
