I started going here because my previous dentist’s office was so cold and impersonal. I went there for 20 yrs and they treated me like a stranger. The dentists in the group we very cold - just wanted to get you in and out. At Peninsula Dental everyone is so kind and friendly. There is very little wait and they always care about how you are. I see Dr. Judy Majul and she is great. I have had two crowns done with no problems. I can’t complain about any work I have had done in their office. The hygienists I’ve had do a thorough job and are very good. I would highly recommend this office - excellent work and wonderful staff.

I selected Peninsula becau they advertise gentle dentistry. I waited 5 weeks for an “emergency “ appointment for a broken tooth. The appointment was on a Friday. A temporary crown was placed. Staff was friendly and professional. On Monday I received a call asking me to come back over because they needed another scan. The temporary crown was painfully removed by a technician, the scan taken, and the crown replaced. Later that evening I realized that my bite was now off, causing discomfort to both upper and lower teeth. I decided I would live with the discomfort rather than chance having the crown yanked off again. When I showed up for my appointment on 4/12 to have the permanent crown placed they had no record of my appointment. I have the appointment card. Since the initial appointment I have made two additional trips (1 1/2 hours each round trip), wasted 8 gallons of gas, experienced additional dental anxiety, and am no closer to having a permanent crown. If you are considering Peninsula Dental to ease dental anxiety you might want to reconsider.

I worked as a dental assistant years ago and remained a medical professional so I feel like I can recognizing quality care. Amy C., my hygienist, is absolutely amazing! She is great at soothing nerves and putting you at ease, as well as cleaning your teeth. Dr. Judy is also amazing! She, too, puts you at ease and does a tremendous job with your dental work! She’s like a little energizer bunny—very busy, but she takes the time to get to know you, explains everything as she does it, and answers questions thoroughly. Even the front office staff are kind and cheerful! Sometimes when you move it’s difficult to leave your old healthcare providers behind for fear that the new ones will not be as good. I’m very happy that when I moved here I was able to find this dental group. I couldn’t have asked for better!

I like to mention BRANDON his voice makes all your fears diminish, he always goes above to assist in getting appointments to accommodate, making calls on one's behalf, explaining your bill in detail, following up with dental procedures that were done! I realize I can only provide a 5 star rating, so would 5 stars a piece work for this outstanding dental group at the helm of DR. JUDY!!!

Dr. Judy explained to him what needed to be done. She & her staff will send all the paperwork, X-rays & photos to the VA for approval. Everyone was so professional & friendly. The facility was very clean. I feel he is in very good hands. I highly recommend Penisula Dental & Dr. Judy!!!

I had one bad experience with Dr. Green, he did a good crown but he hurt me with the novacaine needle. Aside from that the hygienists are always good. This last appointment they called and cancelled and rescheduled a month later. I didn't like that. I see Dr. Judy now, I haven't needed any work but she is very nice and seems good.

Drilling without numbing, no instruction care on what I had just received, and no water afterwards to swish and spit, the hygienist walked out as she was telling me where to go to check out. The person checking me out had to run and get me water to rinse my mouth. So no thank you.

I went in for a standard cleaning. They also took x-rays and found a couple trouble spots developing; 2 small cavities that I will return for soon. Very thorough on the explanation of duties being performed. Great overall experience.

The office staff is nice, but how they run their practice as a lot to be desired considering they want to give a pulpotomy every time there is a pinhole cavity. It's all about money and the easy way out. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

I was on vacation, 200 miles from home and a filling fell out of my molar. The molar was cutting the bottom side of m tongue and I was miserable. Couldn't eat or talk! I called at least a dozen offices and even though I had insurance I couldn't get an appoointment. Peninsula Dental gave me an appointment and smoothed out the sharp edges and literally saved my vacation! I still have to go back to my home dentist for restoration but that is o.k. Dr. Woloshin was so kind and helped me so much! Thank you for taking vacationers into your schedule.

Went there for a few years. The staff is friendly however the last work that I had done was a crown which fell off in eight months and I still had discomfort! Went back and was charged $180.00 to glue the crown back on. I have 5 other crowns that have been on for 10+ years and never fell off. They took off $80.00 and I still paid $100.00 for their mistake and some expensive glue!

I had an appointment scheduled for what I thought was a routine cleaning. When I arrived they wanted me to take x-rays before rendering any services. My last visit was 1 year ago, but I did not want the x-rays at this time just the cleaning. They basically said "if we can't do the x-rays since its been a year, then we cannot provide services to you until we do the x-rays" .They wanted to provide a service I chose to decline so they said we don't want your business. They closed me out of the accounts and handed me a copy of my records. They want to charge for services they want but the customer cannot chose to pay for the services they prefer. Very arrogant and totally inappropriate. This place is all about the money. I should have the right to chose what services I will pay for and not because they want to make money. I would not recommend this dental provider.

Staff is unable to work with my busy family's schedule. My daughter is one of their orthodontic patients, so keeping up with her hygiene schedule is critical. She is also a student with a very busy after school activity schedule, including some she can not miss. Whenever an appointment needs to be rescheduled, even if they are the ones who have to reschedule it, appointments end up being put off for an additional 3-4 months because they can not work with you. Last time I needed to reschedule an appointment I offered about 9 different dates over a 3 month period when my daughter had no school or early release and they couldn't accommodate any of them. And, this isn't the first time this has happened. The last time they had to reschedule her orthodontic appointment because the Dr. could not be there her appointment was put off for 2 extra months because they couldn't manage to work with us. I will find someone else who actually wants our business.

Very professional and friendly. They walk you through the process and let you know how your teeth are, what you need to do and what they think should be done. Honest and upfront about the charges. You know what the charges are before they do the procedures. They will let you make payments and take credit cards like Care Credit. They give veterans discount.

So my husband took our daughter to her appointment. About five minutes into the appointment i get a very concerning text message at work. That there are parents going back with their children but he would not be allowed back and sent me a photo of the infamous plaque on the wall. I wish i would've been told that i would not be allowed back with my child. We have intrusted in our doctors and they have failed us. Trust is earned not given! You should inform the adults prior to appointment.

Major issues with handling more than one patient AT SAME TIME in same room. Major issues with patient information being visible to others! As a parent I feel like I was blindsided by the work "added on". What was added on was not 100% necessary and as a non dental professional it is easy to make parents feel that we might as well go ahead and add this work on. I will NEVER bring my children back here. I will NEVER recommend any parent to bring their children here. There are not many places in the area that do sedated dentistry for children though I will opt out of having work done before going back!
