Horrible and deceptive. I've had multiple fillings fall out within a few months, and when I go back to get them fixed they tell me they''ll need to put a crown on, charging me for both the filling and crown, and then billing my insurance for additional work that wasn't done.

I had one dentist for over 32 years and loved him. After he retired I had been on a search for a replacement. Luckily, I found the practice of Dr. Brar. I had a wonderful experience from the first phone call to check on my dental insurance to the predetermination of fees for the long overdue work I needed. Dr. Brar was gentle and very fast. He was very concerned about my comfort throughout the procedure. His support staff have all been awesome too. I finally found my new dentist.

Aside from the fact that the dentist can’t make up her mind about PROPER treatment, the front office staff will lie to you in order to try and collect unspecified fees. This is by far, the most unprofessional and unfriendly staff I have ever seen! Do not go here! They are liars and cheats!

I went to Kool Smiles, which is a joke, and they referred me to here and when I called here they told me they dont perform root canals on children under the age of 14 but they would if he could handle thd chair. So I made the apt for another consult here w/ the hope that my son would get a root canal and he did. We went in, they took pics, and he got his root canal. That is what I needed done.

I found this Denistry On-line and fell in love. The staff is amazing especially Jan at the front reception desk. Every time I've scheduled an appointment she's always given me a positive attitude almost as if I've known her for years. Dr.B is the best. They want reviews so bad, so here's mine. I went to them on a Saturday with upper right teeth sensitivity/pain because my own dentist wasn't open. I couldn't really tell which tooth it was or what was going on by myself, so I went to a professional, right? Two months previously my dentist had given me a cleaning and said nothing was wrong and that I should continue what I was doing since six months before that dentist had also taken x-rays and filled a tooth. This place tells me I need a root canal and at least two crowns and gives me a set price and I'm like, that is a little uncomfortable to pay, is there a payment plan? So she let me pay half now and half next time, which was a set amount written down on paper. They spend like six hours doing this dental work--going on past sundown!--for some unknown reason, causing my family and friends to practically call the cops because they thought I was missing! I wasn't given an option of maybe pain medicine for a couple of days until I could wait for an appointment at my own dentist nor was I explained to what a root canal even was. I wasn't even given an option on what type of crown I wanted (metal, porcelain, etc.) and they defaulted to the most expensive type. Later on, the meds wear off and I still have that pain in my upper side so I go back and they take more x-rays and basically say it's just me and send me on my way. I wasn't going to live with some random pain in my face so I go to my primary doctor and she explains that I have SINUSITIS PAIN from my allergies getting bad the month before WHICH WAS HEALED BY A COUPLE $1 MEDICINES FROM THE PHARMACY. So comes the scheduled appointment to put the crowns on and they want over triple what they charged the first time IN ADDITION to what was paid the first time, even using two credit lines that will hurt me having a ton of student loans that I already am struggling to pay AND emptying my grandparents' account! Absolutely NO mention was made that I would have to make more gigantic payments the first time! I offered to write little $100s on their business cards , but they didn't want that. In no way will I return to this thief of a business nor will I ever speak good of it. They robbed someone who had to drop out of college due to chronic illness and can't currently work as well as her grandparents. I certainly hope they don't rob you! I have met no other dentist who would charge what this place did and they don't deserve the one star I had to pick.

This place was excellent. After going to TLC in Princess Anne and being told they could not do the extraction or root canal and being given no options as to what could be done with the gap the extraction would leave, I decided to try here. They had good google reviews so I said why not. Best Choice Ever. I had Dr. Chhina who not only was able to do ALL the work but gave me options and did it ALL the Same Day. She even stayed an hour after they closed to finish everything. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. They worked with my schedule and were very nice about everything. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been going here since Dr. B took over. The staff is great. Everyone seems to enjoy working here, especially Jan at the front desk. She always has a big smile on her face when scheduling you an appointment. Dr. B has a great personality. If you are looking for a new dentist or a new hygienist to clean those pearly whites. Sometimes you need to wait a little but that is why I call just before my appointment time and ask if they are running early, late or on time. I do recommend Peninsula Dental Center.

Let me start by saying my fear of the dentist office goes way back to my youth. But the team at Peninsula Dental is absolutely amazing! They have taken such good care of me and made sure my time there (root canal, crown, cavity, all the good stuff) have been pain free. Kelly (Dental Assistant) is so great. Funny, friendly and extremely competent. Dr. Brar and Dr. Chhina are AMAZING!!! You cannot go wrong choosing Peninsula Dental in Salisbury.

I've been going here since I was a child and I love it. If you have an appointment for 8:00am, you are actually seen at that time and don't have to wait. The staff is friendly. And if your like me and don't like taking off work for dental appointments, they are open on Saturdays too, which I love.

Did a wonderful job on my root canal! I was comfortable and they explained everything. Actual root canal took less than two hours as the entire staff is extremely competent. Our friends recommended your office, and this is the note I sent to them after our visit: We have a new dentist! We went to see Dr. Brar at Peninsula Dental Center last Thursday. It was well worth the ride. They took us on as patients, and cleaned my husband's teeth, and discovered that he had four small cavities. Rather than make another appointment (or two), Dr. B filled all four small cavities on the spot. It seems he may need a route canal, and they gave him a referral. I went along, without an appointment, just to complete the paperwork and make an appt to repair a filling that had begun to break apart. When my husband was finished, I went to ask about the appointment to get the filling repaired, asked the young woman at the desk how long it might be, and she smiled, and said, we can do that now!!! They took 2 xrays, and filled it, and it's as good as new. We were astonished!! In a good way, at how professional and efficient the office was run. We both left talking like Elmer Fudd, but so very happy to have had so much accomplished in one day!

I had caries tooth in my molar last month and it was very painful and difficult to tolerate. I went to this dental care and it was a very good experience. Doctor was really polite and good at his work, explained everything in a very good manner. I appreciate their concern as they called me for follow up. Highly recommended !!

Go somewhere else! I went to them for a set of x-rays and a cleaning. That's all I asked for. The X-rays were covered by insurance. The cleaning should have been covered as well. After they finished the cleaning, they told me I owed $70 because they decided to do a more intensive cleaning then your typical cleaning. So, I said fine. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time. I paid the $70. Mind you, this was really just a gum scraping--there wasn't even any polishing, brushing, or fluoride involved..literally just a scraper and water. Then I get a bill in the mail for $105 more. It turns out, they charged $125 for the "cleaning" , $44 for a "rinse" after scraping, and $44 for "oral hygiene instruction" (telling me to brush and floss!!!). My insurance wouldn't cover those charges because they're absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, I was charged $44 for "evaluating" my x-rays, after which they told me that I needed a root canal that it turns out I don't need, and they told me I DON'T need 2 fillings that I DO need (I've had second and third opinions because I didn't trust this place). I can only guess that they're waiting for the cavities to turn into root canals because that's more profitable. As a final, minor note--my very first visit to them, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Nobody said a word to me for more than an hour past my appointment time. I almost walked out. Instead I went to them and asked how much longer it would be..at which point they finally hurried things along. If you go here, you're taking a big risk.

They worked with me on a treatment plan and helped me with the insurance end of it all! I highly recommend them from beginning to end! I must’ve caught the staff on a bad day. One of the office personnel named “Jan” was more concerned with making sure that everyone knew it wasn’t her fault they didn’t have my son’s x-rays or extraction instructions from Dr. Crouse‘s office then solving the problem. She was very unprofessional and I recommend going to another Dentist office if you are able.
