Was referred by my brother who goes there as well as his daughter and wife. My experiences have all been positive. The dental hygenists are thorough and listen to you and give you great suggestions to help you maintain good dental health. They communicate with the dentist who also shows a genuine concern for patients. Front desk associates are also very friendly and helpful and the whole office atmosphere is comfortable and professional. Also very helpful that they offer different payment options for people like me without dental insurance.

Park Place Dental is a real find for me. I've been looking for a good, reliable, professional dentist near to my home, that is also in my network, for a long time. I finally found it here. I like that I have an actual treatment plan from beginning to end, taking on each little task in my mouth in turn, after consulting with me. I'm glad to have found this place and hope to be a patient here for quite a while. Just one complaint, I started my treatment at Park Place during the winter, and I remember the shoveling of the walks was not great. No clear pathway from sidewalk to street. Didn't enjoy that at all. Had to walk in the street a block before I could find a path onto the sidewalk. No point in me being able to park in front of the building in the end. LOL

I have been to many dental office's in the Chicago area, and I was very impressed with Park Place Dental. I have now arranged for my whole family to use this practice for their dental needs as well. Maggie who is a one of the hygienist is very, very good at her craft. She is very detailed and quite determined to do a complete and thorough job, she also has a great personality which was very welcomed considering the type of work she does. I also was impressed with Dr. Mele and her background, she has a great team working for her. I highly recommend Park Place Dental in Elmwood Park, IL.

Amazing group of professionals! I recently moved to Delaware and I wanted to get my teeth cleaned prior to my wedding ceremony. The staff informed me that my first visit would be an initial screening and consult with the dentist. After informing them of my predicament, they were able to schedule an additional appointment the same day as my initial consult! The staff was extremely friendly and there was little to no wait time from when I checked into the office. The dental hygienist did a great job removing the tea stains from my teeth. Great experience, which is not a common thing to say for a dental office!

I have a job to where I am not allowed to leave until the work is finished , this makes keeping apts a bit hard , they have charged me a fee every time I miss an apt even if I call ahead, they need 24hrs I get that but I may not know i cant make it until that morning , ok thats fine I pay there fines they take my money then tell me they can put me on the schedule , between me and my son this year I spent over $2000 with this dentist I really think if you have spent that kind of money they should work with you a bit , but nope these people have no since of loyalty to the people who spend Big money with them Sad very Sad

I came here for cleaning, a crown, and multiple cavity fillings. Great staff through the scheduling, billing, and check-in process. Everything was up front (with good prices, I might add), dealt well with insurance, and excellent communication. Dr. Mele is amazing--great bedside manner, and a really excellent dentist. She went over all images, discussed the plan with me, and made everything painless. The best dentist experience I've had, despite multiple procedures. Couldn't recommend Dr. Mele more.

Dr. Mele and her staff are the best of the best! Great customer service, friendly and highly educated. I recently brought my mother for a new Nightguard (she had lost her previous nightguard). Dr. Mele knew my mother snored and requested a Sleep Apnea test. My mother's Sleep Apnea was positive and will now have a CPAP prescribed with her Physician. I'm glad I brought my mother here and that her Sleep Apnea was diagnosed at an early stage. We learned that Sleep Apnea could eventually lead to death. Thank you, Dr. Mele, for helping my mother have a longer life and that way I can enjoy my mother for many more years!

When there for a first visit My appointment was for 11:30 got there by 10:40 at 11:45 I was still seating waiting to be called while people that was just getting there at 11:30 they were been called I got up and told the receptionist that I wanted to cancel my appointment and I walked out I will never go back there again and didn't even apologize or didn't even make the attend to tell me to way or try to make me stay bad place.

My hygienist, Danielle, always does a most thorough job. She is personable and professional. I am consistently confident that Dr. Russo will provide the best advice and complete assessment. Today I was seen by Dr. B. (not even my regular doc!) for repair of a fractured tooth - very sharp and uncomfortable. I was fit into the schedule for an appointment 2 hours after I called, seen promptly and my problem remedied with a filling within a half hour. I really cannot say enough positive things about this practice - all assistants, hygienists and doctors are personable, skillful and caring.
