The billing process at this office is HORRIBLE!!! They give you a price before you appt., however, when you get there it's different, then 3-4 mths. later you get a bill for even more!! I would not recommend this office to anyone!!! I understand that there is some dental work that may not be covered completely under you Dental plan and it is your responsibility to pay. However it should not take 4 mths. to be receive a bill!!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. Dr. Nguyen is an artist. I have poor genetics when it comes to teeth, and he managed to give me a perfect smile through the use of 6 month braces and some bonding. I went from misplaced teeth and spaces to a perfect, strait smile. Moreover, the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. No idea how long I’ve been a patient here but when my insurance lapsed after I turned 25; I went back with their Dental Care option plan due to how pleasant my experiences have been. Obviously, I’ve had other dentists in my life but the staff is super patient and understanding; plus given my insurance lapse; the fact they had an alternate option so I could continue caring for my teeth was a huge relief. I now have great benefits and could go anywhere but this place is the best in the northern DE area.

I have been going to this dentist for years, I had scaling (deep cleaning) done several years ago. I didn’t like the after affects of my teeth from the scaling. Today went for normal cleaning and because I would not commit to a 2nd deep gum treat, they refused to clean my teeth. It kind of makes me think they are only in it for the money they get from the insurance company. I would think some cleaning is better then no cleaning, so today I am left without a cleaning and without a dentist and a wasted hour from work. Not the people I thought they were. So no I don’t recommend ORAL HEALTH CENTER OF DELAWARE.

Visit Oral Health Center of Delaware and get a share of the welcoming atmosphere that will make your visit a fearless one. I have visited them for almost ten years and their customer service continues to improve at each visit.
