Best of all, it's truly a family place. My husband and 6 year old are patients too. Try them and you will not be disappointed.

I needed to have work done to have a tooth fixed and fitted for a Crown.I was anxious of course, but Dr. Sachdeva and his assistant relieved my worry. I even got to pick music and wear headsets during the procedure. You could feel Dr. Sachdeva's confidence in what he is doing, therefore, it has a calming effect on the patient. The office staff too is very pleasant. This makes going to the dentist a whole lot less stressful. I would highly recommend Media Family Dentistry if you a looking for a dentist. He has always been considerate, and top-notch, never recommends or performs unnecessary work, and has a very flexible schedule with great hours. Today for example I was in and out to have a cavity filled in under a half hour and now I am unsure of what to do with my day. I have my wife visiting him now, and our children, and I recommend him to my friends and family.

I have been seeing Dr. Sachdeva for several months now for ongoing dental work such as repairing some small cavities and replacing several old metal fillings from childhood. I find him to be extremely professional, polite, and informative with my care and treatment. Dr. Sachdeva takes time to fully explain everything he's going to do beforehand and I feel confident I'm in good hands when I'm in the chair. As a small comfort measure, he provides headphones and an iPad so you can listen to any music you like on Pandora while he's working on your mouth. For me, someone who hates the sound of the drill, it does provide a distraction and some relief. Everyone from his office personnel, to his hygienists, and his dental assistant are very pleasant and helpful which makes the overall experience even that much better. Definitely give him and his office a try, you won't be disappointed.

The staff here does great to do the work you need and make you comfortable while doing it. They give you headphones with Pandora to help make the experience more pleasant. When doing work they try to address as much as possible in each visit which makes the overall experience that much more pleasant. I would highly recommend them and thos is from someone who was always avoiding the dentist! I recently couldn't find a sitter for my 5 month old child. I cannot begin to explain how impressed I am with Dr. Milunsky and his entire staff. I have two daughters, eight years old and five years old. I had taken them to another dentist in the area where they were given their checkups... unfortunately, both had cavities and needed to have numerous appointments to have them filled. As their mother, I was not only anxious about the upcoming dental work, but also the invoice! Even though we have great dental insurance, there were going to be a lot of "extra charges" that the insurance didn't cover. Plus, I didn't feel that the dentist would be able to really put my girls at ease during the stressful situation of having numbing shots, drilling, filling, etc. Another mom in the area was raving about Dr. Milunsky and gave me the office number. From the very first call to the office, I was impressed with the professionalism, willingness to listen and help, and the ability to put me at ease. When I walked into the office, it was a cheerful and bright with great artwork, music, books and toys for the kids. My five year old was able to pick a DVD to watch during while she was having her teeth worked on. Dr, Milunsky and his staff made her feel comfortable and explained everything. Three fillings! Whew! Got through it no problem... and then there were prizes to pick from!!!! I have been back for my other daughter and was equally impressed. My husband and I are now switching to this office as well. So this guy installed a crown that supposed to last for years but it came off twice within the first 2 years. The last time I saw him I asked him if I was going to be charged and he said no. I then found another dentist who I visited twice so far this year for free cleaning based on my insurance plan. The other day I received a bill from the new dentist, so I called to figure out why I'm being charge when all I had is 2 cleaning this year which are totally covered. Come to find out, when I went to this previous dentist for him to put the crown back, he billed the insurance and got paid. What a dishonest man, it's clearly money over care. What happened to correcting the mistake, he assured me that the crown was good for several year, how come it come off twice whitin the first 2 years and he charging me to put it back. No good guy, be careful.

I just started going here after I was unable to secure an end-of-the-year appointment with my regular dentist. Dr. Sachdeva is perhaps the best dentist I've ever had. The office made obtaining a last-minute appointment so seamless. Dr. Sachdeva was there to greet me with a smile as I finished up my paperwork. Lilly, the dental hygienist started my cleaning with the utmost care, after which Dr. Sachdeva returned to finish up. He was extremely attentive, very gentle, and nicer than Mr. Rogers. I will gladly be coming a half hour from West Chester any day to return to this practice. It's also a very cozy practice with a Keurig, a cute Pomeranian to greet you, and architecture to make it look like your grandma's home. Don't hesitate any longer... Everyone at Milunsky is extremely friendly and professional. It is a relaxing environment, so even those who don't particularly like going to the dentist will be comfortable. The hygienist does a great job cleaning my teeth every time I go there and always gives honest and helpful feedback on what I'm doing well, and what I could improve upon. When Dr. Milunsky examines your teeth you get the sense that he truly cares about YOUR best interests. I had slightly chipped one of my front teeth and when I asked about it he didn't jump on the chance to fix it and make money off of it. He explained that the chip was small and that any fix he would do would only last a short amount of time, at which point the same temporary fix could be performed again. I thought it was very commendable for him to be so honest with a patient. As an added bonus, there is a TV in each room (positioned right in front of the patient in the chair) where they have some sort of live concert DVD playing. I've seen Sting and Bruce Springsteen so far, and am looking forward to my next visit to see what band is performing!

My husband and I have tried three different dentist offices in the last three years, and we fully agree that we found a home at Milunsky Family Dentistry. We are musicians. So, it's quite a welcome to walk in with our favorite bands hanging in frames on the walls. What's even better was when the dental assistant asked me what band I wanted to listen to during my cavity fills. Karen proceeded to put a DVD player on with a live concert of the artist I chose. What an original and calming idea in an otherwise anxiety inducing situation. The doctor, who was so kind and thorough in his description of exactly what would take place during the procedure (we even had a tap out plan if I needed a break), had one of the best bed side manners I've encountered in any medical facility. I'm so glad we found this new home base for our dental health. Thanks for the stellar care!

Believe all the positive reviews here, Dr Milunsky has truly created a unique atmosphere and approach to dentistry. His staff goes out of their way to make visits a pleasant experience. Lorraine is the first hygienist I’ve experienced who is 100% positive and doesn’t resort to lecturing the patient, especially since it had been quite a few years since I had been to a dentist. I just had my first procedure yesterday, crown prep on back molar, which was a breeze beginning with the painless Novocain shot along with the use of a high tech suction device. It made a huge difference from past procedures and eliminated the need to constantly swallow or gag from the drill water. Dr Milunsky explained the procedure step by step and during my initial visit actually recommended less work than I inquired about. Looking for an honest and trustworthy dentist, go see Dr Milunsky ... I’m glad I did.
