Was told root canal - 4 wisdom teeth out - and a gum disease that will require me come back repeatedly for the rest of my life. So I got a 2nd opinion and it was opposite on everything I was told (she couldn't be wrong on everything right) he salvaged my tooth (the must have root canal) on the spot - so at least one was wrong. Time will tell if wrong on the other 2 but I am leaning towards dentist number 2!

So happy I found this dental office! The entire staff has been so friendly and helpful. They truly made my experience comfortable and I am now no longer scared to go to the dentist. My front tooth broke over the weekend and I called Monday morning and Dr. Fagioletti got me in the same day I called and even fixed my front tooth for me that same day. I am so thankful I found them and love what she did with my tooth. I can smile again. Thank you so much! I’ll be back again real soon.

Have called 4 times to try and schedule an appointment. The first time was the only time I was able to speak to someone, but I had to get my insurance to do something before I could be seen. The second time their answering machine was not set up. The third time was a Friday and the answering machine said they were closed until Monday, so I left a message saying I'd like to schedule an appointment, but was never called back. Called a 4th time on a Thursday and the answering machine says they're closed until next Wednesday. Will be looking for another dentist.

I am a former patient of Dr. Fagioletti and felt the need to write this review to warn others about her and her staff. This dentist is not a skilled practitioner. She first told my husband that a crown had to be replaced and the tooth was over 10 years old so we didn't question it much. He went in for the procedure and during it she did such a poor job and she removed too much tooth so that then a replacement crown became impossible. The only options then became a much more expensive bridge or a permanent implant. If you do choose to go to Dr. Fagioletti make sure that for any procedure she says you need you should go get a second opinion. My husband and I regret that mistake but hopefully others will be able to learn from us and will choose to avoid this. It should also be mentioned that under HIPAA law you are entitled to your medical records. I called the front desk staff to ask for my records to be sent to me I was told, "we do not do that". When I then said that I know my rights under the law the receptionist pretended that she couldn't hear me and then when I suggested she move to a quieter area she hung up the phone. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with the US Dept of Health and Human Services. I know some readers of this may not believe my post but all you have to do is ask for your medical records and if you are ever told "we do not do that" then do not go to that dentist/doctor, because they clearly have something to hide.
