I had a dental emergency very late at night. After phoning the after-hours line, Dr. Patel contacted me personally and, despite a very busy schedule, fit me in first-thing in the morning to make the repair. His detailed and knowledgeable explanation of what happened to my tooth and how he was going to fix it was comforting. What blew me away was a level of customer service I have never experienced. He personally contacted me via phone and via text the next day to check in and make sure that everything was okay with my tooth. It shows that he truly cares about his patients.

I had been a patient of Dr. Bausch’s for many years. When I found out he was retiring I was very sad and nervous. Having had a bad experience as a child, I always found they went out of their way to keep me comfortable. However, I cannot say how pleased I am with Dr. Patel. He is very warm, knowledgeable, and you can tell he cares very much for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff to anyone looking for dental care!

I was very comfortable during my 1st appointment of Xrays by Stacy, examination by Dr Patel and Dr Patel's very informative discussion of his findings. He suggested future needed dental procedures and allow time to discuss the options. And never at anytime did I feel like I was being rushed through the complete 1st appointment. Even the receptionist Michelle, was very polite and toke time to listen to me. This is a great dental office and I will suggest Dr Patel to all my family and friends. Dr Patel is a great dentist and wonderful person. He did both a crown and filling for me recently. He's very gentle and i had no discomfort. I had to replace my nightguard as it didn't stay in my mouth at night after the crown. I paid just his costs for that. He called both evenings of my dental work to be sure I was ok.
