My husband broke his bottom dentures in half. Aspen Dental, couldn't do anything for 10 more days.....called these guys at 9:30am saw them at 11am and had the dentures fixed by 1pm.! They were so nice and helpful.....I don't think my husband will ever go anywhere else. I can't say enough about their awesome service!

From my initial phone call making the appointment to the reminder call and text and the actual appointment itself, my experience with American Dental was superb. The office staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions regarding my insurance. The dentist himself was very friendly and efficient when doing my exam. My dental hygienist was very thorough in her cleaning and was able to address all of my questions and concerns. This was by far the most pleasant dental experience I have had. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I had a really bad experience at American Dental Solution Lancaster. They added additional treatment services in bill which we did not make request. Besides that, they also did not inform us whether treatment service is chargeable or not. Two weeks later they sent additional treatment services bill at my home. When I tried to reach out them , Why I am getting this additional bill? I did not get any clear answer and it was not cover by insurance they just said. They are adding services by them self without customer confirmation and knowledge. So Why Should I pay for this additional service which I did not request.

All staffmembers were very courteous, very knowledgeable, they listened and showed teamwork! Also the facility was very clean! There was no confusion on billing! Problems with my teeth were resolved that PREVIOUS care providers could not seem to fix! I am recommending them to anyone!!!

Buy a Waterpik, find another dentist, and tell these people "where to go!"***** Megan Creegan (". . .our call center manager. . ." who fancies herself as "Quality Control Manager. . .(and) says that the biggest lesson she has learned from working here is to not sweat the small stuff") should realize ADS is in the service industry and therefore should CAREFULLY pick her battles as they can become VERY PUBLIC, VERY QUICKLY! (It is fascinating how nice ADS will try to appear to be in their replies here on a public forum. Unfortunately, they are not personable during office visits. Why else would they need to covertly do audio recordings as a previous patient alleges on YP Reviews - as quoted below? It is also interesting that ADS will only post the 5 star Google reviews on their website. Coincidence? Nope!) I AM HEREBY REQUESTING THE AUDIO RECORDINGS MADE DURING MY TWO APPOINTMENTS THERE AS PART OF MY PATIENT RECORDS (WHICH YOU HAVE ***NOT*** YET PROVIDED TO ME). "BEWARE>>>>They are recording you while you are in the dentist chair and they don't tell you. Creepy to say the least."

Every individual at the Rorherstown Rd location go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They test every person as if they are their only patient, and take whatever time needed to explain every process, procedure, and possible options. Together we came up with an evolving plan of care that works with my very limited Medicare Advantage Plan benefits. I recommend A.D.S. to everyone that is taking about Dentists or looking for a Dentist. Thank you for the excellent care I have received.

I would highly recommend American Dental Solutions for the following reasons: * Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. * My waiting time was zero. As soon as I filled out the paperwork, I was seen. * I came for a consultation on a broken wisdom tooth removal but was told that I could also have the removal done right away if I wanted to. That was convenient and unexpected. * The oral surgeon was friendly and answered all questions. He proved to be highly skilled and extracted the wisdom tooth fairly quick and I never felt a thing. * The pricing is nowhere near expensive and they work to keep costs down. So, what's not to like? I can't think of anything. * Even though I have my own dentist and have been satisfied with him for 25 years or so, I just may be changing to American Dental Solutions.

I would NOT recommend American Dental for any kind of orthodontist treatment. Within a years time, they have switched their orthodontist three times. Now my daughter has her top teeth unaligned properly with the center of her face and a huge gap that wasn't there originally. They might attract you with cheap brace prices but the service is not trustworthy. I had put my faith and trust in American Dental Solutions and they have failed us. 10/12/16 - In response to your reply: Unbelievable that you can reply that your management team is working on my families concerns. Sure it looks great for your review, but honestly we both know that they only thing you are doing is correcting the errors that were made. My family deserves compensation for this. My daughter should have never had her mid-line shifted in the first place...PERIOD!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted today and i have to say i was impressed. The oral surgeon did a great job at numbing the area and within second he pulled my wisdom teeth that was deeply rooted in my cheek half covered by flesh. I barely felt anything. The last dentist i went to was not able to do they could numb my gum and had to cancel the extraction. I would definitely recommend using this oral surgeon again if i should ever need to.

Absolutely amazing! Broke my bottom denture and searched the internet for a dentist who could repair a denture while I waited. I called American Dental Solutions at 8:15 am and had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 same day! Staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help me. My repair was made within 1 hr and I was on my way home in no time at all. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!! When you need dental care, I highly refer this dental group to you! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent service and very helpful and nice employees that work at both offices. I received service above and beyond when my repaired plate was deliver to the wrong office and since I had an appointment soon after I stopped to pick them up, they made a special trip across town in heavy traffic to deliver them so I could make my other appointment, to me that takes special employees that cares about their patients. Highly recommend American Dental Solutions.

Not really a fan of the dentist but I had a Great visit today at the Lancaster office , the service was excellent the dentist explained in details everything I need to have done so I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs. Last but not least the Assistant is very beautiful and also did a great job I stared in her eyes the whole time and didn't even notice the dentist poking around in my mouth. No anesthesia. Lol

I had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsey and Dr. Kapa. They we’re both very pleasant and knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease in what is usually a stressful situation. The dentist office I recently left was very impersonal, unprofessional and clearly has too many patients to properly provide care for everyone, but that is not the case with American Dental Solutions.

I need to downgrade my rating. Dental side i have no complaints. 5 stars even! Orthodontic...oooh boy . I'd switch if i could. The people are nice. Just never available . My boy had an emergency (bracketed tooth fell out, caused wires to stick out his mouth poking into his cheek) first they asked if he coould wait 8 weeks till his next appointment, i indicated that this is not acceptable..they then said that everything is closed and next available is a week later. A week! With a wire poking the outside of his cheek. Stay away. Not worth the savings. They only have orthodontist appointments twice a month.
