I called today to discuss becoming a new patient and the person that I spoke to has less than zero experience at first impressions. From the ball park figure she gave me to the disdain in her voice that I didn't have dental insurance...yikes! I am nowhere near lacking the ability to pay what it would cost but I couldn't imagine how I would feel if I were a person of lesser means. Shame on you.

We've been going to Smiles for the Future for years, both for dentistry and for all four kids in braces. They are always very helpful and are great at scheduling quick visits when wire & retainers break, etc. They certainly know their orthodontics. We were convinced my son would need to have teeth pulled, but they managed to make space with the braces and he looks great.

I wish I was able to go to Smiles for the Future when I was a kid. No tantrums when it's time to go to the dentist. Everyone is all smiles all the time and make my kids feel at ease. Of course the tokens for prizes at the end are always appreciated especially when they get two!

Both my toddler and I go here. Incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, patient, and kind with both of us. I have dental anxiety and hadn't been to any dentist in ten years and they didn't make me feel ashamed or guilty about that. Only four stars because they have been running a little late the few times we've been there, but I'd still recommend them.

I have been taking all three of my children here for many years for dental and orthodontic appointments, including braces. The entire staff from the front desk people all the way up to the dentists have been wonderful to our family. When my children were young and needed to have a tooth pulled, the dentists handled them kindly and in the best way possible to prevent anxiety, and when they needed braces and weren't quite cooperative, the orthodontists had the utmost patience in dealing with my children's fears. I highly recommend Smiles for the Future to anyone looking for a dentist for their child. I have absolutely zero complaints!

Really great. They make you their #1 priority. It's in and out. Smile for the future is super kid friendly. In the lobby there is a bunch of toys and a TV playing Disney channel, Nickelodian for the younger ones and some magazines for you.

Love the office just disappointed with some of the staff. When we first started coming here they failed to tell us that they moved and then when we finally got to the new building they wanted us to reschedule because we were late. Which I though was crazy. Another time I had to reschedule my sons cleaning due to conflicting appointments. When I arrived they said he never had an appointment. The receptionist just gave me attitude and shrugged her shoulders like oh well I don't know what to do for you. I then explained I rescheduled for this morning she then finally looked at the schedule to squeeze us in. I have a hard time with this bc I love the hygienist and the dentist and my son does really well with them. Not sure if the receptionist was having one of those days or if she needs customer service training.

My son, who is now 17, has been coming here since his first dentist appt. We have been extremely happy with the care, friendliness of the staff, and knowledge and professionalism shown to us by the Drs. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for pediatric dentist.

We have been going to Smiles for 11 years, which included regular exams and ortho. The staff, hygienists, and doctors are amazing. They make sure my kids are comfortable and at ease. I have a son who has a lot of anxiety, and they have always been very accommodating to his needs. Today is our last day (we are moving out of state), and they are rearranging all sorts of things to get my son's retainer completed and to get both my sons cleanings done. Highly recommend!

Hygienist Allison was amazing! She was so interactive and fun, which put my son to ease to open his mouth and do the whole cleaning without a whine! it was his first time but felt like he's done it so many times!

Our twin five-year-old boys have been patients at this dental practice since their first trip to a dentist. Although we have been quite satisfied with the dentists, hygienists, and front office staff, our last two bills have been incorrect. On each occasion their billing manager Marcie was extraordinarily curt and rude when asked about the discrepancy. It was a simple insurance error that was easily corrected, but the customer service issue was not to be resolved. I attempted to address the concern with the office manager, who was completely apathetic. Feeling that the practice didn't care one way or the other whether we were patients or not, I elected the latter and will choose another dentist for our kids.

We love Smiles for the Future! My sons have been going to them since they were very young, around four years of age. They are kind and caring and very good with young children and that was what made us patients for life! My older son just finished with his braces and they were wonderful through that process as well. Their staff is extremely friendly and very good with all ages. It was always a pleasure to see them and I have never had any complaints, ever. I highly recommend them for all ages and all needs!

So disappointed with this practice. The hygensist my son had here for his first cleaning when we moved here wasn't good with him at all . He didn't like the light and she had no patience with him . I spoke to the office manager to inform them I was switching she was extremely nice and said they would note his chart to give him specific hygienists. Wait, shouldn't all the hygienists be good with all kids ??!! We stayed but then today I was done . I had to change my sons appointment for July 9th and the woman said they are booking into Sept. Ummmm really ? Now, I understand that happens with doctor / dentist offices but it was how rude she was about it. I am shocked this office allows this . Speaking to some friends they knew exactly who I meant and some have even switched because of the rudeness. Dr . Gary is nice too bad this doesn't carry over with his staff . Best decision leaving this practice.

My two daughters go to Smiles for the Future and from the moment we arrive to the time we leave my girls as well as myself are treated terrific. The hygienist Debbie is awesome. She has made my girls feel so comfortable that they actually love going to the dentist. They love when Colleen comes by to say hi and makes them feel special to be there. The staff from the receptionist to the the dentist always goes above and beyond to make my girls enjoy their visit. I am very pleased that we come to this office and will continue to recommend this practice to other parents.

My son is generally afraid of coming to the dentist, however, our dental hygenist, Sam, was super sweet and took her time with him. She let him touch her tools everytime before she put them in his mouth to ease his anxiety. He left with a smile on his face!
