I have been going to Dr. Sharma since May’18. He and his staff are not just professional but very warm too. In May, I went for my life’s first dental visit. Of course, it was not looking very good inside my mouth with all 30 years of build up. Dr. Sharma was just amazing in providing the painless deep cleaning. It felt like I got new, clean, and healthy teeth. Dr. Sharma also noted that I had some minor cavities and recommended to get them filled ASAP. I came back in a week to get the cavities filled and it was just a cake walk. Not afraid of visiting dentist anymore. Thank to the whole team of Signatures Smiles Family Dentistry. Highly recommend them.

I am the last person to write positive reviews unless it is truly worth it. Well, I had a similar experience in Signature Smiles. The clinic is clean and staff is amazing and super friendly. They are ready to accommodate you even with the last minute changes. From the minute you step in to the minute you leave the premises, everyone is giving their best to make you feel comfortable. Thanks a ton Aria and Dina specifically. Dr. Sharma is professional and courteous and tells you everything upfront about the procedures. He has done my root canal so now I can vouch for him. I think like most people I don't particularly like having to go to the dentist or in my case terrified of dentist lol. However due to several painful issues I need resolved, I was very lucky to come across this dentist office. Dr. Sharma was very personable and immediately put me at ease. He was very thorough and took the time to create a treatment plan for me and to explained it to me in detail and all the options I had. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. The staff is very endearing, kind and accommodating. You can tell that they truly do pride themselves in making sure that patients have the best experience. After two front teeth were damaged from an accident at work I called signature smiles because they were close and the only place still open at 5pm on a Friday. Was very glad that I did. After several visits the oral surgeon did an absolutely fantastic job on my bridge. Great work, very courteous and professional . This was last summer. I should have done the review for them sooner since i was so happy with everything .

They were very professional and the staff was nice and friendly. They explained the amount being billed and out of pocket $ (Great Clarity). I went to this place after seeing a lot of wonderful reviews and i wasn't disappointed and wanted to share my story. Dr.Sharma is a Pro, he knows what he is doing, i needed to fix a gap between my tooth, Dr.Sharma examined and explained the reason it happened, the solution options and cost factors. he also explained the complete process. First started with thorough deep cleaning and prescribed a mouth wash solution to address the base issue and waited for a week and more to see if the gap gets re-aligned as he said it got re-aligned, he took good time to set the stage. the next visit was a big surprise, he re-explained the options and cost factors and suggested the best cost effective option without impacting any of my existing tooth, the moment i confirmed, within 45 minutes i got my implant done with a temp tooth, my Gap was completely fixed without any issues. I was really shocked so as my family. we thought its gonna take a long time to get it done. the gap was so narrow and definitely its a master piece to position the implant right in the middle, Pretty amazing Job!!! After that, waited for few weeks to get the crown ready and everything was done so quick, Job well done. Staffs were very gentle and friendly. Thank you Dr.Sharma and team for the best service ever :) (Yes injections hurts LOL!!!)

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! DR. K saved my career!!! I was a victim in a domestic incident and I was hit in the mouth and my front tooth was loose and the root was damaged and DR. K saved my tooth!! He responded rapidly and made my tooth a priority within 30 minutes of receiving a call from my original dentist office that wasn’t able to help me. Dr. K met with me in the lobby as soon as I walked in the door and assured me he could save my tooth and he meant it !!! I am now a loyal patient and recommend anyone to see him at signature smiles in Manchester,CT. Me and my wife went to clean our teeth. I did my deep cleaning and my wife needs to do 10 fillings. My deep cleaning was awesome and i felt really fresh after doing it. I was getting blood while brushing and that has also come down. My wife is also feeling really good about her fillings though she still has some sittings to go. The best thing i liked about the Doctor was his frank explanation and your long term effects. We knew we had to do it and luckily we landed up in really good hands. Had my first experience with Dr Jatinder Sharma today and I am so pleased and highly recommend Signature Smile Manchester. I had root canal long time back and its not done properly (left some gap) and giving me a lot of pain. Discussed same problem with Dr. Jatinder Sharma and try to explore my options and he recommended me to redo the Root canal before it become worse. Very professional and Straightforward of what needs to be done, no shortcuts. I was little skeptical about redoing it might be painful and if it did not fixed correctly. But finally I decided to do it. Never felt any pain in the entire process. Doctor showed me x-ray after each steps and keep me informed on how its going and did an excellent job. The crew are friendly they treat you like a family. The place is easy to find, high tech, clean and parking is very convenient. Highly recommend!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. I visited this clinic for a dental checkup due to a cavity. I was presented a medical plan with more than $9000 out of pocket expense after the insurance. When I showed reluctance then the doctor showed me a new bill of about $8000. I visited another doctor who performed the all the necessary procedure under $600 out of pocket expense.

Dr. Sharma made space in his schedule for me on Christmas Eve of all days. NOT RECOMMENDED Every time I visited this office, despite having appointment, I had to wait for over 30 minutes to call me into the room. Thereafter it took the doctor another 30-45 minutes to get started. He often works on 2-3 patients at a time!! I had one filling at this office. A month after my tooth became sensitive to cold and hot. It turned out he had almost hit the nurve. He did not offer to fix his mistake. It costed me $1600 copay to fix his miswork elsewhere.

Dr. Sharma was out of office when I went. I had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Pujara and he was great! The local anesthesia numbed my mouth and I only felt a bit of pressure (no pain) while getting them out. It was super quick I didn’t even realize it. I have so many great things to say about Signature Smiles Manchester, I honestly don’t know where to begin! I have always been afraid of the dentist ever since I can remember. Everyone here makes that fear subside. They are so friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. They make sure they put your comfort first. The doctors themselves are beyond phenomenal and I’ve seen both Dr. K and Dr. Sharma. You are in the best care if you have an appointment with either one. The dental assistants are all friendly and very knowledgeable of all the procedures.The office manager is always friendly and greets me with a smile when I come in and has my prescriptions, receipts and information ready for me when I walk out. And everyone here takes the time to explain everything so there is no confusion. From insurance and billing to all dental procedures, they are very thorough. And as a bonus, they offer you beverages and they have tv’s in each exam room! Absolutely awesome! The experience at Signature Smiles Manchester is so pleasant you will never look for another dentist after you’ve been here! I recommend everyone come here for any and all dental needs! They are so good, I wish I could give them 10 stars!

The staff like the assistant and the people at the front desk were extremely nice and they were the only positive thing about my experience here. The doctor/dentist on the other hand was very rude. I had a loose tooth that i wanted to be pulled and HE was trying to push other expenses on me such as a dental implant to replace the tooth when I told him I didn't have the funds for it. After, he made a rude comment saying that i need to find a good job so I can get the money to save up for the implants. That comment was extremely inappropriate and uncalled for, not everyone can afford an implant like that just right out of the blue. This place has 4.9 stars so i really thought it was gonna be a great dentist but his attitude is really bad and not friendly, it seems that money and making a customer feel bad for not having the funds was the main focus than my actual care.

I really don't like going to the dentist because of the long waits, pain, and I've dealt with some pretty unprofessional staff. This is the first time that I got a cleaning that wasn't painful! I am very careful to where I go when it comes to my teeth. I found this clinic while googling high rated dentists and came across Signature Smile Family Dentistry. The minute you walk-in, you feel welcomed. The receptionist greets you with a genuine smile and is very professional. Staff is friendly and caring. Dr. K is great and efficient. He truly loves his career. Dr. K removed my wisdom teeth same day of check-up appointment and was very careful. He made sure that I was fine every minute of the tooth extraction and checked-in with my comfort level. I felt very secured and safe. Went here last year to get cleaning and wisdom teeth pulled. The office was clean and very professional and I appreciated that they would see me on a Saturday however when entering the office I was immediately greeted with an attitude. I was sure I scheduled my appointment for 3pm and the front desk attendant rudely deemed my appointment was at 2pm before asking my name. Only after asking if my name was Vanessa which I said no she apologized and ushered me to the couch. This surprised me and I was immediately off put by it. After the initial encounter I went in for an x-ray and was seen by the dentist after some time. I do understand the wait time because there was only one dentist in the office and he did his best to see everyone however he blatantly pointed out my complications with my teeth (due to social and economic factors) and lacked compassion and care. I also had complications with insurance (that I did have) which the dental assistant brushed off as well. I will not be going to this office again and am quite surprised because of its high ratings on google. The microaggressions towards me were palpable which was a major a disappointment especially coming from a diverse staff.

I generally don’t post many reviews but thought of posting this to share my positive experience with signature smiles in hope that many of you can benefit from this. I was introduced to Signature Smiles by my brother and sister in law, so thought of giving it a shot even though the commute from PA to Manchester wasn’t something I was too excited about for frequent visits I needed. Dr. Sharma was really considerate to take me in on my first visit, considering my conditions and other constraints. He made himself available for the procedures based on my schedule, which I believe was very generous and considerate given his busy schedule. During multiple visits, there wasn’t a single instance when it seemed that I was being persuaded to get something done that I didn’t medically need or wasn’t comfortable with. Dr. Sharma is very laid back, fun and honest professional with great work ethics and integrity. The procedures, especially the extractions were painless and quick and the crowns are perfect fit. The support staff at the practice are very friendly and skilled at what they do. The cleanliness, equipment, instruments and diagnostics are top notch. The whole set up is engineered to maximize patient experience and comfort. I highly recommend Signature Smiles for any dental treatment you need. You won’t be disappointed. Keep Smiling!

Dr. Jatinder Sharma of Signature Smiles Manchester seemed like a shyster and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I had a really poor experience with Dr. Jatinder Sharma. I was referred to the Manchester location of Signature Smiles from the Windsor Office of the same Signature Smiles practice. I was going there for wisdom teeth extraction. The Windsor office made it seem as if it would be completely covered by my state health insurance. The appointment in Manchester was for the extractions to be done, not a consultation. I took off early from work the prior day to be more well rested for this procedure. When I got to the office everything was going great until Dr. Jatinder Sharma showed up. He instantly told me I had to pay 700 dollars out of pocket for bone grafts. He at first said the reason why I needed bone grafts was because the risk of infection without them would be high. But then later he said part of the reason why the bone grafts are not covered by state health insurance is that they are a cosmetic procedure, this made no sense and still makes no sense. I have no idea why he would say that. I am very disappointed that the Windsor office of Signature Smiles made no mention to me that I would need to pay out of pocket for bone grafts, something they should know if this is actually a regular policy for wisdom teeth extractions like mine because they referred me to Dr. Jatinder Sharma who is a member of their own practice. Dr. Jatinder Sharma then proceeded to tell me he couldn't speak to me for even 10 minutes because he had three patients waiting for him. This made no sense and it seemed like he was just straight up lying to me. This is because I was on his schedule for wisdom teeth extraction, that should be an hour at least. How would he have 3 patients waiting for him if I was on his schedule for an extraction? Why wouldn't the Windsor office give me any prior warning of this 700 dollar charge? Why did I have to waste my time or be surprised with this huge ask for someone on state health insurance on the spot? It was like they were trying to force me to pay 700 dollars for something that I might not necessarily need. Dr. Jatinder Sharma refused to put a percentage # on the risk of infection even though before he said it was "highly likely" which is a very non specific phrase which could scare people into thinking the likelihood of getting infection is very high when it wasn't. Why wouldn't he tell me if I had over a 50% chance of getting infection or not? Is he not informed of the proper risks of his procedures as a Dentist? Dr. Jatinder Sharma was very cagey about any questions I asked him regarding what is normal practice and procedure in the Dentist community. He seemed to be very disconnected from his Dentist peers and dental norms not knowing what they do, how they work, what associations they have, or how they consult with the State on regulatory and insurance matters. Honestly, Dr. Jatinder Sharma seemed like a shyster and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I went there twice following the recommendation of a friend. They are pretty good. I don't like dentist visit like most people but Kitsha did such thorough cleaning I went twice in a week and finished it up. The follow up scheduling was easy and the tips given for after-care were also good. Dr. Sharma did a wholistic analysis and gave a good plan for all the problems. The recommendation were all need basis ones and nothing that was unnecessary so far. In my Third visit I went for filling with Dr.Kaur, she was quick, reassuring and handled my fears so well and finished it nicely. The staff upfront are also very good to work with. This is by far the most professional and friendly dentistry in the area, highly recommended. Dr. Harneet Kaur did my fillings and now working on creating a customized mouth guard for me. The procedure was flawless, my bite is perfect and had no discomfort or pain post treatment. The treatment was so smooth that I even fell asleep a couple of times during the procedure. They highly encouraged their patients to walk in any time (no appointments necessary) post treatment if there is any discomfort or pain, but most likely you don't need to, they will get the job done right the first time.
