So. Let's just say ..I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. Like, nothing will give me a panic attack quicker than the thought of having to even call a dentist. . ...If dental PTSD is a thing, I have it. But. Shapiro family dental- is changing every thing I thought I felt about dentistry. The staff is amazing. Kind , caring, sympathetic. And Dr. Neil. Ugh. Amazing. His dental hands are like little fluffy clouds floating in your mouth,but just with a drill. Lol I mean, let's say, if your crying in the dental chair like a baby, he will totally make you laugh by singing the cookie monster song. (He's got a good voice too! He's like a dental rockstar)i mean, I have never, ever ,had the experience of an amazing office... Until now. . If your like me, and have dental PTSD. Do yourself a favor, and get over to this office. Thank you all for loving what you do. It clearly shows!!

This is the BEST dental practice I have ever experienced. Neil is extremely skilled, and is also just a really NICE, gentle, funny human being. The office staff are friendly and very efficient. The dental assistants are also professional. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist (who is?), but this practice has totally changed the way I feel about going. Thanks, Neil and company! :)

Dr. Neil Shapiro made me feel really comfortable and is really good at explaining what he is doing, which is reassuring. Very professional but also relatable and a great personality! I really admire his passion for his career-- you can tell he really loves what he does, which builds my trust. Everyone in the practice is great actually and it's not anything like the dreaded experiences I've had in the past....phew! Lol so happy to have a new dentist I will stay with.

Dr. Neil Shapiro makes each visit not only productive but also takes the time to throughly explain each step giving you a secure feeling on what to expect (no surprises) and a dental education. The atmosphere he and his staff creates is so friendly and supportive with just the right touch of humor that you almost forget you are at the DENTIST. Most importantly, it’s not just my visit. I had the opportunity to watch him display this same treatment to everyone in the office that day. He completely erased the old stereotype of a Dentist. Thanks Doctor Neil :)

Like many, I am so fearful of the dentist, but going to see Dr. Shapiro puts my anxiety at bay. I still dread dental procedures, but he always puts me at ease & besides a little pinch for novocaine injection, I feel no pain, and I have had alot of work done. Been seeing him for over 10 years, can't imagine going anywhere else. The new location is just beautiful, much bigger, no issues with parking and the staff is always so pleasant. Highly recommend.

Neil has been my dentist since 2007 and to this day I would never let anyone else touch my teeth. Everyone there is so so kind and the family vibe had me from day one. He has done a few root canals on me that are painless and actually an enjoyable experience. I’ve referred people to them over the years and they’ve all been satisfied with the care as well. He is honest in his work and funny as hell. I highly recommend trusting your precious gems with him and his staff.

When I started seeing Dr Shapiro 2 years ago I was very anxious any time I needed to go to the dentist. I can honestly say that although I still get nervous (60 years of fear is like a bad habit) I trust him, and at least once during every appointment he will get me laughing. (usually after some singing or a bad pun) Dr Shapiro is as gentle and understanding as he is a skilled DMD. On my last visit which was a 2 hour procedure he took the time to tell me what to expect, what I wold hear and turned on the music (which always helps me). The results I have had are amazing and none of the procedures were overwhelming (root canal, crowns and implants). I highly recommend Dr Neil Shapiro - esp. for folks like me who are highly anxious about dental procedures. His staff follows his model - they listen, are compassionate and are very skilled.

His work is phenomenal and any time we have a consultation, we discuss it in great detail to ensure all my questions and concerns are addressed. You won't find many who would enjoy going to the dentist - barring a particular Bill Murray character in Little Shop of Horrors. That being said, if you need to go to the dentist, this is the place to go. Dr. Neil Shapiro has done some amazing work for me, and made the experience far more positive and comfortable than any dentist I had seen previously. The rest of the staff are all professional, friendly, and capable, and have fundamentally changed how I feel about dentist visits. I cannot recommend highly enough - particularly if you have significant discomfort or bad experiences with dentists in the past.

This is the best dental office Ive ever been to. All the people in the office are nice, experianced, and professional. I always leave with smile on my face and positive experience. Dr. Nail is great and very educated. I have had my wisdom teeth removed, root canal, and even laser treatment on my gums done. Never experienced pain or discomfort. He is very professional and uses the newest technology and equpiment. I would recomed him to anyone!
