A fantastic group of professionals, from the front desk, to the dental hygienists to the DDSs...all very good at what they do. I think that the best compliment I can give Sensitive Care is that after 5 years of being a patient I don't worry if I find I have a dental issue, such as a cavity or gum problem. I'm confident that they have the training and expertise to help correct and heal all dental issues. They get it right the first time, every time. Additionally, this is the first dental practice that I've encountered that cares not only about your dental health, but cosmetics, too.

I went in to have a procedure done a specific tooth that was evaluated.we all agreed.I went in on my appointment and when the procedure was complete i realized they repaired a tooth that we did not previously discuss.so i called the office and they of course covered for the dentist insisting that there wasn't any wrong on their part.I am now looking for another practice that hears me when I speak.

***Lack of sensitive care*** Before yr end Dec 2017 had service done on few teeth. Paid bill & left with zero balance. January 2018 received bill stating payment on remaining balance. Talked to front desk about issue, she said bill was an estimate. I wasnt told it was estimate whn paying bill Dec 2017. (FYI, Sensitive Care has MANY clients from where Im employeed. We ALL hv same insurance.) If I was the only client from where Im employeed, I'd understand estimate payment. After paying final bill, told her to cancel future services. She responded "I dont care. There's many clients from your employment who we still have". To be honest, its pretty expensive service but was convenient due to its location.Time to move on to better service...and care.

Great Dentist office! I would recommend to anyone. Full of friendly and professional staff that show they care about the patient. The Hygienist's and Assistants go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and do what they can to alleviate any anxiety while you are in the chair. They are flexible and will help to work with your busy schedule. Also, they are not pushy, they explain what they find, recommend treatment and have an open discussion with you to make sure you understand the options both medically and financially so that you can make the best decision for yourself.

I found this practice 6+ years ago and fell in love with the doctors, staff and technology from day one. So much so, I have referred this practice to several of my friends and family and they are great to you IF you have the correct insurance. Unfortunately, I lost a very high paying job 4 months ago and am now due for a cleaning. All of my other doctors (of whom I've been patients for decades) take my state insurance as I have been an existing patient. When asked if they would honor my Huskey insurance they said they do not. They appear to have certain "standards" they uphold as to the types of people that they see in their practice and it's very unfortunate that they are discriminatory in nature. I have spent thousands of dollars out of pocket to them due to co pays and deductibles while I had dental insurance through my employer. Now that I'm down and out of luck, I'm getting literally kicked in the teeth by not being able to have high quality dental care and will now need to see some less than adequate dentist on the state plan. It's very, very sad that they are so pretentious and I am so extremely disappointed with them. I could see not accepting new patients that only have/had Huskey, but to do this to an existing patient clearly indicates that type of self righteous practice that you are. So very sad. 8/16 update to the owner..... you have got to be joking ...cash!???? My unemployment check barely covers my mortgage, doesn't cover my car payment and I'm living on credit cards to feed my kids. How disgusting of you people to suggest that. You don't want to deal with Huskey because of the paperwork and the fact that you would not be getting a premium for your already outrageous prices. Do not insult my intelligence.

Loved the place at first, but totally hated it afterwards. I was very concered about the xrays and prices and was planning to agree to the very basic/needed ones that my ins. Would cover only. The hygenist assured me that all the xrays she ll be doing are gonna be covered by the insurance and that they would never do xrays without contacting the insurace previously. Knowing all this i agreed to everything she wanted to do. I ended up with almost a 700$ bill. When i called to ask what happened THEN receptionist explained that the costs of xrays / cleanings etc. that are covered by insurances in a 100% (including mine) are often lower than their original prices and whatever the difference is the patient has to pay! Totally makes sense! But i wish all this info was presented to me at the very beggining when i went there the very 1st time. She did apologize and agreed that the hygenist should not assure me about such a thing. My husband and I are definitelly not using this place ever again.

I went in for a cleaning feeling like I had crud on my teeth in my mouth even though it had only been 6 months. I came out refreshed from the talk with Susan who cleaned my teeth and moving my tongue over the smooth clean shining teeth. Great feeling!~ In addition to that, I must say that the implant I got turned out perfect. I appreciated the depth of the review of my medical history that could predict if I would be a good candidate or not. Plus, the use of technology so surpasses what some others could do. Where else can one see their whole jaw of teeth to the bone above the roots? Also, when fitting a temporary, who else could make it fit so well that one forgets that it is in as a temporary.

Where do I start? My experience with Sensitive Care from start to finish has been absolutely wonderful. I stopped in there in Jan. of 2018 to ask about having some major cosmetic work done and from my first meeting with Dr. Alex, Jenna and Jennifer I knew that I would choose and trust them to take on what would be a life changing procedure. A procedure that changed the way I looked, smiled, ate and overall made me feel more confident. I was impressed with the latest technology they have available to them and that Dr. Alex Quinter most likely is at the top of the cosmetic dentistry game. I always felt very confident that he would do his absolute best to achieve the end result that we both had imagined. He doesn't stop until it's perfect. His assistants Reenie and Jenna make up a great team along with Dr. Alex. Over the course of a year long treatment plan, I have come to know them a bit and not only are they extremely good at their jobs, they have great personalities and are a pleasure to be around. Jennifer, who works at the front desk and handles the financial end of things and keeping me on track with my appointments, was an absolute pleasure to work with also. She never hesitated to answer any questions I had or respond to emails. She made the business end of things go seamlessly. These guys are literally the best in the business. I was a patient there about 2 years ago, had invisalign, spent so much money to get negative results. I had to have them put on twice because the front teeth were not aligning correctly. Ultimately Dr. Helm created this gap thinking that my teeth were going to align and unfortunately it did not leaving me with a gap. To top it off, the office wanted to charge me an additional charge for the bonding that she had to do too correct the problem. Of course I fought that!!..Still two years later my teeth looks like nothing was ever done!...What kills me and burns me to this day is how the staff feeds you this lie that your teeth are looking beautiful and this and that. I wonder if they are trained to do that, "SMH" I did post a negative review in their webpage and someone called to speak to me about it. I refused to speak to them because even if they wanted to fix the issue I am sure is going to cost me more money and I will NOT give them another cent. All I am saying is read the contract!!! Everything...make sure that what they are promising you is listed in that contract or else you will be highly disappointed. For those who had great results, CONGRATULATIONS...you were lucky!
