Dr.Nirav Parekh Did a Awesome job removing a decaying tooth,I went to another place and scheduled a appointment and they did nothing to help gave me a run around...I came here and they took care of me asap with delicate care...everyone was extremely nice...I have trust issues when it comes to my health and he did an amazing job..and was careful...it was painless and that's hard to do...thank you Dr.Nirav Parekh and the ppl at Reliable Dental.. Warning; be very weary about going to this place. He doesn’t want to admit his faults; I am now stuck with a crown, that the floss gets stuck under. The crown was not placed correctly; I am constantly getting food and even chewing gum stuck. He did not want to address my issues and failed to resolve my matter. He even sent me a letter to not come to his office anymore. Be very cautious with this dental facility, that truly does not care about the patients. He told me my consultation visit would be free, but he ended up charging my insurance company.

Dr. Parekh explained the processes of the procedures needed and the best pathways towards the solution to the problems. Dr. Parekh and the team worked with my insurance and saved my teeth. The reliable dental team have great charisma, bedside manner and skill and after the dental work was completed I walked out of the office with a smile, a rare occurance for me when leaving the dentist office. The environment is clean , welcoming , and modern. I enjoy being able to sit back and watch tv while i wait for my appointment to begin or between brakes during the appointment. This allows me and im sure many others to calm their nerves during the wait time without feeling like they've been forgotten. I also work long hours and the fact that late afternoon and weekend appointments are available to be booked is very much appreciated. I recommend that anyone feeling self conscious or nervous about going to the dentist come to Reliable Dental and ask for Dr. Parekh. He knows what hes doing and I can honestly say that before coming to Reliable Dental I was never truly comfortable at the dentist office.

Worst dental establishment I've ever used, went and while the wait was not long and the staff nice the dentist referred us to an orthodontist instead of his treatment, the only problem is that the orthodontist does not do general dentistry and wondered why we even were there. Our orthodontist then called reliable dental and they denied ever even seeing us. Now many months of waiting for appointments we are now back to square one waiting for another appointment with a different dentist.

Zero stars! Worst experience I've ever had at any dental office! I went there this morning to have a consultation with the oral surgeon. He was over-the-top rude and condescending. He spoke to me as if I were a child. He rambled on and on repeating himself and when I would ask a question he would harshly tell me not to interrupt him. This happened multiple times so I left with unanswered questions. The worst part was that he told me my bone resorption/bone loss was all in my mind! When I told him what my dentist said, he said my dentist was just trying to scare me. Meanwhile I already lost the tooth to bone resorption and told this oral surgeon yet he denied that I have bone loss... furthermore he didn't take any x-rays (I was told he would) AND he refused to even look in my mouth so how would he know the extent of bone loss. My lip has even begun to droop since my tooth extraction and surrounding bone loss. I tell him and ask him to look... he glances at my mouth while standing 5 feet away and tells me my mouth looks fine. He wouldn't even look at it close-up! I ask him to look in my mouth and he refuses! Then he says he's not the oral surgeon for me. Whaaat???! Definitely a strange and most frustrating experience to say the least! This "oral surgeon" is a nut!! What a waste of time and I walked out practically in tears.

An absolutely wonderful experience. I went in for a check up because I was having tooth pain. Not only did Dr.Parekh tell me the "root" of the problem, but he rescheduled me that same day while lowering the price of my operation (because I was a college student without dental insurance) and he even made my check up appointment free. My tooth is doing better than ever, and I even scheduled another visit just for general check up because I'm so comfortable with this place. Dr. Parekh is extremely personable and will make you feel at home. He's an awesome dentist and I had a clean smooth experience.

I am someone who has had alot of dental work done in my life and have had many terrible experiences which caused me to have anxiety. However, Dr. Nirav Parekh has made every appointment a breeze. He is very attentive and never rushes through the procedures. I really appreciate that he talks to you through every step keeping you calm through out. I highly reccomend reliable dental especially Dr. Nirav !

First time I went there everyone was very kind, courteous and even though it appeared to be very busy, I was seen fairly quickly. I needed to have several teeth removed so we set an appointment for weeks later. I show up to the second appointment, get sat down in the dentists chair and am told the dentist would be with me shortly. After 45 minutes of waiting without anyone seeing me I was tempted to leave but decided to wait it out the full hour. About 56 minutes into my appointment sitting alone staring at a wall someone comes in to apologize for the wait. Stating it may be an hour or longer and that two other people were waiting to be seen before me. The oral surgeon wouldn't give a clear estimate for time, so she suggested trying to reschedule for next month. If they chose to schedule me on a certain day, maybe make sure there is enough time allotted in his schedule. And if the schedule is that far backed up, maybe give your patients a heads up instead of having them waits an hour or more. Would not recommend this place. Seems like patient care at this place is subjective. If you do happen to go there I wish you luck, if you're actually seen on time you might want to think about playing the lottery that night.

I am usually terrified of going to the dentist. I turn into the biggest baby and sob like a toddler. Dr. Nirav Parekh and his team at this office are absolutely wonderful! I can't say it enough how comfortable and relaxed and PAIN FREE! All my procedures were! He and his associates made me unafraid for life! Me and my family will never go to a different dentist ever again! I highly, highly recommend this dental office for any dental needs! They are all wonderful! Thank you Dr. Parekh!!!

Reliable Dental Care in Waterbury is a fantastic Dentistry! TLDR: Fantastic Service, Clean, Family Friendly, and Driven. I have had some work done by Dr. Nirav Parekh and have yet to have an issue. He made sure I was okay every step of the way and was also very informative. Dr. Nirav does his best to inform you on the procedure and to make sure that you are comfortable with it. The staff are also great! They are kind, informative, and can hold a good conversation while they are getting everything ready for you. They also have a tv, desk, toys and a few children's magazine in the waiting area to keep children entertained. I recommend this Dentistry to anyone seeking any form of dental work. Reliable Dental Care is located in Waterbury, CT 06705 in the same plaza as Modell's Sporting Goods and The Porter and Chester Institute .

So yes they are fast service and allow walk in BUT i needed my tooth extracted and they were gonna make me wait 3 weeks I returned because the pain didnt leave and they refered me else where I called to get a refill on the pain meds and or a new pain med and she said she could do nothing and blamed me for not taking the meds correct I hung up they called back turning everything around claiming they were trying to say what pharmacy i use but before hang up i asked about the meds and she said she could do nothing , for your info a different nurse a man called with an attitude and loud tone as if he could make a difference never going there again!

Incredible. .this is by far in my 54 years ..the BEST dental office. .I have had fillings replaced. Not one drop of pain..I had root canal done today. I laughed during it..because the only thing I could feel, was when I have to get the water suctioned out of my mouth.This team is amazing. The font end is cheerful, delightful, respectful and totally understanding.The dental assistants are warm and nurturing. My dentist is amazingly talented, passionate and extremely thorough. The root canal was not only a pleasant experience, believe it or not.But he did a extrodanary perfect job! Kudos! Everyone is friendly and kind . Wait time is minimal and the facility is clean . Incredible. .this is by far in my 54 years ..the BEST dental office. .I have had fillings replaced. Not one drop of pain..I had root canal done today. I laughed during it..because the only thing I could feel, was when I have to get the water suctioned out of my mouth.This team is amazing. The font end is cheerful, delightful, respectful and totally understanding.The dental assistants are warm and nurturing. My dentist is amazingly talented, passionate and extremely thorough. The root canal was not only a pleasant experience, believe it or not.But he did a extrodanary perfect job! Kudos! I'll never go anywhere else ..they have a patient for life with me and I refer everyone I know in need of dental care to them!! Ty for giving me back my beautiful smile one visit at a time! Karyl

The best Dental place I have been to, first day I went to reliable Dental I couldn’t taste food at all I had a big problem in my mouth thanks God my wife found their office cuz now I could taste food and enjoy it. They did major work in my mouth and they did a great job no pain at all quick in and out office...staff is all great friendly polite. Dr. Polverari and Dr. Parekh thank you for giving me my taste buds back. You guys are the best!

I have taken my mentally ill brother to this facility three times for dental work with Dr. Lon and each time everyone has handled him with patience, respect and dignity. Everyone is friendly and kind . Wait time is minimal and the facility is clean . There are many other dental clinics out there that we have used in the past but this one by far is the best one around!!!
