Quality?! Far from it! This place shouldn't be allowed to do anything but cleanings, if that. After my first cleaning, I was told I needed to get a root canal so I went. Local anesthesia was injected. Not once, not twice, but three times because the area that needed work never went numb the first two. I figured maybe because I'm a bigger guy, my body is more immune to it... So the "Dentist" began drilling anyways saying it was numb enough. Told him to stop because I felt EVERYTHING. I've never felt anything like that before and my pain tolerance is pretty high so he said he couldn't do it because my tooth was infected which is why the anesthesia wasn't working. He put me on amoxicillin to clear the infection for a week and told me to come back when the antibiotics were finished. Went back a week later and the same exact thing happened all over but this time I got 4 injections of anesthesia. Still never went numb and he never even used a mouth dam. Clearly this guy has no idea why he is doing. Mind you, the dentist that does the root canal procedures never even introduced himself or gave me his name. He also gave me the worst attitude when I told him my mouth wasn't the slightest bit numb. Never again will I step foot in that place. Never went through with the procedure. Stay away! Ended up doing it somewhere else. Took 2 visits, 25 minutes each time, ONE injection of local anesthesia and no pain at all. It may be expensive but go to an Endodontist and get it done right the first time so you don't have to deal with the nightmare I did. They specialize in root canals.

I went for normal check up I was told I needed a filling I got it done right away I started having sensitivity to everything I eat I went back I was told I had a small bubble in the filling she redid the filling nothing still had sensitivity she ruined by tooth not at all professionals I had to go back to New York to get it fixed but yet I have a high chance of getting a root canal thanks to her malpractice

Don't no how my daughter name came up I'm Jackie but I been going to them since they first opened never had a problem love them. Very professional and good at there job. Definitely recommend them

I do not recommend this dentist at all. I was never sure who the dentist was because they never introduced themselves to me. I've had issues with my teeth my entire life and went to them for a cleaning and they said I needed a root canal for a tooth I never felt any issue with. Since that root canal, where im not suppose to feel anything, I feel everything. It bothers me now after the fact. I truly regret trusting them because i've had more issues now after going there than before. Id rather drive hours to see a dentist who knows what they're doing rather than ever step foot in this place again.

Terrible! Poor service at the front desk and by the dentist. My first visit and he didn't come in and introduce himself at all. He gave me and my daughter the sloppiest cleaning we've ever had. How the offic was in questionable too. The dental assistant tried to give my daughter a dirty cup to rinse her mouth.

One of the better options in Norwalk, Stamford area. I had couple of bad experiences with dentists at other places. The staff at this place handled my situation professionally and explained the pros/cons in detail and gave me options.

Went in for a filling, they took one X-ray on each side and the "Dr" told me I had a cavety in upper right. I gave him the ok to do the filling. From that day on I was in extrem pain (2 weeks). I went back I told him my right side hurt all the time, even when i talked. He decided to give me anestisia, not sure what he had in mind, but then says "i numb you for nothing, because you will need a root canal." how in the world you go for a simple filling to getting a tooth infected and needing a root canal? I called to get the copies of the x-rays as i decided to go to another doctor and the lady who answered the phone was extemely rude and said i didnt have any x-rays done. This place is the worst dentist i have ever been to. Now i am up to my neck with dental bills as i needed to get a root canal, a pin and a crown... all due to malpractice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

They refused to give me my records and were very rude, I went for a cleaning and I end with pain at the front tooth, because the "dr" went too deep with the cleaning, other day I went to fix a crown and they literally destroy it, so now I have to travel out the country to replace the crown because here is too expensive. Terrible

Awful experience. The cleaning person rushed through the process and cleaned my teeth with less than 20 minutes. Then the doctor came and spent less than 2min. Then I called them when I left and they said it won't bill my insurance. At least the had good customer service when complained.

Each time I go for my visit. It a wonderful experience.. Dr and Awesome staff. ensure that I'm comfortable and ready to proceed with my treatment care. Since my 1st visit many years ago. I have notice tremendous improvement of being ready and comfortable without any stress or worries of past experiences with other dentists in the past....
