I have been going to Dr Gish' now for approximately 18 years. In the past, I had a problem with one condescending hygienist. After that bad experience, I asked to never be scheduled with her again and the office has accommodated me, and I have been seeing Lina ever since. She is wonderful. However, I haven't been happy with some of the changes the office has been making. I have been getting too many text notifications, and the office has been calling me too much to see if I want to change my appointments. Today, I had an appointment with Lina, and although my chart specifically states, that my appointments are to be scheduled with Lina, I was scheduled with another hygienist. Michelle was great, however, for all the text messages that I had received, and all the phone calls that were made asking me to come in early or later, no one told me Lina would not be there. Ok, so I got over it. But i asked myself , what is going on, when after Michelle cleaned my teeth, and I knew and Michelle knew that I have a problem with one of my front teeth, yet Dr Glazman didn't see anything. But what I hated the most about today's visit, is that Dr Glazman walked away from me and ignored my questions. What has happened, to the service that used to be provided. And I paid for this service? What service? Let me finish by saying, Dr Glazman do what you get paid for doing your job.

Family and I have been seeing this group for over 7 years. Nothing but good experiences. I would consider most of the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The most I have waited for an appointment is 10 minutes and that was once out of over a dozen visits. Questions are always answered and concerns are always addressed. Hygienists and front desk staff do all the work and doctors check the hygienists work briefly. Never had an issue. Make your appointment, otherwise you'll get a bill for a "no call, no show" - you can cancel appointments with advance notice, but all situations are handled by the staff appropriately. I recommend this office and although I now live even further away from them, I will still go here.

Highly recommend Dr. Glazman. I hate getting dental work but she made it very easy. She told me step by step what she is doing and made me feel comfortable. Not a friendly environment, the hygienist was rough with their cleaning tools, and dr gish came in for 2 min to look at you and sign off, they insist. I need another revisit. to try their other system call SRP, which cost over $150 for the visit. staff at the desk are also unfriendly. not a place you want to be or trust worthy enough for real work.

I've been going to Dr. Gish and Associates since I moved to CT 4yrs ago. The staff made me feel at home in my new environment. TheDoctors and staff left no nook and crannie untouched and only recommended the best and aforadabe treatments for my oral health. With flexable hours, I couldn't ask for a better dentistry office. The personable and effervescent atmosphere takes the cake over any other office in or out of town. Also they let you have a toy after each visit. (Inner child )

This has been my dentist for several years and they have always treated both me and my teeth fairly well. Recently I developed a latex allergy and when I let them know they got out a box of non latex gloves and put a sticker on my chart so other doctors would know. They also always give me a great report on my teeth.

Dr. Guidice has been exceptionally helpful and kind to my 96 year old Mother. She has been quite embarrassed to be without her teeth since they were lost during a recent hospital stay, but Dr. Guidice is so easy going and cheerful that he has her laughing and looking forward to each visit. Perhaps he took pity on her during her first visit when she said: “I just have this craving to eat barbecued ribs!” He has transformed a potentially upsetting situation into a positive one!

Beware. This place is a scam! I was a customer for about 5 years until recently when they kept billing me for a missed visit for a cleaning. I refused service when they called to verify my appointment because of scheduling conflict (these appointments are made 6 months in advance). I told the person that I would call them when I got back in town the following week to reschedule. Ever since is I keep getting a $45 bill for a missed appointment. I have spoken to multiple people that say they will take care of it. Never happened still getting billed. I had remained a customer of their still even though they could not get this billing issue resolved. Well, when i went in for my last cleaning while the hygienist is putting the X-rays in my mouth she advises me that they have to do an additional cleaning before they can clean my teeth. That would have been fine, but the women didn’t even look in my mouth at that point. WHAT? If your gonna try and rip me off with a service I don’t even need and charge me more money then at least look inside my mouth before you do so. So please in my opinion this place is horrible and operate strictly with the intentions of taking your money for services you do not need. I think the news needs to know about this. Please seek alternate care!

Ever since my family moved to West Hartford,CT. I have been going to this dental office ( for 10+ years.) They have the same staff as when I started so obviously they have become family. The front office personnel are outstanding professional employees with a caring attitude And easy to have a simple conversation with. Celine knows what she is doing professionally. She has cleaned my teeth , taken x rays , and much more encouraging me to keep my teeth in their best shape that they ever been . I love my smile and I enjoy going to their office and seeing their smiles.

If you work for the state you've probably had problems with this office, they promise to fax in claims so your compliant then don't, I called so many times and now I find out nothing was sent to cigna now I have a penalty for 2016 that was done. Time to find a new office, they cost me having 100.00 taking out of my check due to their neglect.

Meaghan, whom I love!, has been my hygienist for a long time but I was surprised to know that she wasn't going to be seeing me this morning. Dr. Glazman is fantastic! I’ve been seeing her for several years for a variety of dental needs. She has beautifully (and painlessly) repaired 5 weakened teeth in my mouth with crowns (some needing root canals). She has filled a couple cavities as well. She is professional and kind. She is also very comforting during the procedures, as is her assistant. I trust Dr. Glazman explicitly and despite having several “painful” procedures done, I always look forward to seeing her and the ladies in the office.

Quite pleased with the clinical care but have a billing issue almost every visit. Been with the practice a number of years. Despite verifying both primary and secondary insurance for a basic cleaning, I still get a bill due to failure of the practice to properly submit the claim. Thought this was cleared up in April when I did a conference call with the practice and insurer. Told by practice that the claim would be resubmitted. It wasn’t. Got another invoice for the same thing today! Will be calling the practice again tomorrow to try to straighten this out.
