Great Office, Great Staff, recommend to all my family and friends. Its not often you find Doctors and Staff with such compassion! Extractions and Implants are never a fun thing but they made it a very comfortable procedure!

The female staff that work the front desk taking payments and scheduling appointments are racist they way they talk to patients is unprofessional and I'm not the only minority with this complaint!

My husband got his implant here. Dr Horne was amazing with him explaining the procedure clearly his assistant Brenda is amazing very kind and gentle. The girls at the front desk were very friendly. I’m going next month to start my implant process.

We went for a consult in the Bridgeport office and they were dismissive. The assistant who first brought us in was so disinterested. The consult was ten min long. They put on a video and said you can leave when your done.I can not stress the unprofessionalism. I was checking in and heard front desk people complaining. The doctor has many years experience as he stated. I’m sure his interest was lost in one of those years. It’s no longer there. No eye contact by the assistant at all just stretching and disinterested. My daughter said she felt like it was a Saturday Night Live skit. We declined to schedule as we escorted ourselves out. And ran to our cars.

My wife had a tooth removed, on the way home she called to ask them to call in her prescription so her medications would be available, AND they REFUSED!!!,They wanted her to find out the number of her pharmacy, she was in her car and had a 1/2 drive and they were too lazy to look it up on the internet . If this is indicative of the level of patient care they deliver, my advice is to avoid at all costs.

I have severe anxiety and dental work phobia. I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth out that I reschedule my appointment five times! I finally worked up the courage to go, was scared out of my mind! The women at the front desk are wonderful, friendly and set a positive mood. A few weeks back I had been on the phone with one of them for probably twenty minutes discussing twilight and what it’s like. She was so patient and reassuring, I wish I remembered her name. The assistant who walked me to the room wasn’t as friendly but you can’t get everything haha! But Brenda in the room was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, reassuring and helped me through each step. She was went above and beyond to calm my nerves and helped me get through the process. Dr. Alkahatib was really nice as well, he was very calm and did four wisdom teeth in 45 minutes like a breeze. I highly recommend this office and it’s staff for patients with high anxiety/dental fear or just in general.

I can not say enough good things about this office . I had a wonderful experience with Dr Alkhatib. He did a great job on a difficult wisdom teeth removal and then his follow up care was remarkable . He never once turned me away and always addressed my concerns. The ladies on the phone always would fit me in and work with my schedule. One of the techs even came early one morning to change my Packing before the office opened because I had to get to work early .All of the desk ladies were awesome and Stacey especially was easy to work with and worked with me on a payment plan. If I could give 6 stars I would! Both offices overall awesome people! Hopefully I don't have to go back but if I ever need anything else they will be the ones I call!

My teenage boys had their wisdom teeth removed this past summer and both went incredibly well. Dr. Twersky and Dr. Horne were the two surgeons that treated my sons and they were both fantastic! The doctors were very thorough in explaining the procedure and were also very kind and compassionate. Following the surgery, my boys had minimal , if any, discomfort and no swelling what so ever!! They were back to their normal routine the very next day.. The staff ( front desk and assistants) are also extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice! Thank you OSA!

My son Ryan Luise Just has 4 wisdom teeth out in the Fairfield office. Dr. Alkhatib did amazing. He is doing so well. Brenda is a great assistant so patient and kind. The front desk was nice too! Office is very clean and modern. I highly recommend this office to anyone who needs surgery!
