Came in for a regular cleaning and was told I have two small cavities, alright. Dental did not pick up the tab so I had to pay 125$ for this fix, anyway, after being told first off that it's two SMALL cavities during the cleaning, they were apparently not that small on the day of the fillings. No big deal, they didn't hurt so I wouldn't have known they were there if I didn't get my teeth cleaned. After getting them filled, the fillings were very sensitive and did not get better. I went back to have one of them corrected with my bite. Another few weeks passed and they still did not feel completely healed, I could not chew on that side. The dentist decided to refill both of them at no additional expense, rightfully so. Surprise, surprise, he did not fill them correctly on the SECOND time either. I STILL cannot chew food on the left side of my mouth because these fillings were poorly done. I had absolutely no trouble chewing or having cold sensitivity BEFORE I came to this dentist office and now my left side is completely unusable. I've given up, at this point, I'm going to bite the bullet (on my right side of course) and pay another 125$ at another office just to get this fixed. I shouldn't have to come to the dentist three times in the span of three months to have a simple filling done. It's unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to any one of my family members or anyone in general. It is not worth the hassle.

Had horrible experiences in the past with dentists I wish I would have found these guys sooner they are absolutely the best in Norwich and all of New London County all the dentists and assistants are just the best even the receptionist are awesome haven't seen this many professionals that actually care about their patients in one place ever

I moved to the Norwich area from MA a few years back and Sami and his team have taken great care of my entire family. His office is state of the art, I know exactly what is going on, when I am on a visit for myself, the kids or my parents. They have our x-rays and records right on the monitor once we enter the procedure room, explaining to us what is happening. They offer a wide array of pain / anxiety options, are good natured and great dentists. I am tough on everything including my teeth, before going to Norwich Family & Cosmetic Dentistry the longest an implant for a front tooth I chipped as a kid had ever lasted was three years. The one Sami put in has lasted 6 years and is showing no signs of loosening. (knock on wood)
