I’ve been with Dr Wieczorek for a long time and I have always had excellent care provided by him and his staff. He is professional, competent, and caring. His front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. His hygienists are wonderful, and gentle when working with me. I highly recommend this dental office. And it was my pleasure to write this review as they deserve the 5 star rating.

I love my dental office! I have been a patient at this office for almost 20 years and sometimes forget how lucky I am to have found them. Last week I had a horrible toothache and they were able to get me right in find my problem and help me get out of pain by that night. All with kindness and a smile on their faces. From my phone call to the office to seeing Dr Condon. Just the best!!

The facility is super clean and has new technology. I liked the option of early appointments. The woman who cleaned my teeth was A+. Dr. Mark was ok, nice but I did feel super rushed with him, you could tell he was trying to be fast as possible. Like, he'd ask a question and if I didn't give super clipped quick answers, he was already moving on to the next thing. These things were very important to me but I felt like to him, it was nothing. Growing up I spent so much money on dental work. And up until about 8 years ago, I loved my smile. Then 3 years ago I had a really bad dentist, the first bad dentist in my life and his work made some things in my mouth go wrong. My bite is troublesome now and the feel/shape of my teeth is weak. I hadn't gone back to the dentist until today with Dr. Mark. I had hopes that I could have some of my issues helped but it seemed every answer was "a specialist would have to go in" "Yes, we could get it back with a bunch of bridges and crowns". When did dental go the way of plastic surgery? There is no middle ground. No simpler options. It's either do nothing or mortgage your house. I wish dental was the same as when I was growing up. Now it's all a money grab. I actually cried in my car on my way to work after my appointment. I got my hopes up too high that I'd get some relief for the teeth bothering me. And when he told me he had to work on the side that was not bothering me, I told the lady at the check out that I would not be getting any work done. I just told you I had a very bad experience with another dentist doing preventive work on teeth that weren't bothering me and you are going to offer me the same? C'mon. Then the check out lady tried to get me to sign a paper that said I was authorizing treatment. She said it was just to show I received the paper. Nope, I am not signing anything that says I'm authorizing a treatment that I am actually declining. That was weird. She politely accepted my decline but it was still weird. I legitimately am sad that nothing was available for the issues that were bothering me. Ill go back for a cleaning in 6 months because that part was excellent but unless there is a major problem, that will probably be my only interaction with this practice. Also, I find it weird that every single site has 99% of their reviews as 5 star ratings, no one is that good.

Dr. Mark Wieczorek (nick name - Dr. Wizard) is the BEST! Our family (N. Wilmington) followed him from Chadds Ford to Bear because he was the only dentist took my son in during a snowstorm on one Friday afternoon for an emergency toothache call. My son was 5 at the time, 15 now. Dr. Wieczorek's office is super clean and has the best staff team. My daughter loves to go to their practice since she was 3. They are extremely gentle with toddlers. My son was totally glued to the TV with cartoons on when he was little. We actually had to pull him out of the dental chair after each checkup.

I knew they were out of network but what I found was a place that makes me feel like I am a person not a number. The doctor really spent all the time I needed with me. Everyone explained things to me even the front desk staff told me about my insurance. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I first came to Family Dentistry earlier this year and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Dr. Wieczorek and his staff are always extremely friendly and will do all they can to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Wieczorek takes the time to get perfect his work. I’ve had 2 crowns done at this office and they look and feel no different from my natural teeth. I’d recommend anyone looking for a new dentist in the area to give Family Dentistry a call!

I never thought I could say that but this dentist is the type of professional you can spend $300 and leave wishing you would had paid even more. Their staff is great, the doctor is extremely competent. Truly you will leave his office with a big smile on your face.

I started out bringing my daughter here after problems with her pediatric dentist. Dr. Mark fixed her problem and we have been coming to him every since. I have referred multiple people here. Dr. W, the hygienists and the office staff make you feel welcomed and they help with the fear of coming to the dentist. The office is super clean and welcoming. I also noticed you never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room to go back. If your looking for 5star dental care for children and adults this is the place....

Best dentist office ever! I don’t normally write raving reviews about a dentist office as most have just done an ok job and it’s just a dentist office. But from day one, Newtown Family Dentistry in Bear, everyone have been so nice and polite, helpful and treated me like I was part of their family, I love going there. Their newest facility is so up to date, they use the latest technology, make you feel so welcome and everyone and I mean everyone has a smile, is laughing and joking and you feel happy leaving. I don’t think I have ever been at a better place. I can’t say enough that this that this is the best dentist business going. And the main dentist served in the Army which adds a thousand points of respect. You won’t be disappointed. Don’t hesitate and go see how amazing this group is. You will be glad you did and wonder why you have been using someone not as awesome as them. They are that good.

You have to stop in and check out this dental office! This is an amazing, fresh, brand new, state-of-the-art facility. And while you’re there, make an appointment at the front desk with Debra. She will take your information and get you scheduled for your first exam! You are going to like the staff and love this place!

I can’t praise Dr. Wieczorek and his staff enough from Deborah, Office Admin. who was courteous and helpful regarding Insurances to Karen the Dental Asst. who made me feel very comfortable as I was really fearful. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable in their duties. Dr. Mark explained procedure and options every step of the way. Gentle as a kitten he extracted my tooth with little to no pain. I was very impressed with his skill and demeanor and believe me I went in with a yuk mouth and emerged with marked improvement. I’m actually looking forward to the next appt. I am not one to give out compliments freely but I was very impressed with the practice as a whole. My only gripe is the Practice is Out of Network for me but it’s worth coming out of pocket a little for such professionalism. The facility was very clean and I would recommend this practice to any and all seeking a dentist.

I was skeptical of all the good reviews. I was wondering if some of them were planted but I went to this dentist anyway. Whatever they are doing, other organizations should copy it. From start to finish their entire staff absolutely makes you a priority and is incredibly polite. The care I received was excellent and almost painless. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone.
