Very unprofessional rude people both behind the desk and the assistants I don’t know if they just don’t like their jobs or what but if you are a dental office and your suppose to be working with children u have to be able to have patience with children and be a child friendly place not only that no one is on the same page I have been to this location 3 times and each time I go the information is different and all they say when I stated ok no one told me that all they can say is she gave you the wrong information or she should not have said that ok so how about you all have a meeting so u can be on the same page and all the information can be the same also their the only location that does not offer a payment plan big shocker all about money and no care for the people who u treat.

I have had to take my son up there three times. twice for dental work and the third because after his dental work when we came home he cried for four days with tooth pain so when I called they made him another appointment to come back in and when we went dr. Moore had not done a good job with his filling causing it to break and and put my son thru hecj hurting really bad and dr. Graham didn't do anything but break it off even more causing him to hurt all weekend and then me having to go get him from school in pain with his teeth. when I called back and spoke to Avery the manager all they wanted him to do was come back in again and I told them no that it was a waste of time and that since they didn't care about my child I would find someone else to go to. so I advise against taking your kids here!!!!

My 2y old cries at every DR visit. At this place, they had my son laughing and smiling the entire time- surprised me! He cried once- when we had to leave, and for the rest of the week wanted to know if he was going back to see the dentist. They were packed with patients, and I still didn't wait too long. This place had my email and phone number, but never used either one to contact me for 3 years to let me know that I had a balance with them after my insurance was billed. Its also very coincidental that I never got their notice despite getting all my mail forwarded to my new address. Then 3 years later, about 1 week before the legal cutoff, they send my account to a collection agency, who didn't have a problem giving me a phone call to let me know...FYI, Kool Smiles, if you would have contacted me, I would have paid it! Thanks for messing up my credit report. Be careful doing business with them, and follow up a million times in order to not have this happen to you too.

Had a great experience here. First time in years having to have a tooth removed. Dr. Maharrey and Ms. Pam did a wonderful job. I was explained the procedure beforehand and was comforted and made aware of what was happening. After the procedure was completed, I was also given specific instructions for aftercare. No complaints here.

Today I want to give Kool smiles a 5 star review. My family has been going to the Fall River location for years now and never had a problem. A few years ago my husband had some work done that was terrible. Needless to say he went in today unhappy and by the time he left he was very happy. I want to say thank you to Joe the manager, Dr. Malla, and Roxaine. The 3 of them were in shock at the horrible work the previous dentist did to my husbands teeth. Dr. Malla went right to work fixing it and she took her time to make sure it was done right. I am very happy that the 3 of them cared and wanted to help. Thank you so much Dr. Malla for being a great dentist. Thank you Joe for running the office and taking care of the long time patients like you should. Every visit at Kool Smiles has been a fantastic experience. My teenage daughter had four wisdom teeth pulled at once several months ago and the oral surgeon was great. He said it no need to play with them she want have to worry with teeth while off in college. Today was no different; we went for our six month check up. The staff is professional and organized we were in and out in one hour which is another reason I like this office. Doctors and assistants had zero patients for my six year old. Continuing to speak on how they were ready to go home when the appointment was set for 4:00. We didn't see a Doctor until 4:30 and my son need crowns. The doctor also asked my son if he would like the procedure done the easy or hard way then proceeded to obviously perform the hard way. Their expressions, attitudes and performance was extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

I’m sure you have places that you trust and you go to them all the time. You know your kid is in good hands, so you always use that babysitter. You know they have the best cuts of steak, so you always use that grocery store. Well, that’s ‘how the Bridgeport Kool Smiles feels to me. I know they will welcome me and take care of me. I know I won’t leave in the pain or distress I came in. Let’s face it. Teeth are important. As a matter of fact, oral health is a great predictor of your life expectancy. I grew up without the best dental care and I have lots of issues to work on, and out of all dentists in CT, this is the place that takes care of all my needs. I bring my daughter here so that she doesn’t deal with any of the troubles I have. They sealed her teeth when she was little and she’s never had a cavity. It’s a happy place, that blows up balloons for her and gives her a goody bag full of stickers and toothbrushes and floss. The doctors, no matter who is on staff in Bridgeport, are innovative, patient, and kind. Let’s talk about innovative—they’re so comfortable with the work they’re doing, they can try different approaches to accommodate you. It hurt too much to get my cavity drilled and my teeth were too sensitive to cold yesterday, so Nawal moved to a slower drill without water. Another office tried to do this work and just quit; sent me home in pain for months. I’m always relieved when I leave Bridgeport Kool Smiles. I usually go grocery shopping next door afterwards lol. Just when you thought I couldn’t say enough good things about Kool Smiles, I’ve got one more. THEY’RE CLEAN. I’ve been going there for years now, and I see them sanitize every station immediately after they’ve finished. I wonder if they only hire OCD people, because these ladies are constantly cleaning and making sure you’re okay. They get stressed out if you’ve been waiting too long, even if you don’t mind. It’s clear. Kool Smiles of Bridgeport has set the standard.

Although, the representative didn't change it to the day I asked for the dentist office welcomed us as a walk in. My son was had two teeth pulled, he felt no pain, and we were out of there in an hour. We will definitely be going to Kool Smiles on Ellis for his dental needs.

If you hate your child and would like to punish them you couldn't find a better opportunity. My 4 year old had a broken tooth, the doctor was just awful. He pulled his tooth without numbing it!!! My baby was hysterical and sweating! He numbed it and went in for the root. This was the worst experience I've ever had, very traumatizing. Awful dentist!

I always try to do as much research before going to a health provider. I utilized my dental insurance through my employer and searched for dental facilities from the coverage of in-network providers listed and asked lots of questions. Who knew dental insurance and the way the financials work would be so puzzling & difficult to make more simple for consumers. I was fully aware this facility catered to mostly pediatrics, but they do minimal adult procedures. If you cater even to a small percentage of offerings for a specific grade of individuals, at least allow your facility to reflect some sort of professional and distinct areas to allow for such. The front desk staff were highly unprofessional and an 1.5 hr wait was superfluous. Sitting slouched, on cell phones, talking inappropriately and with no regard to discretion does not say credible or reputable in any way whatsoever. I found myself taking a lunch break from work of 1 hour to accommodate a 4 hour visit encompassing a visual limited exam, one X-ray, and no information other than the specific dentist I saw told me she would recommend a primary provider outside of Kool Smiles for dental to allow for a treatment plan and more catering to the age class I guess they, so lazily, say they cater towards. After 4 hours ( I called numverius times to ask questions and time frame was a repeat question letting me know I would not be kept more than 1 hr) of what I would call..."a pure waste of time...", no sign of professionalism, horrible and deplorable level of customer service and just an overall negative and heartless experience I had to go through in just 1 day, I found myself wanting to tell everyone I knew, not to go to this establishment. And not more than 2 months later, I found a statement in my mail for a session supposedly covered under 2 covered exams, I am charged $78.00. I've known and heard that dental facilities are well know to miscode items to increase revenue or just plainly do not imput correct codes for billing in general. I am not sure how well they are with children, but the scenery throughout the building says a lot. I had the worst experience and would never recommend going here if you're over the age range in which they cater to majority. I feel they should not take on anything other than pediatrics. I wish I could give negative star levels as that is what I felt when I left the building. The rest of my day was shot and I left having wasted 4 hours when i could've been told I shouldn't go here, would've saved a lot of stress, time, and overall concern to let others know via a review, that this was a CROCK!!! I hope for the sake of the community, others realize there are other reputable and affordable heath care providers if you only look! One saving grace was he referral from the dentist I saw, which led me to my new primary dental facility! They are amazing. Hopefully criticism will allow this place to revamp and provide better suited awareness for the general public and customer service will definitely change for the better! Unfortunately this was not the place for me and it took participating in the overall experience to find an establishment better suited for their clients. Maybe Kool Smiles would benefit a model like theirs.

Everyone is really nice and they try to get to know you, it's not strictly business with them. They are also very comforting by talking you through the procedure and telling you how good you are doing. Yesterday I visited Kool Smiles for an emergency visit. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff greeted me as I entered the clinic. The front desk clerks assisted me with every aspect of paperwork, insurance, etc. The office manager, Avery Sims, introduced himself and helped with the entire process. He seems to have remarkable rapport with his staff members. He was attentive to their needs as well as mine. I could tell that everyone on staff shares a mutual respect for one another and works well to benefit their patients. The dentist that I saw yesterday was also amazing. She took time to make sure that I was comfortable and at ease. She was very delicate in examining the area of concern and worked efficiently to make sure that I received relief from the pain I had been experiencing. She also explained the problem in detail, gave me instructions for follow-up care, and encouraged me to return if I had any other continuous issues. I am so pleased with my appointment with Kool Smiles and everyone that works there. They definitely made me feel welcome and got to the root of the problem, literally.

Well this is not my first time there and I could say that the last time I was there, I was OK with the service, but this time I cant believe what happen, I when in as an emergency walk in with an appointment to get a tooth taken out because it was loose and I had a lot of pain. they took an xray and then told me that the tooth had to be taken out, but that I had to come back because the doctor that pulls teeth was on vacation. They event told me to look for another dentist if I didn't want to wait. I will not be going back to Kool Smiles, neither will I ever recommend them again to anyone and will let everyone I did know what happen.

I brought my five year old to the Fall River location for the first dental appointment. I was apprehensive because we tried having him see our normal family dentist a year earlier and he wouldn't even open his mouth. The environment was kid friendly, putting him at ease and distracting him. When it came time for cleaning and X-Rays, our Hygienist Cheryl B was amazing. She said all of the right things to get him to participate. She even wrapped tissue around the bite wing mouthpiece used for X-rays because my son refused to clamp down due to it "feeling weird" and he didn't want it to touch his tongue. When we got home, he asked me if he could use his new floss. Thanks Cheryl and Kool Smiles team in Fall River for making a kid's first experience a great one!

I really did not like the service here I came in to see if they could take a look at my insurance to see if they where in-network and the lady was not so helpful, neither did she try to ask any of her co-workers to help. When I asked about the prices she stated that she could not tell me unless I made and appointment and that she did not know the prices, but long story short I will not be going back. Some of the staff is very polite while the rest is very rude, as if their only purpose there is for a paycheck. The waiting area was very kid friendly but the bathrooms aren't very clean. I will not be going back mostly for the reason that they try to do unnecessary procedures. They took X-rays of my 6 year old daughters mouth and noticed a very tiny cavity in one of her bottom teeth and tried to tell us they need to cap it. Caps are for very distorted damaged teeth. Hers are VERY well taken care of so I took her to 2 other dentist for 2nd opinions. Both offices told me that is not needed. Maybe a small filling but recommend not do anything to it for the next 2-3 months because her adult teeth are already coming in under it. So it'd be a waste of money & time to fix something she is already about to loose in short time.

They were able to fill 3 to 4 teeth every appointment, making my son feel good about not having to come back and fouth for a month, his mouth was completed in 2 weeks. I had a root canal done at aspen dental which was perfect just couldn't afford the crown so my grandfather took me to Kool smiles. Well the first time we went I just got a cleaning which took ten minutes which is actually quick for a cleaning . We then scheduled my crown so we went in on the date and they told us they can't take is because the dr wasn't there ? Like what do you mean the dr isnt there your the one who scheduled it !then they tried saying I have a lot of cavity which I don't because aspen dental told us I had just one! Money hungry people ! So we left unhappy . Then go back for the crown again they didn't even numb me enough I felt everything which hurt ! Mind you this is just a temporary ! A week later it falls off now I'm in so much pain ! We call for an emergency appointment to just put the tempory back on , I go in then they told us again they can't take us because the dr isn't there !!!! Like do you not know when your head Dr's are gunna be there ? So now im sitting here with no tempory typing this im a very unhappy consumer ! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE ! They will just try to get all your money

They used all sorts of soothing methods to help my 5 year old relax. My son got 2 crowns and a baby root canal. So imagine how things could have went ☺️. Dr. Moore and Tonya were absolutely FANTABULOUS!! My 7 year old went in for a checkup and cleaning. Little did we know that one of her baby molar teeth had an inside cavity that was just about to abscess. Dr. Moore explained all that he was going to do with the tooth to have it come out. Tonya was just as perfect with asking if my daughter wanted bubble gum or other flavor gas. No pain was involved during or after. For having to have a tooth "helped out of the mouth" this procedure was painless!!!

Last time going there for my younger daughter, I had a an appointment for 4:15pm, arrived at 421 since I am rushing from work and picking up 2 kids to go there. I sign in and a few minutes later the front desk calls me up to tell me that the dentist will not be able to see us today since they are backed up. I question why I wasn't called ahead of time so that I didn't waste time going there in the first place, she cuts me off by also adding that I arrived at 4:22pm when my appointment was at 415 and that the call center should have not made my 415 appoint since there last appointment is at 4:00pm. Terrible service to add that I've also waited a lengthy amount of time before and eventually rescheduling other appointments.

Today I took my 4 year old to get his cavity filled and from the moment we walked in the door we felt nothing but welcomed. when they called us in they apologized for the wait which wasn't long at all. everyone who had contact with us today smiled and were very polite and Nawal and Dr.Iniva made such a beautiful team. They kept my son calm and confident during the whole procedure. they talked to him and me making us laugh and reassured. they explained what they where doing at every moment for my son even though he may no have understood exactly that made me happy they treated him like more than a child. I love kool smiles and will continue to be back with both my children.

Horrible service... had a broken tooth was told overnight that it would be taken care of.. I was in so much pain couldnt talk the nerve and all was exposed... go there.. told me i would have to wait 3 weeks to get it taken out... so i would have had to sit there and wait 3 weeks in pain. On top of that was given CHILDRENS TYLENOL!!!! Seriously people childrens tylenol I am 30 years old crying in your office due to the pain.. and thats what was ordered. They were rude and uncaring.. while waiting the parents with kids just let them run a muck and I got tripped by a children who was running around.. seriously someone needs to learn to run that office better.. and do not promise a patient that something will get done and then not do it!! NEVER WILL GO TO AGAIN!

Dr. Roark and China done an amazing job with my 9 year old son Conner who has a terrible fear of the dentist. Conner went inside the office very afraid and crying. China immediately calmed Conner by letting him know that she would explain and demonstrate everything that would be done. She showed him every tool and explained what it'd be used for. Conner then relaxed a little, China gave him a chance to answer questions that he had, of course he had questions so he asked them and China gave Conner an answer and broke it down for Conner to understand. When Dr. Roark came in she then reexplained to Conner every instrument that she used. Conner became at ease and allowed them to do his dental work without a fight. Our experience was beyond great and I think Conner, from here on out, won't be so distraut when he needs to visit the dentist. THANK YOU DR. ROARK AND CHINA! You two were amazing!!

Absolutely amazing people and environment. I had to bring my daughter in whom deals with social anxiety, and she was instantly comfortable. We had seen another dentist prior, and he was impatient with her as he made her anxiety worse. They took their time, laughed, joked, and even thanked us for being patient with them. In reality though, they were the patient ones. They never complained when she was shy or hesitant to something. They took their time and found a new solution. So wonderful of them. I drove an hour away to see them, and will not go anywhere else now. I will refer them to any and every single person. If I had to have a con to all of the pros, it would be Baskin Robin's for opening up right across the walkway from them haha. Dr Roark, Mr. Derrick, and Ms. Carley B. are amazing with children and it shows they care and definitely in the right career of choice. 10 stars, because 5 just isn't enough!

Disappointing and dangerous. On Saturday, June 3, I called to inquire about having an abscessed tooth examined and getting an antibiotic prescription and I was told that I would be accepted as a walk-in patient if I could arrive by 12:00 pm. I arrived at ~11:38 am, two hours and twenty-two minutes before closing. The receptionist and assistant staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. However, I did overhear one assistant instructing a receptionist that she should refer patients with my condition to an emergency room instead of accepting them at Kool Smiles. Immediately upon my initial contact with Dr, Cordova, it became clear from whom those instructions came. Her demeanor was unwelcoming, at best. Her examination was cursory. And, my request for an antibiotic prescription was neglected. Although her assistant instructed me to wait an hour to have it filled, the prescription was never written. I learned this only when I went to fill the prescription at Walgreen's. I would like to know exactly which positive health outcomes were expected to be achieved by not writing this prescription. Would it not have been more professional, more considerate, and even more mature, to simply inform a patient that a request for a prescription either could or would not be filled? All this while the video monitor into the waiting room played a loop of vignettes portraying just how compassionate Kool Smiles' dentists are to patients' circumstances and just how committed they are to patients' health. Indeed?

This facility was a great disappointment. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite. It looked clean and spacious in the inside. There was even a large play areas for young children, which was great. However, the care that my two year old received was insulting. My daughter was nervous about the visit. She is only two years old. I sat in the chair with her. The hygienist looked at her teeth and brushed them with a toothbrush. My daughter had a considerable amount of build up that the hygienist did not address. Instead, the hygienist asked if I brushed after every meal. I told her, I work. She said, doesn't the daycare brush their teeth. I asked if there were daycare that do that, since I had never heard of that service at a preschool. She did not respond. The hygienist left. We waited for the dentist. The dentist looked, told me I didn't brush enough, and that I should use an electric brush. She also did not clean off the build-up on my daughter's teeth. The dentist left. An assistant walked up and gave us the to-go tooth brush and toothpaste page. I was confused. I asked if the visit was over because no one had thoroughly cleaned my daughter's teeth. I asked to speak with the dentist again who told me that the hygienist was supposed to do that. The hygienist did come back then and told me I would have to hold my daughter down. I said that would not be a problem, but she only half cleaned it. I was so frustrated by the end of this visit and offended that they did not seem to care about giving my daughter the best service they could. I left and scheduled an appointment with Just Kids who I had previously had great service with before. I scheduled the appointment because my daughter was stating to cry when she chewed and she was not eating as much as usual. I was hoping they would also clean her teeth after inspecting her gums, but, when we got there a few days later, they said that I could not get a cleaning because Kool Smiles had already charged our insurance for a cleaning. I called Kool Smiles back and asked them to reschedule and finish the job so that my daughter would not have cavities by her next visit. They did reschedule after having me on hold for a while and I noticed the tone of the person on the phone was less than pleased about my request, but I felt obligated to get my daughter's teeth thoroughly cleaned regardless of how they FELT about it since they got paid for doing the service, I expected it to be done correctly, despite the fact that it hurt my heart to bring my daughter back to that place where I felt that they did not care about their patient's long term health. No mother should have to request that her daughter receive the full service that they are charging people's insurance for. Luckily, while I was was with Just Kids, the dentist looked at her teeth and could not believe that her teeth had such clear build up. The dentist asked me if her teeth were cleaned recently, and I told her that she had been seen by Kool Smiles that same week for a cleaning. She herself said how irresponsible it was for that dental office to release that child with noticeable built-up still on her teeth. That wonderful, glorious dentist said she would take care of it, even after I told her the front desk told me that my insurance had already been charged, so we had to go back to Kool Smiles. She called in an assistant, used a block to keep my little one's mouth open and scraped her teeth clean as she sang to her to calm her down. She also told me that electric tooth brushes were NOT recommended for such young children because they are so abrasive and cause irritation, which explained her cries and discomfort over that last week while chewing and eating. The advise the Kool Smiles dentist had given me about the electric toothbrush was in direct opposition with what the Jus Kids dentist thought was appropriate for her age. Night and Day! Night and Day! The service I got at Just Kids was above and beyond what I expected! I think Kool Smiles could learn a lot from Just Kids.

I came here when I was 5 and never returned after this service. I was getting around 4 crowns and let me just tell you, go get a second opinion first! When I went in they brought me to the back and gave me books to read. Then the doctors came in and have me numbing shots. And because I wasn't cooperating, they first put socks on my hands and then strapped me to a mat(and had several nurses hold me down). The worst part was that my mouth wasn't even numb and they wouldn't let me breathe. They were constantly putting water in my mouth. They also wouldn't allow my mom to watch even though they said they would. This is crazy service. I came out with red pores. VERY unprofessional. Please, please, please get a second opinion before you go here!

I had nothing to complain about Kool Smiles till December 30th. I was there with the kids on the 14th for their regular cleaning and was told the 2 girls had to come back for fillings. Went back on the 30th to have it done and had surprise, one of my daughters had crowns to be placed. even though I was not given any other option. Not knowing what it was asked the assistant to see it, she showed me how it looked like. I said okay did not come here for it but the doctor knows best. In my mind I thought it was something temporally. Now my daughter is going trough pain when eating, it is painful to brush and floss, Plus she is taking antibiotics. Just want to say: parents ask everything about what they'll do to your kid, don't just think the doctors will do the best. You'll be the one to cry with your kid and cry when your kid is in pain asking you why this was done. I wish I could go back and asked how it was done what would happen after that, asked about my options and said no to crowns a much too invasive procedure for a 6 year old.

My daughter is 17 and goes to kool smiles. She likes it here. She says they are nice to her and treat her well. They accept our insurance as well. They have a nice play area for the kids while they wait. In our case her little sister played for almost 2 hours while she had a cleaning and 2 small fillings done. They also have a treasure box the kids enjoy picking from at the end of the visit. Some of the other patients can ruin the experience, but usually scheduling earlier morning appointments tends to find less drama and shady people at the office.

Today my son and I visited Kool Smiles for a yearly cleaning. It went excellent they were able to get us in and out in a timely manner. they were super friendly and very efficient about their job. I have two children that are both Kool Smiles Kids! My five year old had to have some dental work done and every time we went the staff was happy and greeted us with a smile. The wait wasn't very bad at all, easy to register and sign in, as well as make appointments. The work didn't take long either, surprisingly, we were in and out within two hours total. What really wowed me was that they catered to my one year old by giving him a balloon and toy too, even though he didn't have an appointment that day. The staff is so good about caring for the patients as well as making the family happy! Great job Kool Smiles!

(Horrible experience for my 4yr old daughter)......I took my daughter for a cleaning service and ended up with tears in my eyes because I didn't liked the way two of the staff members treated my daughter. They treated her with rudeness and intolerance because she was crying too much. My 4yr old daughter is a very shy girl and when there's people around that she doesn't know she feels scared and uncomfortable,well this black lady wanted to do some x-ray and of course my daughter got scared so she started crying a lot,the employee got mad and started yelling at her,then another "assistant" a Hispanic guy came supposedly to help and he got frustrated and mad too that he even got out of the room, they were forcing her to bite some kind of plastic and they were pressuring her a lot to do it. Their attitude was so ungrateful and inpatient that I had to told them to stop,I couldn't handle see my daughter crying of fear. PARENTS DON'T LET ANYBODY YELL AT YOUR KIDS JUST BECAUSE THEY CRY TOO MUCH ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE JUST TODDLERS

I visited Kool Smiles on Monday for an appointment for my two daughters ages 5 and 2. As always, it was a very pleasurable experience. Keep up the good work. We have been coming here for quite some time now. The drawback I see is the staff which seems to change with every visit. I enjoy seeing familiar faces with which one can build rapport. You can't do that if at every visit it's someone new providing dental services to your children. If you all could work on that, that would be a plus to me.

Horrible service. A lady was there for an hour waiting and they didn’t even have her checked in to see anyone. Also my daughter waited for 45 minutes and they didn’t even know what kind of work she needed and we had to reschedule. We’ll be going elsewhere next time

This place is the worst place I've ever taken my child to. The expectations as a parent are that my thoughts and feelings be heard out. First day I was there with my sister to bring my niece in and also get my own daughter set up there. The receptionist spoke to me then said give her 5 minutes. I sat there for an hour she looked at me twice once pointed yet didn't call me back up. I left and called to then make an appointment for two days later all for yet another receptionist to argue with me over an orthodontist consult she insisted which was covered all while my sister told her it wasn't. This woman was incredibly rude yelling at my sister in front of staff and me and children all for her to look again and see my sister was correct and she was trying to put my child's name with someone else's insurance info. For that reason ill never return and urge others to also go elsewhere. Most unprofessional rude uncorteous staff ever!!!! Best advice.....rehire and retrain! You get one star only cause I have to.

I had several teeth (18) pulled on the 28th. I was so nervous. I have to say I was very much pleasantly surprised by Dr. Maharrey and Taucia Evans. They were so nice and I felt very little pain during the extractions at all. They were very personable and worked with me. I was very frightened and they put me at ease and even joked with my husband, who was there for moral support. I would recommend them to any and who need dental treatment.

My son had calcium on his teeth and has been told my many dentist that they couldn't do any thing about it... Well at Kool Smiles my sons dentist (Hanson) did an awesome job on yesterday and its gone... HE SMILE with his head held high.... I love it. The quality of customer services has decreased a whole lot. Today the music was extremely loud and and not child friendly. The assistant was not well PPE and OSHA trained! The assistant use their bare hands to open and set up the miner surgery tray with utensils that would’ve been used for my child’s mouth. And once the decided to put gloves on discarded one pair on top of the trash can and the other on top of the desk. This person seem to have gotten upset when I questioned what was it that the individual were about to do and quickly left the room. Once another person entered and proceed to continue where the other stop, but yet did not Identify themselves either until asked. I explain my frustration and told the person that we would seek treatment elsewhere.

All of the staff was friendly accept for Mrs.Desha she is rude and very unprefessional stared at me and my kids like we were intruders made me feel uncomfortable. I believe that she has gotten accustomed to being this way this was our second time in the office and it wasnt the friendly place we thought it was. Guess me and my babies will be moving around til we find the right fit. I want to feel welcomed and for treatment plans and intakes to be like a conversation not a dispute. I encountered a lot of helpful ladies who were friendly and patient with us but walking in was like the absolute worse. Customer Service should be every managers number one priority not just his or her staffs priority.
