I must say I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. The girls in the front are extremely helpful but the dentist which was a gentleman was not professional he didn't explain my treatment plan with me wanted to pull teeth right away in which I didn't do I called my insurance the next day to find out exactly what was going on only to hear there was a referral for me to have work done that he did not discuss. Requesting to see a new dentist in that office because I felt uncomfortable with him they would not do it. So needless to say I transferred to a new office. But going to get my release forms from this office which only required my signature and there stamp staiting no work has been started they gave me problems after some time I was able to get that form I wasn't leaving till I got it the office manager stated that she would email me my extray cause it would be easier for the new dentist to read that was on Monday yup I'm still waiting

I found my experience with Dr Emile horrifying. I dont mind the wait or 20 min cleaning but that man straight hurt me. The assistants were nice and front desk but he was awful, rushed me and left me in more pain for weeks.

Our daughter received Excellent Dental treatment here! She had extensive issues that required the skill & patience of top notch Dentists & a staff who were both professional and incredibly supportive! Both Dr. Weiner and Dr. Singh have the perfect combination of Skill & Compassion for their patients. The Staff is perfectly matched with the Doctors as they also extend the same continuous support and professionalism and create an atmosphere of confort and caring. There is another component of this practice that impressed us as well and that is how involved they are in the community they are located in. On our first visit we were delighted to see the walls filled with Artwork created by local school children for a Theme of “A Celebration of Family”! Each depiction was a local school child’s celebration of their families & themselves and it was an impressive gallery of images. That outreach and acknowledgement of the Community speaks of the Respect and Consideration these Doctors have for their patients. And again this devotion is echoed by their Amazing Staff: Ashley, Martha, Caroline, and Debbie (and other staffers whose names evade me at this writing) who work dilligently to make your experience with their practice a positive one. We will be forever grateful for the Kindness & Respect our daughter was shown by this practice. They are a rare gem in their field. Many Thanks!

This is the first time I have written a Google review for anyone but it is deserving. I had nothing but great experience. I got cleaning done by JENNIFER , she is wonderful and absolutely loves what she does, she is very knowledgeable and thought me alot while doing my teeth cleaning. She kept me calm during all of my procedur and answered all my questions. I will continue to go to Jennifer and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Very disappointed with the visit at the dental associates at 145 Boston post road had a friend that went there, every time she went their there is always a problem in that dentist office? The dentist doesn't have any compassion for his patients, he pulls teeth without numbing his patients properly,he has a very bad disposition about himself? I myself would not recommend any body to go to this office if they love there mouth, also they don't return phone calls when there patients call them, right there is a sign not to go to them? There is to many young people working in this office? I would think twice before going to this dentist he butcher's your mouth, has no mercy for his patients? So please don't go to this dentist if you love your teeth? Find another dentist to go to this dentist needs to be shut down or find a new dentist to put in his place? Cause he is gonna loose all his patients that he has my friend doesn't like him as a dentist he is very unprofessional?

I went there last week because I was in a lot of pain from my wisdom teeth growing in and was told it was very dangerous if I don't get them removed. My appointment was at 9:30am and I didn't even get seen until 11:30am. I was suppose to get all four removed. I asked the surgeon if he was going to put me under or give me something for the pain because I was so nervous and he put numbing stuff on my gums and IT DID NOT DO ANYTHING. Tears were rolling down my face and I was being him to stop but he continued. I only managed to get 2 removed because I couldn't handle the pain. Didn't tell me how to properly care for that area after the procedure either. Told me I have to go back asap to get the other two removed but I'm so scared.

The Doctor was very impersonal but that was not the problem. I am missing a front tooth. We were waiting for an approval from my insurance company. I called several times because I was informed by the insurance company it was approved. They just kept telling me they would call me back with an appointment. 8 days later, I'm still calling for an appointment. Found another dentist but they are making it difficult to get the approval transferred to the new dentist. The staff really are fantastic but does that really count if your problem isn't being solved.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience from front to back. The front desk, (Martha and Ashley) greeted me with a smile and were very helpful with my insurance and paperwork. They were kind, amiable and efficient. The hygienist, Jenn. Absolutely amazing! I have always had sensitive teeth and was always afraid to get anything done because of that. She took the time and care to listen and accommodate me. She was informational and very gentle. The experience was so great I'm bringing my family. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Ps... my teeth feel great!

Horrible. I would trust Jack the ripper before I ever go back. One cavity filled last week was so poorly done Im in such pain I could die. Ive gone 3 weeks in a row had countless xrays, 2 cavities filled went back yesterday told come in as emergency, did another xray wasted my time left me in horrific pain. Preached about the bull s#!+ opioid crisis and sent me home. The pain is so bad i have not eaten nor slept in 3 days. Called office yesterday 3 hours after my Appt as a walk in and no return call, called at 1 and called 4 times and no call back until today Saturday 33 hours later to again preach about the opioid crisis. NEVER AGAIN. THE FILLING DR ALI DID IS EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL AND THEY said go to an ER. Leaving snyone this way is unethical and unprofessional. Screw you all. Ive spent weeks in pain, am in worse pain now and the callous mannerism is disgusting. I will never step foot in this place again. Its like a third world country. No compassion, professionalism or ethics. I guess you get what you pay for and this place is horrifying. Run. Dont walk. Run. How dare anyone leave a patient in this kind of pain and refuse to assist with something to alleviate their severe pain? I wouldn't bring my worst enemy here. Some people shouldnt be doctors cause they suck at it.

Went for a regular filling and days later mouth was killing me... ended up needing a root canal on 3 different teeth all because the dentist has no clue how to fix teeth

Waited over 1 hour before I got called in to the doctor. They tried selling me a better cleaning for $ 600.oo cash. I never had such a lousy cleaning like I got today. She rushed it and refused to tell me on how many if any cavities I had. Told me I have to schedule appointment with the doctor . Definitely insurance scammers!! When they offer a better service for cash, just walk away!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!! The clients are rude in the waiting. Very nosy. Asking for 50 cents , People talking on the speaker cell phones. Anti Veterans clientele. The staff alwolled the clients to harass me because I wore my Naval hat.. Read the reviews and do your homework before you come this PLACE . Sad sad place.

Never had any problems until recent extraction of a top front tooth which had broken off. Dentist did not numb me up properly and literally ripped and tore live nerves.I have no dental phobia before. Tears were pouring down my face while he just kept ripping and tearing. Worse than natural childbirth. Oddly,he would ask if it hurt and when I vigorously nodded and screamed in agony,he did nothing but kept ripping and tearing. He seemed sadistic in his treatment. I would not recommend him to anyone... unless you enjoy the Inquisition. This extraction needed an oral surgeon,not a dentist who engaged in torture.Otoh..the staff who clean are great. Horrible experience. Also gave me antibiotic which can cause c dif and said nothing about needing probiotics. Clindamycin. Bad Drug.

I suffer from severe PTSD from being molested as a child , therefore being forced down and objects stuck in my mouth triggers my memories of molestation to a full blown panic atacka !! I I brought this to the doctors attention and I was given a choice of go somewhere else or Xanax to calm down , I said no to the Xanax because I don't like drugs I had a previous history with and I would much rather take the gas !! I was denied the gas but offered controlled substances instead !!! I don't get that !!!!! I think your office and many others should be sensitive to not only my situation but others like mine !! I have perfectly good insurance and I'm in need of care why is this such a problem

Excellent service—got cleaning and fillings. Dentists and assistants were very kind and attentive to my needs. They also helped to calm down my anxiety about the visit. Would highly recommend—remember to brush + floss + rinse ;)

Root canal rescheduled 3 times within the past couple months. Gave me an appointment on a Day the doctor isn't here. Come to find out next opening is the end of the month coming from an appointment that was supposed to be on the 5th. Mouth is killing me.maybe I'll get it finally 2 months later.
