Excellent Dentist the hygienist and Dr. were amazing the front office staff was very friendly and really accommodating to our schedules. We are fairly new to the area and were beyond pleased when we came to our appointment. Everyone was very courteous and nice from the front staff to the dental assistant. My first visit but will not be my last I plan to recommended to family members.

Called to make an appointment due to a broken tooth filling and poor dentist work from a different dentist. They took me same day and fixed one of the two teeth that needed to be fixed. I was a nervous wreck due to bad past experiences with a previous dentist. They made sure to take their time with the process because I have super sensitive teeth and can feel drills (was even sensitive to cold air being blown on tooth) they numbed me well enough where I didn't feel anything and explained what they were doing during the process. This is the first dental visit I can say where I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dental practice.

To bad I like the doctor but not the management. This is the first time I went to the dentist for fillings and I had to pay right after my feelings done. She gave an estimated but She made me to pay the estimated bill plus the co-pay for $40 for the whole year. This never happened to me in dentist office anywhere to pay in front before they deal with my insurance and they charged me one time for a year co-pay also. She was explained to me about it but it was strange and doesn’t make sense, ridiculous !

I had a terrible experience ,girls up front telling me they can give me a referral, next visit .I come in next week they refused the referral ,the dentist I saw said I could give you the referral ,but I'm not gonna. Took 3 weeks to try and get a referral .Finally I left the office called my pedestrian and with in 1/2 hour I had a oral surgeron and referral and his surgery done the next day. Terrible customer service ,no one know what they are talking about. l canceled all my appointment and found a great dentist in West Hartford. Dr Weinstein and oral surgeon Dr Goldman. They are absolutely great . Everything was taken care of with in 1 week filling and oral surgery. Girls at children and family dental are very rude talking Spanish about me in front of me. Dont waste your time there. They did one filling and the dentist cut my sons gum where they did the filling . I tried several time to talk the orthadontist and of course she was never available.

My daughter had an appointment, we arrived a few mins prior, we check in, confirmed all info. Then we’re told that since we didn’t confirm the appt they scheduled someone else in our time slot... who does that?!?! Mind you my appointment was rescheduled 4x due to the hygienist being out! I work in the healthcare field and that’s like us scheduling someone else in your time slot because you didn’t confirm. Waited over an hour, didn’t want to wait any longer so we left. Not coming back here again! Left work early to be here on time but waste of time!

Overall a pretty good experience for my second visit. The front desk was super friendly. The girl who took my x-rays and the dental hygienist were fantastic, kind, and answered all of the questions I had. On the other hand, the blonde, female doctor who looked at my teeth was a little less than pleasant. She was not completely rude but her attitude could have been better. It may be from a prior patient yelling at her for no reason but that still does not excuse the way she acted towards me. It came to my attention after I left by the person who was with me, that the doctor not only rolled her eyes when I answered a couple of her questions but also made annoyed and disturbed faces at her assistant when examining my teeth. Going into this appointment I was already emeberassed by my smile and she made the embarrassment a little worse. I do recommend going to this offfice but preferably with a different doctor.

Colossal waste of time. On both my scheduled appointment ended up waiting 1 hour to 90 mins .. . Very condescending attitude on the phone while checking on appointments.Inconsiderate front staff and a disengaged doctor. Right now I am ready to go farther to find dentist rather than sitting around in their front room waiting for rush jobs.

When i moved back to Ct after living in North Carolina for a few years, i was looking for a dentist to finish the work that was started in NC. Im so glad i found this office, they are always so polite and warm when i come in, everyone from the front office staff to the Dentist and her assistants. Treatments are always easy and pain free!! It is a great place for kids. Last visit my child was very nervous about getting cavities fixed. Doctor took time in explaining what is being done, that helped her calm down. To my surprise she did well during Novocain and for the rest of the treatment. I recommend this place to everyone.
