I want to start off by saying that I had my first patient appointment and everyone was very polite from the moment I walked in to when I left. Everyone greats you with a smile and are very professional. The young lady who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job. I was a bit afraid because I've had braces and it was my first cleaning since I got them put on. She made me feel very comfortable and eased my fear to getting my cleaning, she was so thrill and educated me with instructions on how to keep up with oral health. I am very pleased with the service I received and I look forward to my next cleaning.

The office staff are bilingual, super courteous and friendly and the hygienist gave me educational information on my teeth and overall health that was extremely helpful, the doctor was patient and welcoming. There are many dental offices much closer to my home but it is worth the additional drive time to get dental care at this office.

This is the most disgusting , unorganized , despicable place I've ever step foot in . When I asked who the supervisor was Diana L. I did my research and found out she was pulled over and charged with driving under the influence with marijuana in the car. How can you try and tell me if I miss my appointment I can't be rescheduled . I cannot take this supervisor serious . YOU ARE A POT HEAD , do not speak to me. The amount of attitude and disrespect walking in the office . The only one who is nice enough and always has a smile is the one in the front with the blonde hair. I complimented her the other day sweetest person in that office ! I WOULD NOT again WOULD not recommend this . And I WILL goto the state and report the management for ALWAYS VIOLATING HYPPA and discussing other people business . Horrible horrible horrible I will NEVER GO BACK . And the ORTHODONTIST department is just as bad . You have to wait 2 months to get an appointment and by the state (I have already contacted ) they should be seeing people sooner than what they are booked out on ! My mission is to close this place down ! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE ! I will continue to tell anyone and everyone SPREAD THE WORD !!!!!!!! The state will shut them down . The fact that the person in charge does drugs is disturbing ! AND if I miss my appointment I will pay a "fee" when I went to the state they said they are NOT ALLOWED . Shame on this place for being open . I have a bunch of ties to the community and my voice will be hear with this place . wondering why you get all the bad reviews ?????? CHANGE WHAT EVERYONE IS COMPLAINIG ABOUT ! Stupid stupid stupid ! My son had to go there about 3 times because his filling continued to fall out . ! I've been to plenty of messed up places but THIS BY FAR IS THE WORSE DENTIST OFFICE IVE EVER HEARD OF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I will continue to post this review on yelp , Facebook , every where until the word gets out !

Was in yesterday and my experience as usually was good. Office staff again helpful and quick with my paperwork. Office manager was excellent considering the pace if everyone working but still had time to answer my questions without making me feel like a burden ( even though she ( I think Julie? ) Had ALOT going on. Very unhappy with this place. I don’t understand why they automatically assume you will not be attending your appointment as scheduled and give your appointment slot to other patients. 2nd time I had to leave work early (unpaid) to bring my children there to find out my slot was given away to someone else. Oh to top it off, they couldn’t accommodate my kids to be seen on a weekend. I waited two months for this appointment. I’m very disappointed. They have to change that policy.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE STARTING FROM Diana Leitoa DIRECTOR, Melissa OFFICE MANAGER and UPPER MANAGEMENT!!! They hire whoever wether they have experience in Dental or not. I never experienced working in an unprofessional office like this before. They are so unprofessional, they always running behind, patients complaining, their WORK ETHICS SUCKS! I advise you all not to go here trust me I'm not just talking just to be talking or to make them look bad "I KNOW" for a fact. People I am not making this up. If you do decide to give them a try go for it you will soon find out THE TRUTH‼️ See for yourself if you don't believe me‼️Management SUCKS‼️ WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. They will get rid of you for no apparent reason. As for some of us we got laid off due to BUDGET CUT, but they have a whole new crew like really budget cut my ass. I'm glad they did it this way because I was going to leave ANYWAY they weren't up to PAR in my book‼️

When I moved from SC to Hartford I had no idea where to go get my teeth cleaned and my daughters dentist office recommended this office and they are GREAT!!! In my 49 years I have never been so educated on how important my mouth and teeth health are for my overall health. Thank you Children & Family Dentistry. The office is far from where I moved to but worth the drive and time to me.

Don't go if you have to get braces because you have to work around their schedule to get maintenance. They only have the dentist on site certain days and are always rescheduling appointments. People like me work 2 jobs and don't have free days to come in whenever. I have been trying to get my son's braces removed for a year now and they don't ever have appointments to fit my schedule.

Great place!! They make you feel comfortable enough to ask questions about anything. They have an answer for it all. Usually when I go to the dentist I ask the employees questions and they act stumped like they don't know what I'm talking about but the staff here is very knowledgeable and has an answer for everything. I recently started getting my cleanings done at this office. They are a wonderful group of healthcare providers who truly care about their patients. Hygienist Ahmed did an excellent job with my cleaning. Ahmed took the time to educate me on the importance of oral hygiene care and how to properly brush and care for me teeth. I also had my wisdom teeth removed here, another pleasant experience. Would recommend this office to family & friends!

The dental assistants and the dentist are nice they give you 5 star treatment. The women in the front are thw ones that make this review worthy of one star. If you don't mind people talking over you to people in line behind you, your HIPPA rights being violated because your information so the room could here, or standing being told your appointment wasnt confirmed when you called back and spoke to someone in the phone to confirm only to be told that you know have to wait an hour or 2 due to their clerical error. This office staff used to be kind and curteous, over the years that's declined. There is no professionalism anymore. I was contacted by the Manager I hope things are going to get better moving forward.

This office is getting WORSE by the sec. I can't even rate this office and that is the truth; I had to give a 1 star because that is the only way to send this review. Let me just start of by saying...How is it that I go to this facility which I have been attending for (SEVERAL YEARS NOW) for my daughter and it is not the same. We came on Saturday for my daughters appointment and the receptionist up front had her (crying child) on her lap while working the whole time I was their for our visit. UNBELIEVABLE is that even allowed in the kind of department these employees work at....!!!!!!!! THATS NOT ALL!!!!!!!!! THE WAIT TIME WAS RIDICULOUS!!!!! I get it, theirs one doc doing some of the kids and one doc doing some of the other kids but let me tell you - I am a mother of ONE and I lost my patience so I can only imagine the parents who were waiting with me and had multiple kids. BUT COME ON NOW why would you schedule so many kids in one day for two doctors if you can't handle the heat when angry parents are getting annoyed with the WAITtime. I am requesting for my kids to get transfer out of this office on my next day off but seriously change the way you do things or change the way everyone does their jobs to make your HAPPY PARENTS KEEP BEING HAPPY BECAUSE IF NOT BYE DENTIST OFFICE......

Very pleased with the care my daughter received here, after she accidentally fell and broke one of her teeth. They immediately fit me right in and made my little one feel comfortable while they removed her tooth. I took both my children here and we have been to several places before coming here trying to find a great, friendly,supportive,kind,patient with small and early teenage children as well as understanding and effective with my children because my 3yr old was not having it when it came to brushing his teeth so we decided to try out this dentist and they deserve more than 5 stars because they exceeded every expectation and every staff member we had the pleasure of being assisted by was so kind and and so AMAZING and sweet with my children and I don’t just say this lightly THIS DENTISTRY was AMAZING and deserves tons of great reviews and if you see this, take your FAMILY HERE!!! my husband, myself and children all left leaving happy, comfortable and actually looking forward to our next routine visit! Had to come on here and give this place props! My son is a handful, I admit that. But these two dental assistants Courtney and Dee were able to handle him kept him entertained but did what they had to do. And somehow manage to get him to take a few X-rays and even hold still for his cleaning. I like this place they have patience. A lot of places don't have that. Definitely recommend this place.
