This dental office is not only great, clean affordable and friendly but also there affordable and professional. I got rout canal done but I must admit he saved my tooth, my tooth was gonna be extracted yet he build around and saved my tooth !! And I also got an implant done nicely !!! Thank you guys !!!

Very disappointed! I wish I could give 0 stars. Charter Oak Dental may look aesthetically pleasing but that's it. Made an appt for my husband and I Saturday morning in Vernon, arrived 15 mins early to be greeted at front door- receptionist tells us office is closed due to no power? Yet businesses next door were up n running. Ok week of 4/9 I'm thinking someone would call to reschedule? Nope.. called Tues to speak with office mgr couldn't get thru to speak with Dr, Syed or a mgr. After that my calls/msg were never answered or returned when I used my cell or when I used my company phone. Finally 4/13/18 I asked a coworker if I could use her phone, well guess what??? Dr Syed brother picks up and tells me office is closed due to Dr. Syed is on vacation. Well why the hell wasnt i told that Saturday morning or Tuesday when I called? The fact I called over 10x and it goes straight to voicemail but the minute I use someone cell you picked up immediately?! WTH?! Totally unprofessional! Don't appreciate the runaround, lack of communication. He doesn't know how to run a BUSINESS.

Omg i am so pleased with the work done on me that it has changed my life. For years i had discolored teeth and big cavities in the front. So deep it can store food, i never wanted to smile and i tried every dental and none help me till now. Now my teeth holes are filled in and white, thanks to charter oak i can smile again. I love u guys thanks

Wonderful friendly dentist and dental team they saw my toddler daughter without having to wait long . The dentist was really caring and attaintive to my daughter so she was comfortable and not frightened , and then supplied us with exacellent after care advice on keeping a good dental hygenie routine! Location is very convenient as ther is parking and it is walkable too as it’s center of downtown . The girls at reception are also very helpful with scheduling appointments to fit your own busy schedule so that was a plus . Over all this is actually one of the nicest dentists I’ve been too and the bonus was my daughter felt safe and didn’t cry (which I was dreading) but instead she was cooperative with the dentist, and actually loves going back Especialy for her stickers she gets after she has been seen!! ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely LOVE Charter Oak Dentist in Hartford! They are friendly, talanted, respectful, fast, and virtually pain free. I had 5 yes 5 teeth pulled all at once today 12-7-18 and it blew my mind how quickly and efficiently it was completed. I barely felt the needle and in record time all 5 extractions were completed.I have been to places that took triple the time to pull 1 tooth and it was awful. I will always keep CODC as my dentist so I highly recommend there services, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Carter Oak!
