I’ve been coming here for the past 3 months! Came in for an emergency and they were able to get me in same day, I booked a cleaning and they’ve been able to fit me in when needed! One thing that really stood out to me was the care they took since I’m pregnant, no other dentist has done so much before. Def recommend! Plus it’s convenient. Clean your teeth, go shopping!

Do not go to this Dental practice, the doctor here didn't fill my tooth correctly, which then turned into a more serious complication, and then they refused to see me. Very insulting receptionist and rude as well as unprofessional.

Paul the hygienist was amazing! I never felt rushed and he really took his time with the cleaning and understanding me as a patient. I need a tiny filling between my front teeth and I didn't like how the doctor half mumbled "I hope I can get it to match." From a patient's point of view no one would want to hear that especially on a front tooth. Needless to say I asked to schedule with a different doctor within the practice. Other than that I highly recommend Buckland Dental to anyone! I had an amazing experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I flew all the way from California and I've been to 7 different dentists (From Beverly Hills to Santa Monica) and NONE of them can get what I wanted right. While I was Buckland shopping at the mall, my bridge popped out and broke on the tile floor!!!! (TOTAL PANIC) - Luckily Joseph at the front desk calmed me down, Dr P was able to fix me up better than ANY of the other 7 dentists that couldn't get it right. But Buckland Hills Dental is THE PLACE TO GO!!!! SERIOUSLY, If you're looking for the one stop do it all dental place.

I had to have a tooth extracted that was starting to become painful. I was pleased that Buckland Hills Dental accommodated me the same day. I know that's not always possible, but it was quite a relief, literally. One the process was started Dr. Jung extracted the tooth in less than 10 minutes. I had very minimal pain. I scheduled another appointment for another required extraction along with 2 cavities to be filled. My appointment was at 1:30, when I got back in my car it was 2:01! I was amazed, this 'tooth' extraction was hardly a tooth, it was really just what was left after a root canal/crown. I lost the crown years ago and was concerned about how the tooth could be extracted - nothing much to physically grasp to pull it out. Dr Jung removed the tooth in probably less time than the previous extraction! I was amazed. I've had several other appointments at the office, all have gone very well. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend Buckland Hills Dental.

Just recently moved to BH Dental from Columbia dental and this was the best decision I could have made. Called with an emergency after hours they called me back very shortly after and got me in immediately. Bedside manner is amazing the receptionist Andre is absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond since I first called with my issue. Dr. Chi was so professional on doing my implant surgery twice. Both implant are perfectly solid, well aligned and no issue on biting hard stuff and look so clean as well. The staffs were so friendly and skilled so that I feel that this place is super reliable! I have been using this place for 4 years from 2015 when I came to CT first time. Before I met these professionals, my condition was so bad. I hardly used half side due to frequent bleeding swallowed gums and several decayed tooth. I recommend to someone who have same suffering or less or even worse visiting this place and getting consult with Dr. CHI. I guarantee your tooth condition will back to 100% healthy.

I used to rate and recommend this office very highly. But I just received some mail that stated they will no longer accept husky health for adults. I hate it when doctors office's do this. They completely disregard loyal customers because of their economic background. Moves like this should be illegal. I will never go to or recommend this office ever again.

Everyone at Buckland Hills Dental was very nice and pleasant. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable, even though I hate the dentist. They do pretty much all aspects of dentistry. I hope my denture is going to look great! I have finally gotten my denture and with only a little discomfort I have been adjusting very well. I've been going to Buckland Hills Dental for about 4 years now. Everyone that works there is friendly, professional and very nice. I love that I don't have to wait weeks to get an appointment - it's always within in the same week, sometimes even the same day (depending on the situation I'm in). This past Friday night they stayed until 7:00 to do a root canal and to be sure I got everything I needed. They are ALL great, from Bethany and Joseph at the front desk to Sarah and Dale in the back, including the owner who worked on me that Friday and took the time to explain everything to me. No pushing, let ME decide what I wanted to do. I am so glad I made the choice to go there 4 years ago because this is the only dentist I will go to in the future... :)

This office is the most friendly and inviting dentist office I have ever had the pleasure to visit. After having problems with my current dentist I decided to give Buckland hills dental a call ( I had had procedures done here in the past and was very happy with them). From the moment the gentleman in reception answered the phone I knew I had made the right choice. I have been waiting to write a review until I found a new dentist and now that I have this is long overdue and has gotten even better. Around 2 years ago I got a root canal done here on tooth #19. (I've had 4 done here) The crowns constantly fell off and went many times to get them re cemented. About 6 months ago this one fell off again but this time I swallowed it. I went back for a new crown, got an x-ray and was told my root canal had failed and needed to be redone. I was referred to an endodontist and he told me that it never should have failed in the first place, especially after such a short amount of time. After he redid the root canal I went to get a new crown at Buckland. Andre told me it was $600 total for the crown which I could barely afford to begin with, but what options do I have? After my appointment and going to pay I was now told it was $900 AFTER the "discount" he gave me with NO explanation as to why there was now a $300 price increase. That was my last time I ever went there. Today I went to my new dentist for x-rays and a cleaning where I was told tooth #30 is now ANOTHER failed root canal that needs to be redone and on top of that I was told the crown has a gap and does not fit properly which can and will cause problems. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and I beg any person reading this to stay away from this dentist at all costs. Update: Your response makes 0 sense. Both my root canals were done at YOUR office recently and FAILED AND ARE INFECTED. It's pretty hard to keep track of providers considering every time I have visited the office there is always a new dentist, truly don't think I've ever been seen by the same person more then once. I also like how you also make no mention as to why Andre lied to me about the price of my crown 6 months ago. Why are you speaking as if I wrote a review based on an experience I had 10 years ago? This is all recent. Update #2: Just got back from re treatment appointment. The endodontist said the post in my tooth (from Buckland) was ridiculously big for my mouth and that the crown on my tooth (from Buckland) doesn't fit my tooth whatsoever and is so tight that my gums were "begging" to breathe.

They're super friendly and very professional especially their dental assistant Dale who always cracks you up and makes you feel like you aren't even at the dentist. I’m 21 years old and have NEVER been to the dentist before. I went just a couple days ago and had Paul work on my teeth. He was great and so gentle yet he got everything done that needed to be done. I was in shock to see my results afterwards! Thanks to Paul I now have my smile back! It’s such a great feeling to know that I don’t have to hide it anymore. Such a great place, very nice and friendly people and the place is very clean! They are even very well with children too from what I saw today! I highly recommend this dentist!
