We have been coming here for 25 years. Marie has been with us cleaning our teeth all those years. She makes them sparkly clean, our kids have been coming here since they were babies, and they are all good about going to the dentist, in fact they used to love it when they were younger. I remember my youngest had a procedure once that was a little painful she was so scared and the doctor told her she would share a special chocolate covered strawberry(she asked my permission of course) with her for being so brave. She never forgot that. Marie has seen our kids all grow up, and time flies with our fun conversations during the appointments. We are very happy here, thanks Bristol Family Dental.

I would like to Thank Dr. Cydylo and the staff for making my evening. On 9-14-17 I was feeling down because I had a terrible morning. That evening Phyllis the reseptoiuness and Marie the hygines uplift me with their kindness and smiles. They made all the bad tension go away I felt welcomed and safe. Kimmy was fabulous! I drink a lot of coffee and have so much staining or should I say "had" so much staining. I can't tell you how white my teeth looked after her cleaning. I also have sensitivity on my upper teeth and she was amazingly gentle and thorough. Dr. Kat was friendly and was also thorough. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. They were on time and very professional. I can't wait to go back for my dental cleaning! Or should I say "Dental Massage".

I’ve gone to this practice twice now. Not to actually have an appointment done for me, but rather my girlfriend. She speaks so highly of this place and I thought I’d check it out to see what it was all about. Nonetheless, hands down a place where I’d want to come for some work to be done. I’ve been other places, and they’re just awkward, no personality, dull and grey. But here, you’re invited in such a warm, family friendly place. The kind lady’s name who took care of her was Marie, and she was so full of positive energy, great smiles and laughs, and great conversation. She’ll inform you on anything there is to know about what’s happening with your dental work. You won’t have a dull moment, you’ll want to come back. I really want to come here, and will very soon. Dr Katkowski is a doctor who takes his profession seriously and every mouth he goes into he treats as if it were his own. This is the reason on why I have found myself a new family dentist. It makes me feel secure knowing he tells me the truth about my situation. Amy was very understanding of my situation and looking through her crystal ball of my nerves being unsettled. She was easily able to put me back into calm waters. Which made my treatments so far easy to go through.

Always a great experience. Today I had my cleaning and had my 21 month old daughter with me. My hygenist, Marie, was kind enough to look at my daughter's teeth, specifically a tooth I had a concern about. She was able to fix the "problem" and ease my mind. I really don’t review a lot of businesses such as doctors,dentists, medical offices too much due to we all have our good and bad experiences which can vary from day to day. Mostly I will write reviews on resorts, vacation spots restaurants other than chain restaurants ect. I have to say I started coming to Bristol Familly Dental 8 years ago and before that I haven’t been to the dentist in over 18 years so my teeth weren’t in the best of shape to my amazement nobody was judge metal like they were when I was a kid and Marie told me she is going to help to save all of my teeth and get them back to normal. (Personally I laughed a little to myself and said yeah right) well a few years later and noticing a difference every 6months with no more bleeding gums, visit going from an hour plus to 30-45mins I have been coming here I am more than exited to recommend people here as well as having my whole family as well as my daughter who started coming here when she was 3 years old and wouldn’t let anyone near her mouth, now she actually gets exited coming here (but still not the doctors) Marie has been great with her, my whole family and is highly recommend as a great hygienist.

I brought my toddler for her very first dental appointment this week and was feeling nervous/apprehensive. Kim put both me and my daughter at ease. She was very warm and welcoming, as well as very patient! She had plenty of toys/tricks to break the ice and even allowed her to play with some of the instruments, all of which made her first appointment way less scary and traumatic for her (and for me!). Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming, I am considering transferring myself over to their office!

My husband and I have been looking for a new dentist for more than a year. We had a terrible experience with the last dentist, so needless to say we were worried about trying a new one. I am beyond happy to report that Bristol Family Dental went above and beyond our expectations! The entire staff, from the front desk, hygienist and dentist, were fantastic. They were all very thorough and we felt like we were their only patients in a bustling practice. Their level of technology was amazing as well. Everything is digital, x-rays that come right up on the screen in seconds. Highly recommend this practice and so glad we found them.

I have been going to Bristol Family Dental for 20 years, since I moved to CT. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Marie is a fantastic hygienist. She knows just how much I can tolerate before I feel the need to escape! Kirsten has helped resolve my problems several times when I needed an emergency appointment. Drs. Katwinski and Michaelson are both excellent dentists and are sensitive to my prior bad experiences as a child. I drive 40 minutes to come here and would never trust anyone else for my dental care.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, whether good or bad, but I must say, Krystal (correct me if the spelling is wrong) insisted I give a review!(She's awesome by the way) So here's my honest opinion: Fantastic. Never have any complications going in(have been going for probably a little over 2 years now), even from day one. I was in the process of switching dentists and I found this place was actually really close to me so I decided to give it a shot. I was on the phone probably less than 10 minutes with a first appointment ready to go. The entire staff is awesome, from the receptionists to the hygienists to Dr. Katkowski. Whether you're a local or even from another town, drop your current dentist and come here, you'll be glad you did!

We all have only positive experiences to share! ALL the staff is very friendly, accommodating, welcoming, and confidently knowledgeable. Marie (my hygienist) and I have truly become friends. A friend who I laugh with every visit as we share our life experiences making time fly by. Before I know it, my teeth are beautifully cleaned and I'm on my way. Scheduling appointments is super easy and efficient. Professionally I feel like they only suggest procedures that are necessary, which is different from what my friends say about other dentists in town. YES ,TRULY 5 STARS!!!

I've never had a bad experience since I switched to Bristol Family Dental. In the past I always dreaded getting my teeth cleaned because most of the hygienists I had experience with were extremely rough. This is not the case with Kim. So moving on, they are so friendly, caring and attentive to MY needs . Always and always care what I need to say. My hygienist ( think that is her title ) is the best, I'll never trade her in for NO ONE. She is very careful of my sensitive teeth that I can relax as I know it will be painless. I am in CT for the summer and needed to have a crown re-cemented until I could have it replaced. I was fortunate enough to find Bristol Family Dental. They were so welcoming and friendly right from my very first call and visit. The women at the front end were efficient and thorough and apologize for not remembering their names. Kirsten assisted Dr. K and I had a wonderful experience. I have to return in early August for the crown replacement. I thought it was a bit too long to have to wait but I attribute that to the time needed for my next appointment and the popularity of the office. UPDATE: I received a call from the office informing me that there was a cancellation and I was able to get in on Friday, July 5th, a month earlier than originally scheduled. So today, I was greeted warmly by Chris at the front desk then taken into a procedure room to have my new crown taken care of. Once again, Kirsten and Dr. K worked together to make this a smooth and painless experience. I was told in advance that it would take about 2.5 hours from start to finish and that estimate was spot on. I was even serenaded by Dr. K at times as he sung along to the tunes that were playing on the radio. I'm not expecting an additional charge for the entertainment. Anyway, I am so pleased with all the folks at this office and would highly recommend Bristol Family Dental to everyone.

Thank you to the staff at Bristol Family Dentist. My first time going, Emily was so patient with all my questions. She helped me through the process of having my first time root canal. Dr. Christian is a gem. She is highly skilled and made me feel comfortable with the process. During the procedure, Amy (Dental Assistant) was so kind to me. She kept telling me, "you're doing great." Then 3 weeks later, I met Dr. Ross. His friendly manner and sense of humor put me right at ease. Later that day, he even called to see how I was doing. This office has it all.
