Two stars because the staff is very nice and helpful. If you go there for a cleaning and have no issues it’s a decent place. If you are in excruciating pain like I was I don’t recommend them at all. They took x-rays , saw I had an infection, I had explained to the dentist that the last week I haven’t even been able to sleep bc my mouth is throbbing. She gave me some antibiotics and told me to take Benadryl and Motrin. Obviously I have been using OTC meds, for the last week and they haven’t worked which was what told me I had an issue in the first place. How could I trust this woman to poke around my teeth if she can’t manage my pain? These doctors are ridiculous when it comes to pain meds these day, god forbid you have legit pain issues you get treated like a junkie. I’ve been taking the antibiotics she prescribed and I’m still in pain, now I have to deal with finding a new dentist on top of it.

This was by far the best dental visit I've ever had. The office is gorgeous& high tech. The staff is so welcoming, the made any anxiety I had disappear. I had questions about my insurance and the office manager was able to give me info right away. The Dental assistant and the Dr. explained everything to me so I was comfortable. They even played Netfix for me! I would highly recommend!

Hands down the best dentist office i have had the pleasure to be serviced at. 10/10 I definitely would recommend! The facility is very clean from the tools to the bathroom. When you call their lovely receptionist Jasmine will answer, she is very polite and will help you make your appointment or answer any questions you may have. They are very flexible, and often have same-day or next-day appointments available!!! I got multiple fillings done by the wonderful Dr. Bilal. I was pretty scared to be numbed with the needle, however Dr. Bilal was very gentle, he and his awesome dental assistant Courtney (Who's voice is very soothing) talking me through the process and made it bearable. Along the way they made sure to inform me on the next steps, made sure i was comfortable, and answered any questions i had. During the procedures you are in a great environment, the chairs are comfortable, and they play music for you. The next day I came in for a cleaning done by the beautiful Dental Hygienist Olivia. She was kind, amusing, told me tips on how to care fore my teeth and sent me home with some helpful goodies. Overall you will have a GREAT experience here!

I haven't been to a dentist in a while because of a pretty bad experience with one a few years back and let's just say the extraction at that dentist I went to before going to brass city dentistry was a nightmare. So had to go to the dentist because my molar pretty much cracked it was very bad so had to go see a dentist I couldn't wait til molar get worse because as the days went on the pain slowly started to build so I had to tackle the problem. I looked up dentist and I decide to go to Brass City Dentistry I called made a appointment and at the day of the appointment I walked in their office and it was very clean and they were very professional and the receptionist are very kind and understanding I respect that a lot and while I was waiting to be seen my anxiety started kicking in and I started to get nervous and a little bit fearful and so I asked a few questions and the receptionist are very knowledgeable and understanding of the feeling I was having and I was called to the back and I was asked a few questions the staff there are very kind and understanding, professional as well and they took a few x-rays clean my teeth and that was about it. So after words basically I was very nervous and the staff referred me to a place that does sedation dentistry and man I tell you it was soo worth it! but that's another story for another time. So my point is that Brass City Dentistry is a place I highly recommend they're very good at what they do and understanding and if you have a fear of needles and so on so you shouldn't worry too much there are other options and Brass City Dentistry can help in all sorts of ways and if you need work with your teeth there or elsewhere they know the right people for the job in others words they know what they're are doing. I am happy with my experience now thinking back on it and it doesn't hurt to get a check up trust me you won't regret it but that's my opinion. I hope my review, opinion, etc help someone out there and have a good day everyone sayonara.

Coming to brass city dentistry is a breathe of fresh air. I typically have anxiety during treatment but Dr. Mirza makes you feel comfortable and is very thorough with explaining treatment. The staff is very welcoming and treat you as family. Courtney, the dental assistant, is very friendly and really helps ease my anxiety during treatment, I wish I could take her with me! The office is very clean and updated. I would highly recommend this office!

Their receptionist Jazmine is amazing ..I have personally seen her help and unhappy clent leave happy a situating in which a lot of employees would have been frustrated and rude she kept calm and respectful and with me she was wonderful and I found her a joy to talk to while I was waiting for my Dr Mirza wich also did a great job and took her time one me.
