My trusted dentist referred me to this practice for a consult--she knew it was a 40 minute drive for me but assured me that this is the only endontic group she trusts, and that they are well worth the time. She was so right--Dr. Chasen was on time and friendly, took his time to assess via various tests to rule things in and out, then carefully and virally mapped out my options forward. I've never had a treater take such care to ensure my comfort and clarity. Cannot recommend highly enough. Also, fun and friendly staff.

Dr. Andrea Gentile-Fiori was amazing. Having just has a bad crown gone wrong experience and tremendous pain, I was a bit gun-shy. I expressed my concern, explained my issue and talked about the procedure with her and immediately felt at ease. Her caring nature, professional ability and experience, as well as her calming affect made the experience great. She assured me I would be pain free, and made sure my comfort was a priority. Keeping me informed of the process, assuring I remained comfortable and making sure I understood what was done, Dr. Andrea Gentile-Fiori exceeded expectations. I HIGHLY. HIGHLY recommend for anyone that needs an Endodontist!

I am so glad I met Dr. Chasen. Best dental experience I’ve ever had, where all my worries were wiped away and he explained everything to me so well that I felt like I finally understood the process for once. I had a previous root canal done by another dentist, that was such a traumatic experience for me and when I heard the words I had to get another root canal I thought “oh here we go again”. But that wasn’t the case. I walked in with a million worries and a million more questions. Dr. Chasen took the time to explain everything to me and answer all the questions I had. Before he began the procedure, I felt comfortable My smile was in his hands. He performed a front tooth root canal, I was worried about infection risks and the color of the tooth of course but I walked out of the office pain free and happier than ever. I mean who can say that about a root canal! Thank you once again!!!

Came in as a emergency patient this saturday and was in a lottt of pain. The dr. Took me in same day late night. Honestly I called over 50 dentists in CT and nobody was able to take me in same day. Best service I have ever gotten from a dentist, because of you guys I was able to enjoy my friends wedding the next day with no problem and not a swollen face! Can't thank you guys enough for this !

WOW! I was so anxious about getting my first (hopefully last) root canal today. The experience was beyond my expectations! From the front office staff, Tammy, to my endodontist, Dr. Joel Chasen, I couldn't be happier! He explained everything and I let him know of my anxiety. I tell you, I never felt a thing! He guided me through the entire process. I will refer everyone to his office and if I ever need an endodontist again, he will be the one I call! Please try him, especially if you are fearful. He is a graduate of Harvard and this is his specialty. Well worth every minute for a painless, wonderful result and experience!
