First, the office is beautiful and relaxing, like a spa. His staff is friendly and helpful, and he is a very talented doctor. The CT scanner, modern equipment, and computerized 3D imaging blew me away, but the thing that was most important to me was they respected my time. A single visit of just under an hour and my custom made crown was done. What an awesome experience.

My wife and I really enjoy Dr. Gross's office. We consider ourselves to be very picky about our dentist and went to several before sticking with Dr. Gross. The office is pleasantly running on time (or nearly on time) most days. Dr. Gross is very quick to communicate a lot of knowledge about any issues we have and his specific techniques. He stays on top of the evolving technologies and dental practices and is excited about it. The technicians and staff are very helpful and most friendly.

Aside from his unwavering professionalism, he's also very sweet, always makes it a point to say hello to me when I visit his office for cleanings and ask how my family and I are doing. He also makes sure my teeth look and FEEL like a million bucks after each visit. Dr. Gross is one of the best dentists I have seen. His hygienists are very skilled and professional, and I got a great cleaning. He's a fantastic dentist. He clearly makes a living from the quality of his care, not from the number of operations he sells. Unlike many other dentists, he was conservative in his recommendations, and did not try to push any procedures on me. I switched to Dr. Gross from a dentist in downtown New Haven, following a recommendation from a friend. I know my friend was also referred to an excellent oral surgeon by Dr. Gross. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gross is a great dentist and very friendly. He has repaired some work my husband had (from a previous dentist) and it was a great improvement. I had a root canal that was completely easy and he did an amazing job crowning it too. The gentle hygenists are great. Appointments are always on time and you can book/confirm online. They have the most current technology for the practice as well, including digital records and digital Xray, etc. I highly recommend.

Dr Gross was spectacular. I had a cleaning scheduled for Thursday and coincidently i chipped a tooth Wednesday night. I showed up for the cleaning and Dr Gross fit me in to repair the chip and do a crown. The 3D printing of the new crown allowed me to get it all done in one day. Just Awesome ! 1 day repair, no pain at all, and smiles from the entire staff! it doesnt get any better! Thank you

This is a sympathetic dentist who seems highly skilled in the most up-to-date procedures, which with dentistry are always changing. Has an unusually well-equipped office with their own lab for many functions rather than sending out. He fully explained the procedures and equipment he would be using for the dental work. I had an amazing cleaning at Dr Gross' office! Laura, my dental hygienist is absolutely fantastic! She is so thorough when cleaning my teeth and always makes them shine! All of the staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make sure I have a positive experience! Dr.Goss was incredible and compassionate. A true perfectionist and his work by far the best I’ve had. I have never seen such an office as Dr. Gross's. It is immaculate. The office staff is par excellence. Just notice how the phone is answered. That is important to me. You are able to understand each word that is spoken, and you know the name of the person to whom you are speaking. I am always amazed by the new technology in the office. You just know that he keeps up with continuing dental education. His hands are light and soft in your mouth. I would not change my Dentist for all the tea in China.

I needed a couple implants. I went to a couple of well know doctors and was told they couldn't do anything to help me. A friend at work told me to try Dr. Gross. From the moment I walked in his office I felt comfortable. Dr. Gross took a look at what had to be done and told me it would be no problem. He did the procedures and they came out Perfect. I recommend him very highly. His whole staff is great. He has a modern office with all up to date equipment. I have to drive 45 minutes each way to his office. All I can say is it is Well Worth The Trip !!!

The office is inviting, clean, and their equipment is very high-tech. I enjoyed getting panoramic x-rays done here recently-no uncomfortable pieces of plastic to hold by the teeth for what seems like a very long time-it took about 15 seconds to do the full set of x-rays and I was very comfortable. 5 BIG stars for Dr. Gross and his associates.
