If you need to finally find a Dentist and a full staff that are kind, generous, happy, and compassionate group that will change your opinion of true healers, IT IS HERE!!! I walked expecting the usual feeling of being shamed about my teeth, and then I met Dr. Pickett... He was so encouraging and delivery the hard news I had been avoiding for years. My 2 experiences with his office and staff have been almost unbelievable. If you are hesitant in any way about dentistry start or finish here. I need to say a word about the staff all are friendly and kind. A couple of the best are Gina and the fabulous new addition, Ashley. Thank you all for everything!!!!

I found this place after I broke a tooth several months ago and I am so SO glad that I did! As it turned out, I had more work that needed to be done to keep my teeth healthy, and Dr. Terry L. Hagan has been absolutely wonderful in helping me have a great experience! He and his team are friendly, trustworthy and kind and have gone above and beyond to help me have a good experience and feel safe in a dentist office again. I have attended this dental office for about 2 years now and I have never had a truly negative experience. Dr. Pickett is professional, very knowledgeable, and an excellent dentist. I needed a lot of work done that I wasn't scheduled for, and instead of rescheduling me he kept fitting me in between other patients. It's greatly appreciated. The dental assistant seemed to assist him flawlessly, they were an awesome team. The front office never gives me any surprises, I know what I owe before any procedure or services are performed. This office has definitely earned our trust.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this office until it came to a couple weeks after our visit. When we scheduled our visits we were told the staff would check our coverage for our visit. We have 100% no deductible insurance coverage for basic prevenataive and diagnostic care. We both went in for routine cleanings as new patients. We were greeted warmly and the staff was friendly. We received several X-rays including panoramic and actual pictures of our teeth. We thought wow this is great! As they continued doing their several X-rays I even stopped and asked the technician, "you're sure this is all covered by my insurance?" She pulled up my account in the computer and assured me it was. Well 2 weeks later here we are and the office is calling claiming that my husband and I both need to pay our $50 deductible for our cleanings. I called our insurance provider (Cigna) who stated that they only cover 4 basic X-rays. I called the dentist office back and was transferred to the office manager Angela. Now Angela did end up waving the deductible for us (to which I am grateful) but not before going on in detail about how generous she was being, and actually breaking their contract with Cigna by waving the deductible for us. Everything was going great until she decided to point out for about 3 minutes straight how generous she and her office were being by waving our deductible. Lesson learned... don't trust the office to actually check your benefits! If you go here... make sure you know exactly what your benefits will cover even if you do think you have 100% coverage.

Last Friday I had some lengthy dental work done on my back molar. Jessica and Dr. Habte were exceptional, they were patient with me and worked with my fears and concerns giving me all the time i needed, even though it took longer than originally planned. I have a deep fear of the dentist but the kind staff at this office has truly helped me overcome these fears and gotten me back on track to better oral health. I would recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of dentists since they are so kind and willing to work with their patients. Five stars for sure!

Liam had an amazing experience for his first time at the dentist. The environment was great. Everyone was super friendly. Cleaning went really smooth besides Liam getting scared from the noise of the suction thing. But the dentist came in and changed focus from it really fast and got Liam back to happy about being there. Then with no cavities they made Liam feel really proud. Liam was very excited about hitting the gong and taking his photo for the wall. He is still talking about it a couple of days after. Was a all around great experience. Very glad I chose this office for him.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that I would never go anywhere else for my mouth murder. Jordan greeted me with the smile that I hope one day to have myself. After what seemed like not nearly long enough of a wait in the lobby, I was greeted by Ashley, who proceeded to pry my life details out of me easier than the plaque that was later scraped off my teeth. Dr. Habte was everything I could have hoped for while she made quick work of the years of old beef, while managing to insert questions just as Ashley suctioned my spittle with that magic wand. When I was done, they let me pick a toy out of the prize box, which sealed the deal. I immediately gave up all my credit card information, and scheduled three more visits! North powers modern dentistry is AWESOME and I highly recommend them!! 12 3/4 stars!!!

Not to many people have a great experience at their dental office. Well I just did! Dr. Pickett and staff are wonderful people. They helped me out big time. We all know going to the dentist can be expensive crowns, root canals ect... I really couldn't afford extensive work that was required today or over a period of weeks. But I had to get some work done today. It would certainly hurt my wallet. When the work was completed, Dr Pickett looked me in the eye extended his hand and said all the work was free. That it was a pleasure for him and office to help me out. I was very moved by such a kind and caring act. I urge anyone that needs dental care please consider Modern Dentistry off of Powers & Tutt. Very good work and caring. It reminded me of the personal service I had when I was a child. Once again thank you for everything!

So this review is just for the practice, not the dentists. Avoid these guys if you can. The dentists are nice but their billing is off constantly. They quote you one price and then they have you pay more later or they send you a refund six months later because they over bill. The receptionists constantly send you to the wrong building because they have two buildings and they don't coordinate well. Speaking of the receptionists, they are hit and miss. One of the ladies is very nice. I wish I knew her name. Erica on the other hand, always seems to have a bad attitude. I get it is a stressful job, but she walks behind the wall where you can't see her and makes comments about patients to the hygienists. At the hospital I worked at, that would get you walking papers for that behavior. Your required to stand inside the building if a family member has any kind of oral surgery. So you sit inside of an extremely tiny waiting room, where the tv is off and there is no bathroom or at least none that I've seen. Every other place I've been to at least allows you to sit in your car to free up some wait room space, not here. You sit in a full wait room, so close to the receptionist you have to here all of her phone calls and comments. If Dr. Pikett ever moves practices, we will leave immediately. Right now were stuck with all the incompetence of this place, because he does great work. It's a shame, before the second building was added, this place was a great dentistry. I don't understand what happened.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Granted that I am the brother of one of the dentists there, but I live in Albuquerque NM which is 6 hours away. I have been to so many dentists down here and have never received the level of expertise that I get from these guys! They have the top of the line technology that gets the fastest and best long term results. So yes, you could discount this review because I have a personal connection to them, but I seriously am willing to drive 12 hours round trip just for them to be the ones to do a root canal or more recently an implant on my front tooth that has turned out amazing considering the two other dentists I consulted about it wanted to do a bridge across the front of my mouth which almost certainly would insure problems for me in 10 to 15 years from now.

Dr. Pickett and staff took excellent care of me and made sure I was comfortable throughout (apparently I burn through lidocaine quickly). I needed a lot of work done at very short notice and they were very accommodating. They took extra time to make my fillings perfect, and paid very close attention to alleviating my discomfort. I also got a call from Dr. Pickett later that evening to see how I was doing-the extra effort was a nice touch. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

During my recent visit, I was advised that I needed 2 crowns and complete scaling. The total with my insurance was almost $2000, without $5000. I did not have a good feeling when I visited. It felt like I was being herded from one person to the next. I went to Comfort Dental today. No need for any of the services they recommended at this time. They just want to keep an eye on things. They did a thorough cleaning and I am good to go. I would not recommend Powers Modern Dentistry. I understand that they are in the business to make a profit. My intuition was accurate. DON'T GO THERE!!!

North Powers Dentistry was professional and friendly. I was sent to this Dentistry office because my regular dentist could not re-drill my root canal. So, after making the appointment I found out I was going to move out of state the following week. So, instead of setting another appointment to cap my root canal the staff; Yarxia and Erica called my insurance and communicated with another dentist in the office to finish the entire procedure and make the cap the same day! Fabulous people, from the staff, to the dental assistant; Gina to the dentist Dr. Chan and Dr. Pickett!!!

I've been a patient here for over 5 years. As an apprehensive dental patient, it started out wonderfully. However, it has declined steadily over the past few years. Dr. Pickett (who is a wonderful dentist) is spread too thin. I've not seen him at my cleanings for at least the past two years. That was fine as Melissa was FANTASTIC and did a stellar job. Apparently, Melissa is gone. Went in for my scheduled cleaning, and the assistant who started my cleaning was extremely rude. I felt that he was extremely unprofessional from the get go. After blasting my cold sensitive teeth with freezing water which caused me to flinch, he asked if I had cold sensitivities rather than doing so before rinsing me. Additionally, he did a terrible job with the rinsing as my mouth was extremely gritty when he was done. When the new hygienist came in, she didn't introduce herself at all. Then, after doing my "exam" informed me my sensitivities were due to my gums receding. Again, I've been a patient here for 5 years; we've done a lot of work on my teeth and they have gotten immensely better. Are they perfect? No. But the progress we have made is unknown to new people. I understand there is always going to be staff turnover, but you have patient charts for a reason. I would give one star, but Dr. Pickett truly is an exceptional dentist. It's a shame he is stretched so thin as the practice has suffered as a result.

Don't go here! They are charging over the allowed amount of your Insurance copay. I have Aetna insurance, the best in the HMO. They were charging me $830 dollars COPAY for wisdom tooth extraction when Aetna dictates a $80 copay. They are doing a 100% markup on copays. This is fraud. Bad! Stay away if you care about your pennies. We have reported them to Aetna and could possibly be dropped from that Insurance. Our Insurance copay for a deep cleaning is $260 and Modern Dentistry wanted over $400 copay. Not to mention, the dentist did not acknowledge my soy allergy. He kinda made fun of it.

Right from the start walking in the office the front receptionists always welcome you with a big smile and greeting! The front desk teams are so professional and kind and offer water or coffee if you desire. Now that’s service! For the cleaning RDH Melissa is as great as ever! She takes great care of me and I always trust her to take over so I just sit back and relax. Melissa is a true professional who’s very thorough with great bedside manners as if I’m part of their family! Now Dr. Pickett is actually one of the best that I’ve experienced in my life because of his expert knowledge and honesty. He always makes sure that I get the best care and lets me know exactly what’s happening with my teeth, gums, Lymph nodes, etc. He advises me and treats me for treatments I need and which is great so that I can prepare my pocket book for what is needed so I don’t end up wasting my money! Now that’s integrity for you! If anyone out there just retired or got out of the military like I did. I highly recommend this clinic because it reminds me of the family team I left when I was in the Air Force. Since I did not have dental insurance after I served I tried this office and was happy ever since! They have a great “smile” plan that saved me so much in my costs so I could afford all my dental work here! The North Powers Modern Dentistry is much more than an average dental office; it’s like a big family of fantastic professionals! You will love it!

My whole family got yearly check ups here and at first it was nice they were friendly, but then they tried to overcharge us for some work that needed to be done just because the insurance was paying a lot they inflated the price. I recently tried to make an appointment and they said that they didnt have any appointments available for at least a month out which i know for a fact was a lie because i had scheduled an appointments for my son and daughter earlier and they had multiple times available. I'm assuming it is because we had canceled appointments in the past, but things come up they can't expect people to not cancel appointments. I am taking my whole family to another dentist, and i will not recommend this dentist to any of my friends or family.

Dr. Pickett and all of the staff are wonderful. As I have gotten older I have become more apprehensive about going to the dentist because I have had some recent painful experiences (two dry sockets from wisdom tooth removal, failed root canal from many years ago). I ended up visiting this office on referral from a friend because I needed a consult for my failed root canal that needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant. They made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door, to when I had to call for an emergency appt to have that tooth removed (stupid me, I waited too long), to the time I got the implant. I would recommend them to friends and family and will continue to go here for surgical/invasive procedures (although I sure hope there aren't any ;) ). Thanks again to Dr. Pickett and all of the supporting staff!

I went to North Modern Dentistry after chipping my tooth in half at work. They got me in on the same day and finished the repair on my tooth completely! It looks the same as it has always looked! My experiences with them in the beginning were really great but as time has gone on, my experiences have gone downhill. Here are a few of the issues lately: The last time I was in they had me sign a form that stated if I was 5 minutes late, they could cancel and reschedule my appointment. Yet I waited for 15 minutes after my appointment time, to be called back for my appointment. I get appointment confirmations multiple times through email, text and phone which is wonderful so I don't forget but when I confirm the appointment through one of those avenues, I still continue to get notifications that tell me that if I don't confirm my appointment, it will be forfeited. A bit annoying. I've seen multiple hygienists since I've been there, no consistency on that front. I've been going every 4 months for years, yet this last time I was told by my new hygienist that I don't have to come back for 6 months with no explanation for the change. Also, due to a change and mix-up, I haven't been seen by my dentist there for over 6 months. It's disappointing because I thought they would be able to sustain the positive experience I had but it just seems like they are too overwhelmed. I will be looking into finding a new dentist office with some consistency.

Drove my wife for her teeth cleaning appointment. The hygienist (Kathryn) started to talk money with her the moment she was seated in the dental chair and tried to up the previously agreed charge from $120 to $300. Since the charge had always been $120 my wife refused. Consequently her full mouth cleaning was done on 12 minutes. I have never heard of a proper adult, full mouth cleaning being done in 12 minutes flat. To me clinical people talking money, attempting to up an agreed fee and then doing shoddy work is worthy of one star!

Gina, Doctor Habtes assistant makes sure you are comfortable and happens to be a great listener. Dr Habate is simply wonderful and very thorough. Explained what the process is going to be and worked quickly to ensure the greatest comfort possible. The office is clean and inviting. The front desk is very professional and answered questions precisely. All of this is what makes going to the dentist enjoyable.

When Modern Dentistry says "available for emergencies", what they really mean is "go somewhere else". My friend had tooth pain Friday night which needed some immediate relief. We chose Modern Dentistry because they had good Google reviews and were open Saturdays 7 to 1. At the top of their website it clearly states "available for emergencies" which we learned is a lie. I got him there at 7:10am thinking that would give them nearly six hours and maximum flexibility to slip him into their schedule at some point during the day. The receptionist checked with somebody in the back then told us they were too busy that day and that we should go somewhere else. Can you believe it? We went right across the street to Comfort Dental and unlike Modern Dentistry, they were happily willing to work him into their schedule right away. Modern Dentistry had no interest in helping.

Dr Frazier and her team are wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. The office is clean and everything from making an appointment, to x-rays, to cleaning was very pleasant. I had two crowns done in a single day due to their use of the CEREC system. A little bit more cost but so very worth it. I highly recommend this place of business.

The front office team is incredible. They all had a very professional manner yet they were so friendly and it was the most painless, smooth process at a medical facility I've ever had. The dentist and dental assistant were also amazing. When I first got there, I had xrays done and while the assistant was setting up the dentist made sure to come in to introduce himself. It all felt very high tech compared to the last dentist I went to: much more comprehensive xrays were done. The dental assistant was super gentle while cleaning/flossing my teeth, and made my young kids feel included by chatting with them. The office was clean and modern. I immediately set up my husband to be seen as a new patient after my wonderful experience.

They claimed I needed $1600 worth of work done. I couldn't afford it and they couldn't provide any alternatives. In the cleanings that followed I felt very pressured to get the work done. I ended up moving out of state and my new dentist has provided me with an affordable alternative for under $200. It seems to me that NPMD only offers the top of the line procedures that cost much more out of pocket than simpler alternatives.

Went into North Powers Modern Dentistry just under 4 yrs ago for emergency and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Pickett and his team. Throughout those 4 yrs Dr. Pickett and staff have provided some much needed dental work. Yes, dental work in general is expensive, but under no circumstance have I ever felt taken advantage of or that I am overpaying at this office. In fact, Dr. Pickett seems to be an outstanding dentist with his patient's well being as his top priority. He does exceptional work and wont let you walk out of his office if you, or he is not 100% satisfied with his work.

Dr.Pickett is so kind. I have severe anxiety and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He doesn't oversell dental work and makes a plan for you that will be the absolute best fit for you and your dental health. My schedule was very tight when i could have my work done and Dr.Pickett moved his PERSONAL schedule to see me. I am so thankful to him for that. Day of my appointment, i was made comfortable and relaxed. I was given meds for a conscious sedation (as requested) and once I was fully relaxed, Dr. Pickett got to work. He was gentle and kind. Later in the evening when my mind was clear and less foggy I noticed i had ZERO pain. None at all. I have NEVER experienced this, even after a simple cleaning. I am in awe of Dr. Pickett and the staff at North Powers Modern Dentistry.

New to the Springs, I had to find a dentist. I picked this location since it was close and had good reviews. I had an infection and my Dentist, Dr Hall, was friendly and proscribed my antibiotics. Knowing I need lots of work done he suggested I come in for a 3 D X-ray to come up with a future plan. I was quoted a price by 2 different people. Today I go in for my X-ray and was quoted a different price. I was told that was the price only if I was on their discount plan. Hesitantly I agreed, only because I knew I needed to get a lot of work done. After getting the X-ray I was put in a room. You would think that at some point someone would come in there and explain they are running late or some sort of excuse. After 25 minutes I finally walked out. The staff is friendly, but I will be going somewhere more organized.

I have to edit my post... after filling out a survey with my experience I received a call from the dentists office. Angela was very kind. They are doing everything possible to make the situation better. I also received a call from Dr Pickett. I am very impressed by their time to make the situation better and make my next experience a much more pleasant one. Yesterday was my third visit to Modern Dentistry. My first visit was excellent. The dentist took me back, explained everything, was even able to put in a filling at that same visit (he said he could do it without numbing, and since at the age of 33 I had never had a filling aggreed to that, big mistake!) I was pleased with my care. Second visit 6 months later went in for my normal cleaning and I did not see a dentist. I think I was treated by the dental assistant, nice lady. I don't know if they billed my insurance for a doctor check up though. Third and probably last visit was yesterday. I take excellent care of my teeth, both flossing and brushing twice daily. The dentist said due to gum inflamation they were doing a sonic cleaning...there was no checking to see if I was ok with that procedure. OMG it was horrible. My toes were curled, I had a death grip on their chair, and I was jerking my head away from him. He did not stop! I was never asked if I was ok, but told to relax my lips... hard to do when in pain. The hygenist was nice enough. She told me floride would be $30 and I was charged $41. Today my mouth is so sore!

This was the best care I have received in Colorado! I was having pain in a tooth, called 3 different practices for emergency treatment, but none of them could see me for several days; until I called North Powers Modern Dentistry. They were able to get me in within the hour, and see me very quickly once I was through the doors. I have a hard time writing this as I am in general a very positive and forgiving patient. However, I do not recommend this office. I felt like there was too many patients being seen at the same time and that I was caused some pain that could have been avoided with a little more care and attention. To start at the beginning, I did a same day crown and in the process, my numbing medication wore off. I had some excruciating pain before being renumbed and a simple check could have prevented it. This crown has now caused multiple problems for me, which is a known risk and I don't blame them for them for that but, I now have a massive infection I do feel could have been caught sooner. After being up all night in pain (2 months after crown placement and for the second time) I went in Monday morning and explained that I was up all night having pain. When the dentist came in after I talked with the assistant and touched the tooth, I jumped and he was a little surprised it was that sore. I felt like that should have been relayed by the assistant I had just spoken with. Up all night in pain is no joke. I had what we thought was a bite issue and he was going to numb my tooth to readjust my bite. Just FYI, I have now learned if you're in pain and you don't numb as easily as normal, that is a sign of infection. Anyhow, I did not numb with the first two injections and in an attempt to be helpful the dentist gave me an excruciatingly painful shot that had me in tears. Again, kind of hard to be negative here because I know he was trying to help. We adjusted my bite and I was on my way in hopes of some relief. No X-rays were preformed. In fact, none since the initial crown placement even though this was my second time back in the office with what we were thinking could be bite issues. Maybe if one had been done Monday we would have seen this now massive infection that has my face swollen and bruised? Maybe I wouldn't have had to miss more days of work? Who knows? I'm not the expert by any means but, after years of pain free dental work, I know things can be ran smoother than this. By Wednesday afternoon my cheek was super swollen and I was still having pain. I called and was scheduled to come in at 11 Thursday. I decided to get a second opinion before that because I was just feeling uneasy about the whole course with this tooth. I had an X-ray done with my new dentist that showed clear infection. I was sent to the specialist who did more X-rays and decided it was too infected to perform a root canal without a few days of antibiotics first. So, now I get a few more days of pain and wait. Anyway, if you are my friend... I'd tell you not to go here.

Have been going here for awhile now but due to recent unforseen circumstances we are out of insurance for the moment. I was in desperate need of a root canal and when I called to see what could be done they got me in right away.. First they did what they could to give me temporary relief. Seeing as it was so bad my awesome dentist Dr.Pickett got me in sooner than expected seeing I was in so much pain.. the financial department as well was so helpful and didn't just write me off. They all worked together and really went beyond the call of customer service to get me the help I needed. All around great first visit! The front office staff was friendly and professional. My appointment started exactly on time with no waiting. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the dentist that I saw but he was great. The hygienist addressed every question I had and focused on the problem areas I pointed out to her including some ortho cement that no one has been able to get off in 20 years. The pediatric dentist is great too! Has kids of his own and that definitely makes a difference in how he interacts with patients. I have been a patient of Dr Tyler Picketts for many years. When I first went in I was to see someone different. But I got so lucky because I saw him that day. When I went in I was shacking and crying I was so scared. His staff was very kind and understanding. When I met him for the first time I was amazed that someone in his position took the time to listen to me and my concerns I never felt rushed he actually cared. Unlike many other places I have been. He went above and beyond what dentist would normally do. I felt comfortable. The first time I had to take meds to calm me down. By the next time it was the gas I only needed. Now I don't need anything he is very pleasant and takes a lot of pride in his work you might even call him a perfectionist. He listions to your situation and dose what he thinks is best for you and what you can afford. He is not one of the kind of dentists that just start pulling teeth. He talks to you so you can understand what is best for your situation. He goes the extra mile all the time. There have been many occasions he personally has called me after a procedure to make sure I'm doing ok. How many Drs do that that you know? Well he dose. I have even gotten get well cards in the mail for my health situations signed by him and his staff actually signed not a stamp but signed. He and his staff really care and treat you like family so if your scared of dentists want someone who really cares and will change your opinion completely please go see him and his staff it will be the best thing you have ever did. Amazing!!! Because of a past history with dentists I had not been to one for years. I lost a filling and had no choice. My husband goes here and no matter how much he talked I would not go. I had no choice at this point. By the time my appointment came I was shaking and nauseous. Dr. Hagen was so patient and gentle. I had to have a root canal and a second crown. I want to keep my teeth so I made an appointment. My nerves were frazzled when the time came. The staff was absolutely amazing, all the staff talked to me putting me at ease and the Doctor was unbelievable. I spent four hours in the chair the whole time they were all great. I love the way my teeth look and the amazing thing no pain after. Dr. Hagen was so gracious and even called me the next day to see how I was doing.

Went in due to sensitive teeth in 2017. Saw Dr Maryhen Arrieta and was told I had to have three crowns because of cracked teeth that could not be fixed any other way. I believed the dentist and went ahead with the procedures. It took over six visits and less than nine months later, I had to see two other dentists due to pain and have had no peace with how my teeth feel or fit; Never had any issue with my teeth prior to this except a few cavities. Not only was the procedure extraordinarily difficult on me but I was run ragged with repeat visits, had my lip split from all the stretching and pulling, had freeze burn/gum damage to one side etc. I put up with it because I was told at every visit and call that this was because I was a difficult patient to numb and it normally takes a while with some patients... sadly I believed it... Today, just 9 months from time of placement one crown has completely come off and I still have pain and sensitivity on every tooth that was worked on!!! A crown should not fall off when rinsing your mouth, it should not hurt for this long or take extreme effort with multiple visits for a ceramic crown!!! I am very disappointed and can't wait to hear from the office.

This was not my 1st visit but I had a terrible experience with Dr. Frazier and her method of giving injections. I ask her to make sure she move slowly with the needle to minimize pain. Instead she place her left hand in my cheeks shaking my jaw while plunging the needle into my gums causing extreme pain. Apology, not even! just an explanation that's how she always do it. Poor bedside manners. After waiting for the medication to take affect she then came back to test the area which was not numb and then excused herself stating " she get the feeling that I didn't want her to work on me. I let her know just how I felt and was disappointed that she does not listen to her patients. However, what save the visit was the quick actions of the office manager who was extremely nice and polite. In addition, the hygienist Aimee, also came to the rescue and got Dr. Hall to finish the job. I receive another injection as the one Dr. Frazier administered didn't do the job. I felt no discomfort with the injection administered by Dr. Hall. Beware of Dr. Frazier injections!!!! The one star is for Dr. Frazier not the clinic.

Emergency appointments are a priority, as is your comfort. Scheduling is realistic; no waiting in the lobby for an hour to be seen! Staff is friendly and respectful, always with a smile and a kind word. Children are welcome, and there is entertainment in the side of the office that caters to kids. Dentistry is gentle and your options are always completely explained, short- and long-term. He fully explains all the pros and cons of the treatment, so that I can make an independent judgment. His staff is also extremely helpful. Dr.Tran was amazing! He did a root canal for me yesterday and it went way smoother then my first experience somewhere else with a root canal. He was very patient with my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable and okay. His assistant Kim on the other hand was extremely rude and unpleasant to be around. She has an attitude from the moment we walked into the office until the moment I was checking out. The more questions I asked the more I felt like I was bothering her. My anxiety was through the roof just because fear of going to the dentist and instead of helping me she made me feel like I was in trouble for having anxiety. My final straw was when I went to leave and there was miscommunication with my payment and I was speaking to Doc Tran along with another assistant and Kim decided to speak over Doc Tran and say “She was told this when I briefed her before her appointment” so she mad it a point to make me feel bad. All in all I would love to go back just would have to request a different assistant if that’s possible.

I am only giving two stars because the hygienist and the front desk staff were so friendly. But other than that completely disappointed. I am extremely uneasy about going to the dentist, I went to have a check up done and they needed to remove my wisdom teeth. They were already grown in. But tried to charge me for a bone in extraction which was almost $1,000 more! When I asked they said they had to charge me for the bone in because it "might" be more complicated. I told them that I did not have the money for a procedure that expensive and they could care less. I started to get nervous when they told me about the procedure and they all just stared at me and didn't even bother to comfort me. They literally sat in silence and watched me cry. It was horrible. I also received a cleaning and the hygienist was the one that told me that they ordered a gum cleaning with a lazer for an extra $200 that they didn't even discuss with me! I was so surprised and she was the one that told me it was a waste of money and she would only do a normal cleaning. Thank goodness for her. So nice office, clean, fancy but all they care about is money and not the patient.

I hadn't been to the Dentist in 10 years - had the insurance, foorrced myself to go (I'm so scared!) Dr. Pickett took absolutely great care of me in every aspect, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who has a fear of going to the Dentist. The guy seriously called me before and after each appointment to make sure I was all right. It is a little pricey, but it's worth it for the level of care they give you.

Excellent dentist and backup staff. Referred to this office by a Colorado State Trooper. Who expressed his approval of this dentist. Dr. Pickett is a kind man who goes above and beyond the necessary fees to provide his service. He makes good on any questions regarding the on going push and pull of my dental insurance program. That translates into a fair and honest man. The front office girls are especially kind with excellent humor to keep an old man(I'm 80) coming back for regular check ups and cleanings. Although I have felt the insurance company is less than honest we have worked out a system to pay the amount due, and then I will receive a return check if my part exceeds the insurance "over-the-phone" quote for services rendered. All-in-all you will not be disappointed with the effort to provide you with their best performance to please you. In the marine corp this proformance would be stated by an evaluation team as "WELL DONE".

Excellent Staff. Very professional, courteous, friendly and even entertaining. I couldn't be happier with the results of the work, and even received a follow-up call from the Dr. himself the next day to make sure I was feeling comfortable with the results. You couldn't ask for a better experience when going in to a profession that tends to get an extremely bad wrap. If you are nervous about dentistry at all let them know and they'll make sure to take extra care to make sure you are comfortable

Worst dentist experience of my life. The dentist didn't even stick around to do most of my fillings! He had his assistant do them, I never actually found out what his name was, and now I can't chew on that side of my mouth. Next time, I'm going somewhere where they think of you as more than $$$.

My experience so far has been a great one! I got my teeth cleaned today and although it was uncomfortable because of the tarter build up the experience was amazing! The team was so good to me and they were extremely helpful!
