I saw Dr agreed today for my first new patient appointment, and all I can saw is WOW! The office is so calm and inviting, which is amazing for a dental office. The receptionists were super friendly and very personable. I loved my hygienist, I can’t remember her name at this time, but she actually listened to my concerns and helped me with some anxiety I had. It turned out my appointment had to be modified because I needed a more extensive cleaning, and they accommodated me and just added more time. Dr green was super friendly, the first time I talked to him I called the office and he actually answered the phone because the receptionists weren’t available. I thought I made a wrong call and went through to his cell phone. Turned out he told me sometimes the girls get busy and he helps answer the phones because he doesn’t want to miss a call. Overall I was very impressed and happy with my choice in dentist, and I hope this helps someone see that this practice operates like a family and is a great choice.

Dr. Andrei did an amazing job working on a very painful tooth I needed to have removed. He diagnosed the issue, explained the resolution and then got to work. Not only was the visit painless but he was able to pull my tooth and place an implant in just one visit! Also, the facility was very clean and organized and all of the associates were very welcoming. Green dental was our second opinion for all four wisdom tooth extraction. Im so glad that I visited this place. It was for my wife who had to go through wisdom tooth extraction which she was terrified about. Dr. Andrei and entire staff made us feel like home and were very patient in answering all of our questions. We decided to get the surgery at green dental and Dr. Andrei and Cody took every possible step to make us feel comfortable throughout the surgery process. Disappointed. My insurance covers 2 cleanings and exams every year. I went to this practice and i gave them my insurance detail a week in advance and scheduled a cleaning appointment with them. I went on my appointment date and they requested me to finish some paper work which i did, After which i was taken for cleaning, no one told me that they were going to do a perio maintenance cleaning on me and there is a portion of out of pocket cost which i need to pay. I was under the impression that my cleaning was covered 100% but after it was finished, they told me to pay $113. I was not even aware that they were going to do a perio cleaning and that was only covered 50% by the insurance. so be aware , you need double check with them before hand otherwise you will be in for a surprise and shock.

What a great experience! My 5yo son and I were happily greeted by Jenna at the front desk right before we made our place at the kids spot of the waiting room before our cleaning. Easy check-in. The office is VERY clean, brightly lit, and the kind staff made the office for a even more comfortable welcoming. The hygienist, Jennifer, and Dr. Green were super thorough and awesome! Even with my new found cavity... blah! But I was well informed by them while they took their time to explain everything. Keeping me at ease. I’ve had dental anxiety for years, and was nervous leading up to my appointment at Green Dental Care. And then it was amazing! The front end staff was so kind and helpful. They are on top of everything and even their paperwork can be completed in advance online (so easy!) The dental staff was amazing! Not only were they warm and kind, it was also clear that they’re experts at what they do and gentle while they do their work. I can’t say enough about Dr. Green. He is everything his staff is and then some. I’ve never met with a dentist who has such a good bedside manner. He was very interactive, clearly explained what was up with my teeth, and also walked me through a the fillings while they were happening - which were incredibly fast. I’ve never had such a low stress appointment. A few days later my teeth feel fantastic. And to top off the entire experience, their office is beautiful and welcoming at the same time. When I had braces as a kid, I’m pretty sure my orthodontist made me cry at every single one of my appointments. Not just because of the discomfort from my braces, but because he was just mean! Suffice it to say, going to the dentist has never been something I enjoyed. Great Experience! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Green and his team. My dentist sold her practice more than a year ago and due to my fear of the dentist I have avoided finding another one. I was referred to Dr. Green by my son's pediatric dentist and due to some discomfort I was finally forced to make an appointment yesterday. I nearly backed out of my appointment but I am so glad that I did not. To start Jenna took my call yesterday to make the appointment and not only reassured me, but made me comfortable despite my fear from the beginning. She was thorough and kind and did not make me feel like an idiot. Next, when I arrived for my appointment today both Sydney and Jenna greeted me with a smile and understanding without being patronizing. This can be a first when you have had experiences like mine. Next, I met with Carli who took my x-rays and cleaned my teeth. She was very gentle and personable putting me at ease and taking care with the process as my teeth are extremely sensitive. She also walked me through my treatment plan and ensured I understood my costs etc. Lastly, I met with Dr. Green who listened to my concerns, discussed options with me and through it all made me feel comfortable. I had a small procedure done and left with a smile. Literally, he fixed a space I have had my entire life and it looks amazing! Celi, his assistant, was also extremely kind, patient and gentle. They get 5 stars in my book not just for their quality work but for the way the treat and engage with their patients.

We decided to give Green Dental Care a try and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
