Extremely friendly dental staff. I received multiple painless and quick extractions from doctors who really care about your dental health and how comfortable you are during the treatment. I was noticeably shaking on my first visit and they supplied me with a blanket. Doctors and staff worked with me to get a plan of action within my budget for my teeth with a quick and efficient time table. I’ve never felt more comfortable in any dental office. I drove 40 minutes only to find out that this provider cancelled my scheduled appointment claiming they could not get in touch with me. They conveniently had a different phone number they claimed to be calling. Obviously someone more important than me or someone they could make more money on took my spot. Instead of accommodating me they sat there quoting their own made up rules for handling their schedule. Whats the point of scheduling appointments? They just lost my endorsement and my business.

My whole family goes to Foutnain Dental Center. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. Each of my family members have had a different hygienist and they have all been great. Sami is my hygienist and she is so kind and friendly and very detail oriented with her cleanings. Dr. Adams is an amazing dentist that is very aware of pain levels and tries very hard it not cause any pain when doing procedures. The staff was really friendly, but I didnt have the best experience. I had a consultation with the orthodontist which only took 15 minutes. I had 45 minutes to wait until my cleaning. I didn’t get taken back until 11:30, which was a half hour past my appointment time, and was told there wasn’t enough time to do my cleaning once they took the X-rays. I had to make a completely separate appointment for my cleaning after I had taken a few hours off of work do go in for my appointment today.

Quality of service was awesome as usual. Only complaint I have is they called me twice to come in “as soon as I could” because they were trying to start the Thanksgiving weekend early. I get it, I work Family Practice and have done it before. But I don’t let my patients wait an hour when I call them in early. I get them in and out. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and was seen at my normal appointment time.

Having to update this and lower to 3 stars because of the treatment I just received from front desk. I was told they tried calling me multiple times. I had 1 missed call today and yesterday. They said my voicemail box wasn’t set up, which isn’t true because my mom left me a voicemail just fine last night. I was still getting text messages telling me my apt was scheduled for today. I responded to confirm last week. I walk in today to be told my apt had to be canceled for an emergency. I understand emergencies happen but to put the blame on me for still showing up is another thing. To say they’ve been calling me which would make one assume that they’ve called again and again which wasn’t true. Then to say my voicemail wasn’t set up, which wasn’t true. It just felt like one excuse after another. I let the receptionist know about the texts and that my voicemail is working and said an additional call today closer to the apt time would’ve been nice. And that should have been the end of it, but she was still on the defense and another receptionist chimed in saying it’s not their job to keep calling me and I should’ve returned the calls. I don’t return every missed call on my phone from a number I don’t recognize which is understandable in this day and age. Had a voicemail been left or another automated text or email, then I would’ve seen that. I work too. Didn’t reschedule my apt because I didn’t feel I was treated fairly. Update your systems to automatically notify patients of canceled apts. If the system can text me to say the apt was still on 2 hours prior, it should be able to text me to say it was canceled a day prior. I should be able to express my dismay and defend myself without feeling bullied by your receptionists.

I’m not a fan of the dentist but I don’t mind going to Fountain Dental..The front desk team is always nice, welcoming and helpful. My dentist Dr Adams is the sweetest dentist I’ve ever met, he makes me feel comfortable every time I go in and he’s very good at what he does. My hygienist is Tracy and she’s Amazing, she also makes me feel comfortable and because of her I no longer panic every time I have an appointment. Since I started going to Fountain Dental I’ve kept all my appointments. Didn’t give them 5 stars because they have kept me waiting a few times but things happen and I do understand that. Overall it’s a great clinic.

This place was high hopes for us until the hygienist / desk clerk (Meka) & (Jolene) got involved. The communication is awful between the office clerk's & the dentist which seems to only want to get you in and out for anything dental related. The dental work is NOT worth what a person pays, at least not in my case and in my opinion. We wanted particular dental fixtures but we were told what we wanted originally wasn't good for the teeth by the dentist. We went with a seal instead because of what he said about it, what a waste of time & money. Plus, it's not really fixing anything, it's just covering up something & as you brush the seal it starts to come off the tooth making it look like splotchy patches. It chipped a little over a month and a half later. Honestly, this 15 minute appointment thing is awful. It made us feel as if though we were mislead on our rescheduled appointment to get the dental redone. Then, The dentist didn't even show my child what he didn't do. He just laid more seal but never fixed the actual problem, which was very obvious. He claimed my child has a problem grinding his teeth, but never said how he knew, or showed my child or myself the teeth that were being affected by the teeth grinding. An example, or something to really let me know where or what teeth should've been shown to us to help us understand what we should also keep an eye on for future dental check ups. If getting dental or any form of medical procedure done here means dealing with more questions and unsolved procedures, then to me, it's not worth it. I left with a headache & still have one.

Was not a fan of this place. I chose it because I do not have dental insurance. I came in because i chipped a filling and was having pretty bad pain shooting all the way to my ear. I was also having a lot of pain on one of my bottom molars. They took a lot of X-Rays and did some cold tests on my teeth and told me that i needed 2 root canals on my two upper teeth. 14 & 15. They said they were going to look at those teeth before giving any attention to the bottom tooth. They did nothing more and then wrote a referral to to Advanced Indodontics and sent me on my way. I came in for pain relief and all they did was create worse pain with the cold test and write me a prescription for I.B Prof-in. I called their referral and the earliest they could get me in was 9 days from the day i was calling. I broke down and went to emergency dental. They did another set of X-Rays only to show me i had an abscess forming under my bottom molar Dr. Kimball Snyder decided not to look at. So finally i made a appointment with HollowBrook Dental who were willing to get me in at 9 a.m the next morning. I called back to Fountain Dental Center to have them E-mail my X-Rays to Hollowbrook. The teenager at the desk said she would (with attitude) . The next morning I show up to Hollowbrook and Fountain Dental never sent my X-Rays. The front desk and myself made over a dozen phone calls, even Faxed of a request form and 4 hours later still nothing. Hollowbrook was able to replaced the broken filling (no root canal needed) and relieve pressure from the abscess and treated it with medicine. Because of Fountain Dental they gave me free X-Rays and treated me with kindness and helped me understand every step of the way what was happening. There were some kind women who helped me with the X-Rays but i wouldn't recommend this place for anything more than a cleaning. Hollowbrook exceeded my expectations. I would not and will not go back to Fountain Dental Center.

Jess there is my favorite. She’s so kind and always takes the extra time to make sure I like how my teeth feel whenever I get work done. I’m very particular so she makes sure it’s literally perfect for me. The receptionists are also amazing. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve worked with me with my crazy work schedule, and how understanding they were when I canaclled a few times on them because I was like having a moment where I was scared because I don’t like changes to my teeth. I’m gonna spell her name wrong, but shantae, is so sweet and so funny! One time Jess couldn’t do my teeth because I was having a panic attack and needed nitrous and she can’t be around that atm, so shantae took over and helped calm me down. I was getting a crown for the first time and I was freaking out so they helped calm me down and walked me through everything. This is the first time I’ve actsully felt comfortable at the dentist, and the first time my teeth haven’t been made fun of, they actually make me feel very good about my teeth. And for the dentist himself, he’s amazing. He’s very gentle, he takes his time and always comes and checks up on me. All of the staff there is amazing and I’m so lucky that they are fixing my teeth for me!

They failed to verify insurance information until my actual appt time started, despite having it on file. 35 minutes later, they let me know they can't see me unless I update to say they are my primary dental provider. While this may be known to some, I wasn't aware getting a second opinion required changing insurance elections. 2 wks, and 35 minutes in office wasted.

Dr. Schneider is an excellent dentist who goes above and beyond NOT to hurt me, and takes the time to answer all my questions. His staff is highly competent and friendly.
