I absolutely love Dr. Ferrara and her staff! From the moment you walk in, you know you're in good hands! They make it a point to remember you, and make you feel welcome. Would you rather watch some HGTV during your cleaning? Pop those headphones on! Warm blankets? Yes, please! Dr. Ferrara is always attentive, doesn't rush, and puts my comfort at the top of her list (I have stubborn nerves that require extra time). Last week, I brought in my night guard that had become loose, and Lindsey refused to give up until she had it fitting properly again - she even asked the resident tech to come in, and determine what my options were. I really appreciate the 'extra mile' they go for me, every time I go in, which is why I continue to return to this office... even though I no longer have dental coverage. I'll buy generic cereal, but I won't go with generic dental care. If you want the best, GENTLE treatment you can get, this is the place to go!

Finding yourself with serious TMJ issues and pain but don't really know where to go to find the right dr for your pain/condition!!?? I had tried very expensive other practices/dentists that didn't have the persistence to get to the root of my TMJ issue. Dr. Ferrara has done just that! She has been treating my TMJ for the past several months and I am nearly pain free through her cutting edge treatment(s) for this disease. I know that she continuously educates herself on the newest ways to treat this "maintenance disease" and I don't know where I'd be today on pain level were it not for her and her amazing assistants!!! Thank You Dr. Ferrara and Team!

I started off really liking this place. Until Dr Ferrara tried to force me to do something that wasn't necessary or covered by my insurance and would've costed me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. She refused to listen to me. As the patient I should have say in my own care. Very bad patient care to try to force someone into something that's not covered by insurance and isn't even necessary. They lost me as a patient.
