The staff was so kind and courteous. They worked deligently to get us in and out as to not cut into our vacation time. We called before coming in and Jeanette was so informative and helpful on the phone, we headed right over. Her and Angie made the checking in process and insurance verification a breeze. The doctor was pleasant with great bedside manner. Highly recommend this place!!!!

I called and said my husband wanted to be put under with anesthesia to remove some teeth that were bothering him. We got there and they took our money and then when he went in the back they told him they didnt do what he wanted. We left and they said our money would be mailed to us in a check. Its been about 9 months and they still haven't sent us our money. I called to complain some months ago and still nothing. Don't go here.

I received incredible care here. I arrived at 8pm with a horrible toothache. My dentist and his assistant decided to stay late their past shift to service me. My tooth causing me pain needed to be extracted. The tooth to be extracted was so bad it had fused to my jaw bone, and the infection had eaten away my muscle in my jaw. My dentist preformed work that could be described as what an oral surgeon would have had to do to accomplish my extraction. He was very thorough, and treated me very nicely. He did not seem bothered to stay past his shift to help me, and reassured me multiple times as I apologized for keeping him late. My dentist had to take multiple measures to extract my complicated tooth displaying well known knowledge of his expertise and knowledge beyond his expertise. His way of handling my complication was what you would expect from any well educated problem solver. I'm extremely pleased with the care I received here. I will be returning to my dentist because I know I will be in good hands.

Amazing staff and amazing work. Went in on a Sunday and they made time for me. I made the 2 and a half hour drive and it was well worth it. If you want to be treated like you matter then go here. Also multiple payment options which is very nice, especially in an emergency situation. Again, the staff and customer service is outstanding!

The only DDS i could find was going to make me wait for 5 days on an infected molar before they could get me in. Thought I'd try these guys. My previous appointment was going to make me pay only $116. These guys charged me a whole lot more. $117. A whole dollar just to be seen the same day! Outrageous! Its the day after extraction and im not even on pain meds. Oh, and my wife thought the dentist was cute. It was fast, painless and cheap. 10/10

Dr. Goles is AWESOME! He was professional, cheerful bedside manner, and explained everything to me thoroughly. He presented me with all the options and I did not feel he had an ounce of him that was over treating me just for an extra few dollars. He got me out of pain so quickly & it was practically pain free to do so. You can tell he loves what he does. I’ll be continuing to see him for regular cleanings as well as anything that comes up in off hours. Thanks to all the staff there!

At two am I was in extreme pain. I made an appointment on line which was very convenient. The next morning I went to my scheduled appointment. The receptionist was on a personal call on her cell phone. Very little conversation with me took place, no hello no welcome no information. Was handed a clipboard. Filled out the first page. Went to give it back and was told I needed to fill out all forms. She was still on her phone. I preceded to fill out the stack of forms. Handed them back. She was still on her phone. Called me up and said that will be 140.00 dollars. I walked out. I was not able to ask any questions or was I given any information. I didn't know what the 140.00 dollars covered or how much more it might be. Found a really good dentist. 19.00 to be seen. Explained what should be done and the cost and different pay options.

Worst Dental office I've ever been to. I called to make sure they took my insurance and they said they did. I get in there and the dentist tells me that some basic tooth work will cost over 3,000. I left and later got a bill in the mail because insurance isn't covered there.

We were just visiting Colorado Springs from out of state when my wife suddenly needed a tooth extracted. The pain and swelling were very bad. We got in right away with zero notice and they had the tooth out very painlessly and compassionately in short order. What's amazing too is that this tooth was already broken and so was more complicated to pull, but they didn't charge any extra fees for that. The price was very reasonable, definitely not "Emergency Room" prices. I am a Christian Pastor and I would refer anyone in my congregation to Emergency Dental Care -USA - Colorado Springs any day! I would highly recommend this place! The night before Thanksgiving, I was in so much pain I hadn't ate or slept in two days. Gave them a call and they got me in right away. I ended up getting a root canal and crown done at 9 o'clock the night before Thanksgiving. The procedure was painless and the Doctor was great. I was able to sleep that night and enjoy my Turkey Day with no issues. Thank you Dr. Angelo! I took one star off because my permanent crown was supposed to be ready in about 10 days. After three weeks I called to check the status of it and whomever I talked to was going to check and call me back but never did. My temporary crown was doing fine so I didn't push the issue but I didn't get my permanent crown till 5 weeks after my root canal.

Hygenist was upbeat, knowledgeable, and caring. Dentist was skilled, fast, and thorough. He is going to be my primary care dentist. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. This team of professionals took an absolutely horrific experience, and made it reasonable, educational, and it was completed rather quickly. They made sure that I was good and numb for the extractions, so it was not entirely unpleasant. In short, this crew is awesome. This is now my dental office.

Not impressed at all. My dentist is currently closed til Monday. Found this place online. When I got to the back room a x-ray was completed. The assistant said, “that’s bad”. (Needing a root canal) I have been in pain all day. Once you are in so much pain adding pain does nothing to me. They completed a cold test felt the zing but “it was not long enough to have issues”. They took an instrument to used it all around my tooth to see if there is pain. Again was already in pain adding that did nothing. My face is swollen you can clearly see it. I also explained to them it is currently filled but it will eventually need a root canal. Well today is that day my friend. NOT! I was informed there is nothing wrong. Needless to say I am waiting until my amazing dentist is back who is no judge mental and doesn’t make you feel as if you are apart of the black market. This was just my experience and I am a firm believer in once you find something great don’t change at all.

Excellent experience and was able to get in quickly to fix a chipped tooth. Initial consult fee was $140, then repair costs on top of that. The repair was less than $500 but more than I had hoped. However, it was done professionally and quickly.

My husband had a tooth extraction on thanksgiving and I had one on christmas. The staff are kind, the dentist is straight up with you. The price is a bit rough but having an emergency procedure on a federal holiday with no insurance.. 500 isn't so bad. I would have given 5 stars, but I did find 3 little chips of my decayed tooth in my socket over the next few hours after my extraction. (Maybe that's fairly normal for a bad tooth, idk)

My name is Mara Williams. I was a Dental Assistant for 13 years. This evening I cracked my tooth. I knew from experience that I was probably going to need the tooth extracted. I ended up going to this Emergency Clinic. The entire team was exceptional. The professionalism was noticed right from the start with the Office Manager Jeanette. Jeanette was very nice and explained things very clearly. I next met Luis, the Dental Assistant. I loved him. He was extremely kind, and personable. Dr. Kevin Goles performed my extraction. He was very warm and funny. I knew in just a few minutes that he was a fantastic Dentist. Sometimes Dental procedures can be uncomfortable, that is the nature of the field. Dr. Goles was making sure I was numb throughout the whole procedure. By the way, he gives awesome shots! No joke, he has great technique! I highly recommend this Doctor, and the staff. People don't give enough credit to the staff. Love you guys, thanks so much!

The hours are flexible but you might have to wait for the dentist to get there no matter how far in advance you book your appointment. Had my appt at five and the dentist wasn't scheduled to be there until 5:30. He got defensive towards me when I started to get scared (I'm terrified of the dentist). And after my tooth was extracted, he said he should have sent me to an oral surgeon, then proceeded to laugh. When we got home, I had a voicemail and it was them stating they forgot to give me any antibiotics and pain medicine and had to go back. I should have known better, with it being an emergency dental center. But if your any kind of nervous, maybe just go somewhere else. The assistant was really nice and tried her best to keep me calm, though!

I called at 7 pm, and they were able to fit me in within the hour. Once I got there, due to my insurance I decided it would be better to wait until morning and see my regular dentist. The woman at the desk was extremely helpful, kind, and totally understanding when I backed out at the last minute. If I ever have an emergency that can't wait until tomorrow, I would definitely go back

I was in horrible pain needing two teeth extracted. They were very friendly understanding and patient. I wish they would apply the initial $140.00 charge to your total bill if you use them for further work but that being said they were life-saving place for me. The pain was unbearable the Doctor Who I wish I could remember his name but I was pretty much out of it was well qualified and did a great job along with the nurse that helped them. Also the front desk women were friendly and understanding everybody worked as a team and I was there on Saturday night at 6 p.m. and left there around 8:30 and they close at 9 and did not rush me at all. It costIt cost me 575 for the teeth to be pulled. Which is not so unreasonable for the time of day and the fact that it was an emergency situation. Very fair treatment all around

These people deserve a negative rating! Never go here! My husband went in for a simple extraction and after hacking away at his face for 4 hours, Dr. Pak said he was unable to complete the procedure. My husband came out of the office looking like he had been assaulted. These people have no clue what they are doing and they charged me $600.

I ended up getting a root canal and crown done at 9 o'clock the night before Thanksgiving. The procedure was painless and the Doctor was great. I was able to sleep that night and enjoy my Turkey Day with no issues. Thank you Dr. Angelo! I took one star off because my permanent crown was supposed to be ready in about 10 days. After three weeks I called to check the status of it and whomever I talked to was going to check and call me back but never did. My temporary crown was doing fine so I didn't push the issue but I didn't get my permanent crown till 5 weeks after my root canal.

Hygenist was upbeat, knowledgeable, and caring. Dentist was skilled, fast, and thorough. He is going to be my primary care dentist. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. This team of professionals took an absolutely horrific experience, and made it reasonable, educational, and it was completed rather quickly. They made sure that I was good and numb for the extractions, so it was not entirely unpleasant. In short, this crew is awesome. This is now my dental office.

Not impressed at all. My dentist is currently closed til Monday. Found this place online. When I got to the back room a x-ray was completed. The assistant said, “that’s bad”. (Needing a root canal) I have been in pain all day. Once you are in so much pain adding pain does nothing to me. They completed a cold test felt the zing but “it was not long enough to have issues”. They took an instrument to used it all around my tooth to see if there is pain. Again was already in pain adding that did nothing. My face is swollen you can clearly see it. I also explained to them it is currently filled but it will eventually need a root canal. Well today is that day my friend. NOT! I was informed there is nothing wrong. Needless to say I am waiting until my amazing dentist is back who is no judge mental and doesn’t make you feel as if you are apart of the black market. This was just my experience and I am a firm believer in once you find something great don’t change at all.

My husband had a tooth extraction on thanksgiving and I had one on christmas. The staff are kind, the dentist is straight up with you. The price is a bit rough but having an emergency procedure on a federal holiday with no insurance.. 500 isn't so bad. I would have given 5 stars, but I did find 3 little chips of my decayed tooth in my socket over the next few hours after my extraction. (Maybe that's fairly normal for a bad tooth, idk)

I ended up going to this Emergency Clinic. The entire team was exceptional. The professionalism was noticed right from the start with the Office Manager Jeanette. Jeanette was very nice and explained things very clearly. I next met Luis, the Dental Assistant. I loved him. He was extremely kind, and personable. Dr. Kevin Goles performed my extraction. He was very warm and funny. I knew in just a few minutes that he was a fantastic Dentist. Sometimes Dental procedures can be uncomfortable, that is the nature of the field. Dr. Goles was making sure I was numb throughout the whole procedure. By the way, he gives awesome shots! No joke, he has great technique! I highly recommend this Doctor, and the staff. The hours are flexible but you might have to wait for the dentist to get there no matter how far in advance you book your appointment. Had my appt at five and the dentist wasn't scheduled to be there until 5:30. He got defensive towards me when I started to get scared (I'm terrified of the dentist). And after my tooth was extracted, he said he should have sent me to an oral surgeon, then proceeded to laugh. When we got home, I had a voicemail and it was them stating they forgot to give me any antibiotics and pain medicine and had to go back. I should have known better, with it being an emergency dental center. But if your any kind of nervous, maybe just go somewhere else. The assistant was really nice and tried her best to keep me calm, though!

I was in horrible pain needing two teeth extracted. They were very friendly understanding and patient. I wish they would apply the initial $140.00 charge to your total bill if you use them for further work but that being said they were life-saving place for me. The pain was unbearable the Doctor Who I wish I could remember his name but I was pretty much out of it was well qualified and did a great job along with the nurse that helped them. Also the front desk women were friendly and understanding everybody worked as a team and I was there on Saturday night at 6 p.m. and left there around 8:30 and they close at 9 and did not rush me at all. It costIt cost me 575 for the teeth to be pulled. Which is not so unreasonable for the time of day and the fact that it was an emergency situation. Very fair treatment all around

Inaccurately diagnosed my problem. I took myself to a regular dentist, who has the tools necessary to do a proper evaluation. The folks at Emergency Dental Care wanted to do a root canal. Totally unnecessary procedure that would have resulted in an additional $2,000 fee. While the dentist, who had no bedside manner, was frustrating, the hygienist and receptionist were also problems. The hygienist was trying to close up early, and said so right in front of me (I was a walk-in). The receptionist was cold, not very welcoming at all. The whole place was dimly lit and it seemed like something out of a horror movie.

I went in yesterday for an emergency extraction and didn't have all the info for my insurance (have Tricare and didnt know if my plan was UH or Concordia). I went ahead and paid the $140 visit fee out of pocket and then $335 for the extraction. The woman at the front desk told me to call the next day to speak to the office manager when I had the insurance information and when they had the insurance info my visit fee would be waived and reimbursed that day. I called today and was told that they couldn't reimburse my visit fee and I'd have to wait 3-4 weeks until they heard back from my insurance. I was told the wrong thing. Crazy the extraction cost $335 but even crazier that was on top of the visit fee that I was told I'd get back. The dentist and his assistant were great and I'm glad to have some relief but upset I was told the wrong information.

This place was a lifesaver! The bonding on my permanent retainer chipped off the day before I was supposed to leave to go out of town. 2 weeks of vacation with exposed wires in my mouth would have made for a painful experience. Emergency Dental got me in right away and gave me the choice of re-bonding the permanent retainer, or removing it and getting a removable retainer instead. Dr. Laughlin even fitted the mold for the removable retainer more than once to make sure it would be a perfect fit for me. I really appreciate the fact that he took the extra time to do that when he had other patients to take care of, and it was close to the end of the day! Thank you again.

If you can wait for your regular dentist to get you in I would suggest you do so. The only reason I am giving one star is because of the assistants, they were excellent. The doctor...not so much. I went in with tooth pain and after weighing all options decided to have the tooth extracted. The doctor was unable to remove the tooth after taking long enough that I had to get a second local. I was then told I had to go see an oral surgeon and got sent out the door with nothing left of the tooth except the roots, a prescription for pain killers, and prescription for antibiotics. Luckily the assistant handed me back the $300 I had prepaid for the extraction. Do not go here if you have any other choice.

I would give this negative stars if I could. They are awful, rude and just bad people. DONT GO!! Update: Two days later I visited my regular dentist to have my chipped front tooth repaired. This company told me I would need both front teeth crowned for $2400, despite the fact that my other tooth had no damage. The repair to my broken tooth was nothing but a simple filling at my regular provider. It cost me only 27 dollars after insurance for the entire repair and I paid 28 for only an xray at this location. This leads me to believe they are scam artists and take advantage of people in pain. Not only that, but the customer service at this place of business was appalling. They then had the audacity to call me a few hours later and snarkily ask why I had left a poor review. I would advise anyone to avoid letting these people near your mouth.

-10! Waited for a simple extraction for over and hour. The doctor came in to do my extraction, looked at the xray and told me I'm gonna lose all my teeth. I told him that wasn't what the last three dentists have told me. He sarcastically says "go back to them, right away", looks in my mouth and says it'll be a hard extraction and take over an hour. I've had three other wisdom teeth removed, all took longer to numb than remove. Went down the street to a different "emergency dentist" the tooth was removed in ten minutes and I left with everything needed. Stay far away from these morons.

Went in and was told they did not accept my insurance, but being in so much pain decided to pay $120 to be seen anyway. I was horrified and expected the procedure to be an over a thousand dollar bill (wisdom tooth extraction, plus - any Dentist working weekends must charge more, right?) Wrong! Like so many other reviewers of EDC, I put off visiting a dentist until I was limited to two choices - 1) suffer serious pain or 2) face what I anticipated would be shame and discomfort. I opted for #2. Fortunately, I experienced no discomfort during my office visit and I was treated with such warmth and regard that my fears subsided quickly. Angie was very helpful in trying to locate my dental insurance provider - going beyond reasonable expectations to contact several insurance companies on my behalf. Angie demonstrated genuine empathy for my situation. Luis set me up for my x-ray and was sensitive about my ability to bite down on the oral X-ray device. Luis answered my questions politely and with professional integrity corresponding his role. Moreover, Luis demonstrated a disposition that inspired confidence in his competence. Dr. Hansen greeted me warmly and went straight to work. Dr. Hansen explained the x-ray results, informed me of the steps he would take to curb my pain and proceeded to smoothly perform two injections. Dr. Hansen provided me with a printout of my x-ray, a copy of my treatment plan and costs. He answered my questions patiently about ongoing treatment and gave me instructions for prescription use. I trust EDC and highly recommend their practice.

The first time I was there, it was a very pleasant visit. I had an impacted tooth and they told me that I had to take a full course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories before I could have the tooth extracted. Less than a week later my vehicle was hit and the day after it was hit, my prescriptions were stolen out of the center console. I was only able to take the prescriptions for about 5 days at that point, and the inflammation and pain came back yesterday. When I called back today to explain to them that I basically just needed to start all over again on the prescriptions due to the accident and theft, the woman answering the phone was about as rude and unprofessional as anyone can be. She kept putting me on hold without even telling me she was going to while I was in the middle of talking, and she also kept interrupting me and over explaining how antibiotics work when I wasn't even able to get halfway through the pills they had prescribed me in the very first place because they were stolen from me. Then she lied. She said Dr. Hansen would only OK the antibiotics but not the anti-inflammatories or pain pills. Then I became upset and explained how ridiculous this circumstance was and suddenly she started overexplaining how antibiotics work and how I shouldn't really need the anti-inflammatories or pain pills. I'm on my way to Walgreens right now to get both the antibiotics and the anti-inflammatories that she lied about originally. However, they still denied me the pain pills like I'm some kind of addict, and are forcing me to endure this pain until the infection sudsides. I have no idea what I did to deserve to be treated the way she treated me today, but her opinions, her attitude, and her lie about Dr. Hansen only OK'ing the antibiotics is why I will never go back. The Dr visit was great, but the attitude at the front counter is ridiculous. Dr. Hansen told me specifically that I had to take a full course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories before anyone could perform the extraction, and when I called back explaining that I was unable to get through even half of the course of the meds Dr. Hansen prescribed to me, I was met with nothing but attitude and rudeness. What else was I supposed to do other than start the course of medication over??? I am still in shock that after having my vehicle hit, and having the prescriptions that I needed to finish taking before my extraction could even be scheduled were stolen from me, that I was treated this way. Be careful people, this place seems nice at first, but the woman at the front counter just treated me worse than I've ever been treated in any kind of medical office.

I had a dental emergency (fell and dislodged my front tooth) after hours, when it was taking my personal dentist a long time to return my call. I called and spoke to Donna at the Emergency Dental Care who asked how far I was from the office and quickly made the appointment. On arrival, the receptionist processed the check-in fairly quickly, and Donna immediately took me to the exam room. Donna has EXCELLENT bedside manners! She was reassuring, explaining everything to me, and when I went into shock, after being told the news (I was going to lose the tooth), she held my hands, looked me in the eyes and softly said that everything was going to be okay and to take deep breaths. I had reported, during the initial interview, that I don't tolerate pain meds on an empty stomach, so she got me a protein shake. Donna even held my hand while I was getting the shot, prior to the xray being taken! This experience, alone, would have me return to this particular office. Dr. Angelo Camerino accepted my comments that I was going into shock and calmly Facetimed my husband to talk to him and show him the xrays. I couldn't have been more pleased about the care and attention I received on this unfortunate day.

I was suffering horribly and in need of an emergency root canal. I couldn't make it through the weekend to see my primary dentist. So I called emergency dental care. They quickly got me in the same day and the doctor was a able to give me the root canal right then and there. (I can't remember the dentists name, he was young and energetic one) He was very empathetic, and moved quickly to alleviate my pain. During the entire root canal procedure he was very in tune with how I was feeling. They became very busy during the time I was there, and they all moved quickly to help others. All of them were such hard workers. I felt instantly better after He was done. He took his time and did a great job. I will forever be grateful for him helping me that day. The pain was debilitating!!

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist because of a horrific tooth extraction I had when I was in college. Or I should rather say I WAS terrified of the dentist until I came here. I was very open about my history and everyone there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and help me relax as best as I could. The ladies all had me laughing and joking around to warm me up to having work done. When it came down to finding out I needed a root canal, they were very informative with both the procedure and my finance options and did their best to make sure I was happy with both. I honestly didn't expect for them to be able to do anything other than send me home with some antibiotics, but they got me setup with Care credit so they could start treatment that day. The dentist was extremely gentile and made sure to stop if I felt any pain so he could numb me immediately. He was so good that I barely even felt him numb me including the shots straight into the roof of my mouth. Even though I have to go back again this coming weekend, I'm not dreading it like I was when I walked in there. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Extremely thankful for them and the fact that they are even open on Sundays!

I am soooo grateful these guys are open every day of the week! I called this morning (Saturday) and was able to schedule an appointment that was only a few hours out. I woke up in tears thanks to a severe toothache and needed something done for my pain TODAY. The front desk lady and dental hygienist were both awesome. I have metal plates and screws in my face that are close to my gums/teeth so Dr. Goles recommended me to an oral surgeon because he didn't want to risk exposing the hardware and causing further discomfort or damage. I found this to be highly ethical- he could have just taken my money and pulled the tooth but I feel he did the right thing. Instead, he gave me a couple shots to dull the pain along with a few prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relievers to tie me over until I see the surgeon. This place isn't just for emergencies so I'd highly recommend them for all your dental needs! Some reviews have said that Emergency Dental Care is expensive, even with insurance, but I have to disagree as I paid less than $30 to be seen (I have METLife Dental).

Such an awesome facility with awesome staff! I went in the other night at 7:30pm with severe pain around one tooth. They were so kind and easy to work with even when I did not have everything I should for check-in/ insurance. They tested my teeth and found I needed a root canal and worked with me with options so I could afford it. They were upfront and transparent about everything and even stayed late to make sure everything they did was perfect. They were down to earth but very professional. For such a painful and bad experience I had going in, it was wonderful leaving with no pain and even throughout the next day I had no more swelling or pain whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Paid over $600 to have a filling done in my front tooth in November. It hasn’t even been 6 months and it has broken from eating. I called to see what they would do about this and they will still charge full price to fix. I had a filling on the same tooth for 12 years prior before any sort of issue. Not good work and I won’t be going back. Avoid at all costs

Mediocre. I had a tooth killing me all weekend. I finally relented and made an appointment. I showed up 20 minutes before my appointment and filled my paperwork out, insurance etc... then I sat and waited...and waited...and waited 2.5 hours in pain. Then I asked about when I would be seen "A little longer sir sorry" I waited some more in pain. I finally got to go back. I sat in the chair and waited. 45 minutes pass I am watching sponge-bob in pain. Dentist comes by, she looks at my mouth and thinks I need a root canal. She does some testing, pulls out a tool that is suppose to pass current to my root to see if it responds. She can't figure out how to use it. She asks the tech's if they know how to use the tool, they didn't. Dentist offered to start the root canal, I declined. I figure I have a better chance on my own, so she gives me a prescription for a pain killer. I take said prescription to 3 different places "oh sorry we've never heard of this", I call this place back and they say there were worried about this happening. Come back and we will give you a new prescription. I got it, it worked. If you need a filling done I think between the dentist and the tech's they may figure out how to do it. The place looks like a dentist may have set the place up but I'm doubtful the staff working in it are aware of what all the buttons do.

Inaccurately diagnosed my problem. I took myself to a regular dentist, who has the tools necessary to do a proper evaluation. The folks at Emergency Dental Care wanted to do a root canal. Totally unnecessary procedure that would have resulted in an additional $2,000 fee. While the dentist, who had no bedside manner, was frustrating, the hygienist and receptionist were also problems. The hygienist was trying to close up early, and said so right in front of me (I was a walk-in). The receptionist was cold, not very welcoming at all. The whole place was dimly lit and it seemed like something out of a horror movie.

I went in yesterday for an emergency extraction and didn't have all the info for my insurance (have Tricare and didnt know if my plan was UH or Concordia). I went ahead and paid the $140 visit fee out of pocket and then $335 for the extraction. The woman at the front desk told me to call the next day to speak to the office manager when I had the insurance information and when they had the insurance info my visit fee would be waived and reimbursed that day. I called today and was told that they couldn't reimburse my visit fee and I'd have to wait 3-4 weeks until they heard back from my insurance. I was told the wrong thing. Crazy the extraction cost $335 but even crazier that was on top of the visit fee that I was told I'd get back. The dentist and his assistant were great and I'm glad to have some relief but upset I was told the wrong information.

This place was a lifesaver! The bonding on my permanent retainer chipped off the day before I was supposed to leave to go out of town. 2 weeks of vacation with exposed wires in my mouth would have made for a painful experience. Emergency Dental got me in right away and gave me the choice of re-bonding the permanent retainer, or removing it and getting a removable retainer instead. Dr. Laughlin even fitted the mold for the removable retainer more than once to make sure it would be a perfect fit for me. I really appreciate the fact that he took the extra time to do that when he had other patients to take care of, and it was close to the end of the day! Thank you again.

From my first call with the receptionist to set up my appointment, I couldn't have asked for better care from everyone. I called at 8pm and was able to be seen at 0930 the next am. The assistant was very patient and understanding with my pain during X-rays. Dr Boyd was amazing and spent a lot of quality time dicussing my tooth and situation with me. If you can wait for your regular dentist to get you in I would suggest you do so. The only reason I am giving one star is because of the assistants, they were excellent. The doctor...not so much. I went in with tooth pain and after weighing all options decided to have the tooth extracted. The doctor was unable to remove the tooth after taking long enough that I had to get a second local. I was then told I had to go see an oral surgeon and got sent out the door with nothing left of the tooth except the roots, a prescription for pain killers, and prescription for antibiotics. Luckily the assistant handed me back the $300 I had prepaid for the extraction. Do not go here if you have any other choice.

I would give this negative stars if I could. They are awful, rude and just bad people. DONT GO!! Update: Two days later I visited my regular dentist to have my chipped front tooth repaired. This company told me I would need both front teeth crowned for $2400, despite the fact that my other tooth had no damage. The repair to my broken tooth was nothing but a simple filling at my regular provider. It cost me only 27 dollars after insurance for the entire repair and I paid 28 for only an xray at this location. This leads me to believe they are scam artists and take advantage of people in pain. Not only that, but the customer service at this place of business was appalling. They then had the audacity to call me a few hours later and snarkily ask why I had left a poor review. I would advise anyone to avoid letting these people near your mouth.

This place as well at Dr. Boyd are 5 stars, hands down! Called on a Saturday morning and got a same day appointment! (FYI - What Dentist works on a Saturday night?! Their hours rock!) Went in and was told they did not accept my insurance, but being in so much pain decided to pay $120 to be seen anyway. I was horrified and expected the procedure to be an over a thousand dollar bill (wisdom tooth extraction, plus - any Dentist working weekends must charge more, right?) Wrong! The extraction was MUCH cheaper than I ever expected, Dr. Boyd and his staff were polite and made me feel comfortable, I felt no pain and was done within 30 minutes. I have seen my fair share of Dentists and let me tell you - this place and Doctor are the best and I will be returning! Thank you Dr. Boyd and Staff!

I had a Dental Emergency Saturday night. .They took me on a Sunday morning!! The care and the treatment were exceptional!! 2 visits and 4 hours in the dental chair I am now able to continue my vacation!!! Great caring people work here.. I had absolutely NO pain through a root canal ,post and temporary crown until I can get home and have a final one made..Highly recommend them!! The staff were the best ; from office workers assistant to dentist!! especially Donna!! Extra touch; she charged my phone for me & made a ice pack for my injured head!! Couldn't ask for better care.. Wish they were in my hometown!! Plus great views of the mountains from your dental chair & a TV in each room to take your mind off of of pain while waiting!!!

Like so many other reviewers of EDC, I put off visiting a dentist until I was limited to two choices - 1) suffer serious pain or 2) face what I anticipated would be shame and discomfort. I opted for #2. Fortunately, I experienced no discomfort during my office visit and I was treated with such warmth and regard that my fears subsided quickly. Angie was very helpful in trying to locate my dental insurance provider - going beyond reasonable expectations to contact several insurance companies on my behalf. Angie demonstrated genuine empathy for my situation. Luis set me up for my x-ray and was sensitive about my ability to bite down on the oral X-ray device. Luis answered my questions politely and with professional integrity corresponding his role. Moreover, Luis demonstrated a disposition that inspired confidence in his competence. Dr. Hansen greeted me warmly and went straight to work. Dr. Hansen explained the x-ray results, informed me of the steps he would take to curb my pain and proceeded to smoothly perform two injections. Dr. Hansen provided me with a printout of my x-ray, a copy of my treatment plan and costs. He answered my questions patiently about ongoing treatment and gave me instructions for prescription use. I trust EDC and highly recommend their practice.

Professional staff with a very relaxed atmosphere. This is not a place that'll try to get every dollar out of you either. They went over multiple options with me and explained all of them in detail. The work was completed quickly with the most minimal pain. I definitely intend on returning for more dental work as needed.

The first time I was there, it was a very pleasant visit. I had an impacted tooth and they told me that I had to take a full course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories before I could have the tooth extracted. Less than a week later my vehicle was hit and the day after it was hit, my prescriptions were stolen out of the center console. I was only able to take the prescriptions for about 5 days at that point, and the inflammation and pain came back yesterday. When I called back today to explain to them that I basically just needed to start all over again on the prescriptions due to the accident and theft, the woman answering the phone was about as rude and unprofessional as anyone can be. She kept putting me on hold without even telling me she was going to while I was in the middle of talking, and she also kept interrupting me and over explaining how antibiotics work when I wasn't even able to get halfway through the pills they had prescribed me in the very first place because they were stolen from me. Then she lied. She said Dr. Hansen would only OK the antibiotics but not the anti-inflammatories or pain pills. Then I became upset and explained how ridiculous this circumstance was and suddenly she started overexplaining how antibiotics work and how I shouldn't really need the anti-inflammatories or pain pills. I'm on my way to Walgreens right now to get both the antibiotics and the anti-inflammatories that she lied about originally. However, they still denied me the pain pills like I'm some kind of addict, and are forcing me to endure this pain until the infection sudsides. I have no idea what I did to deserve to be treated the way she treated me today, but her opinions, her attitude, and her lie about Dr. Hansen only OK'ing the antibiotics is why I will never go back. The Dr visit was great, but the attitude at the front counter is ridiculous. Dr. Hansen told me specifically that I had to take a full course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories before anyone could perform the extraction, and when I called back explaining that I was unable to get through even half of the course of the meds Dr. Hansen prescribed to me, I was met with nothing but attitude and rudeness. What else was I supposed to do other than start the course of medication over??? I am still in shock that after having my vehicle hit, and having the prescriptions that I needed to finish taking before my extraction could even be scheduled were stolen from me, that I was treated this way. Be careful people, this place seems nice at first, but the woman at the front counter just treated me worse than I've ever been treated in any kind of medical office.

I had a dental emergency (fell and dislodged my front tooth) after hours, when it was taking my personal dentist a long time to return my call. I called and spoke to Donna at the Emergency Dental Care who asked how far I was from the office and quickly made the appointment. On arrival, the receptionist processed the check-in fairly quickly, and Donna immediately took me to the exam room. Donna has EXCELLENT bedside manners! She was reassuring, explaining everything to me, and when I went into shock, after being told the news (I was going to lose the tooth), she held my hands, looked me in the eyes and softly said that everything was going to be okay and to take deep breaths. I had reported, during the initial interview, that I don't tolerate pain meds on an empty stomach, so she got me a protein shake. Donna even held my hand while I was getting the shot, prior to the xray being taken! This experience, alone, would have me return to this particular office. Dr. Angelo Camerino accepted my comments that I was going into shock and calmly Facetimed my husband to talk to him and show him the xrays. I couldn't have been more pleased about the care and attention I received on this unfortunate day.

I was suffering horribly and in need of an emergency root canal. I couldn't make it through the weekend to see my primary dentist. So I called emergency dental care. They quickly got me in the same day and the doctor was a able to give me the root canal right then and there. (I can't remember the dentists name, he was young and energetic one) He was very empathetic, and moved quickly to alleviate my pain. During the entire root canal procedure he was very in tune with how I was feeling. They became very busy during the time I was there, and they all moved quickly to help others. All of them were such hard workers. I felt instantly better after He was done. He took his time and did a great job. I will forever be grateful for him helping me that day. The pain was debilitating!!

Not only did this practice leave my husband in extra pain we had to go to another dentist to get the work they did fixed and they also left have a tooth from the extraction in my spouse's jaw that had to be removed at a later date. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist because of a horrific tooth extraction I had when I was in college. Or I should rather say I WAS terrified of the dentist until I came here. I was very open about my history and everyone there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and help me relax as best as I could. The ladies all had me laughing and joking around to warm me up to having work done. When it came down to finding out I needed a root canal, they were very informative with both the procedure and my finance options and did their best to make sure I was happy with both. I honestly didn't expect for them to be able to do anything other than send me home with some antibiotics, but they got me setup with Care credit so they could start treatment that day. The dentist was extremely gentile and made sure to stop if I felt any pain so he could numb me immediately. He was so good that I barely even felt him numb me including the shots straight into the roof of my mouth. Even though I have to go back again this coming weekend, I'm not dreading it like I was when I walked in there. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Extremely thankful for them and the fact that they are even open on Sundays!

I am soooo grateful these guys are open every day of the week! I called this morning (Saturday) and was able to schedule an appointment that was only a few hours out. I woke up in tears thanks to a severe toothache and needed something done for my pain TODAY. The front desk lady and dental hygienist were both awesome. I have metal plates and screws in my face that are close to my gums/teeth so Dr. Goles recommended me to an oral surgeon because he didn't want to risk exposing the hardware and causing further discomfort or damage. I found this to be highly ethical- he could have just taken my money and pulled the tooth but I feel he did the right thing. Instead, he gave me a couple shots to dull the pain along with a few prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relievers to tie me over until I see the surgeon. This place isn't just for emergencies so I'd highly recommend them for all your dental needs! Some reviews have said that Emergency Dental Care is expensive, even with insurance, but I have to disagree as I paid less than $30 to be seen (I have METLife Dental).

Such an awesome facility with awesome staff! I went in the other night at 7:30pm with severe pain around one tooth. They were so kind and easy to work with even when I did not have everything I should for check-in/ insurance. They tested my teeth and found I needed a root canal and worked with me with options so I could afford it. They were upfront and transparent about everything and even stayed late to make sure everything they did was perfect. They were down to earth but very professional. For such a painful and bad experience I had going in, it was wonderful leaving with no pain and even throughout the next day I had no more swelling or pain whatsoever. Highly recommend!

I called to see what they would do about this and they will still charge full price to fix. I had a filling on the same tooth for 12 years prior before any sort of issue. I was experiencing terrible pain, all the way up the right side of my face. I needed a root canal or an extraction ASAP. The staff was very friendly and helpful with ensuring that what needed done got done. It was more expensive than I was hoping for, but I would recommend them if you need emergency care.

With calling nearly 2 hours before this office closed, they explained they could not see my wife who need a tooth extraction. My wife who already suffers from a terminal lung disease, has Lupus, and many other diseases, I simply want Lee her to get some relief. Why have an emergency dental office if you refuse to see patients with 2 hours to close? Plus you would not refer me to anyone else. I called back and you laughed at me because you then closed in 45 minutes. I pray for your office and staff to treat people better.

All I can say is that it's worth the drive from Pueblo! I have a phobia of going to the dentist. Dr. Boyd's beside manner was amazing. He made me feel relaxed and was very down to earth. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I had an infected tooth that needed to come out and Dr Boyd presented the best treatment option in a way that did not make me feel pressured at all.

Absolutely amazing experience! We were visiting Colorado Springs for our first anniversary. Not sure if it was the altitude or what but my tooth made a popping sound and wouldn’t stop hurting until I made it to the dentist. Ended up having to get a root canal, on vacation (yay), BUT they made it the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They got me in the VERY NEXT MORNING! If I lived in Colorado Springs, I would most definitely make Emergency Dental Care USA my regular dentist!

5 Stars are not enough!!! Emergency Dental Care USA is awesome!!! I came in yesterday due to unbearable tooth pain. They did X-ray and said my wisdom tooth is causing all the pain. I was really nervous at first but after meeting the dentist and being surrounded by the nice staff I calmed down a lot. The doctor had my tooth out within minutes and I was finally pain free. Can only recommend this office.

I needed an emergency extraction, unfortunately, due to the nature of my emergency, they were only able to refer me to an oral surgeon. However, the staff at the time of my emergency was fantastic and very helpful and the referral worked out great. I am very pleased with the results. WOW, what a great experience! After dinner on Saturday, I was flossing my teeth and pulled a cap off one of my molars. 7:45PM, I called them and they said they would wait on me to get there. I arrived at 8:20. They took me right in , X-ray ed the tooth and reinstalled the cap. Great service and reasonable price. Irene, the dental assistant was wonderful!!!!

I am very pleased with my experience. I came in on a Fri night with serious tooth pain. I needed a root canal but I could not deal with it that night. Dr. Goles gave me some injections to numb the tooth to get me through the night and we scheduled my procedure for Sat morning. Dr. Goles is competent, professional, and quite personable. Though the root canal took quite a while, I am dealing with far less post op pain than with the first root canal I had last year. I am so happy that the folks at Emergency Dental Care were able to take care of me on such short notice. I am very thankful for their understanding and excellent care.

I went there to have some botched dental work fixed by my old dentist. What a fantastic job! Kayla, at the front desk was extremely helpful and an absolute sweetheart. I would definitely recommend them for any sort of dental needs.

this dental team could not be more caring and thoughtful! I haven't been to the dentist in years due to multiple bad experiences. The whole team went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. On top of that the prices were great for a same day visit in an emergency situation. I highly recommend this facility and will be going back myself to finally take care of all my mouth problems with a team I trust!

I am not happy, the Dr is a very nice person, we chatted for a while, I felt comfortable with him. The young lady did not seem to understand my concern of wanting to talk to one of the managers about the quoted price of a repair, after just spending a good sum of money for pre-work xrays, ect. After calling back to see who I could speak with, I was meet with nothing but pushback. "There is no one for you to talk to." Im not happy!

I came in with no appointment for a root canal I had been putting off for years, due to being absolutely terrified of the dentist. Luis was who got me started and was incredibly nice and concerned for the overall pain level I was having throughout the entire process. Dr. Goles is who did the root canal. I only felt pain on one stubborn, nasty root. He warned me about it and got it over with quickly. He too was concerned for my level of pain and made sure to keep it to a minimum. I am now in no pain and I couldn't have asked for a better dueo to work on me And will be recommending and requesting them as much as I can.

With calling nearly 2 hours before this office closed, they explained they could not see my wife who need a tooth extraction. My wife who already suffers from a terminal lung disease, has Lupus, and many other diseases, I simply want Lee her to get some relief. Why have an emergency dental office if you refuse to see patients with 2 hours to close? Plus you would not refer me to anyone else. I called back and you laughed at me because you then closed in 45 minutes. I pray for your office and staff to treat people better.

All I can say is that it's worth the drive from Pueblo! I have a phobia of going to the dentist. Dr. Boyd's beside manner was amazing. He made me feel relaxed and was very down to earth. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I had an infected tooth that needed to come out and Dr Boyd presented the best treatment option in a way that did not make me feel pressured at all.

Absolutely amazing experience! We were visiting Colorado Springs for our first anniversary. Not sure if it was the altitude or what but my tooth made a popping sound and wouldn’t stop hurting until I made it to the dentist. Ended up having to get a root canal, on vacation (yay), BUT they made it the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They got me in the VERY NEXT MORNING! If I lived in Colorado Springs, I would most definitely make Emergency Dental Care USA my regular dentist!

5 Stars are not enough!!! Emergency Dental Care USA is awesome!!! I came in yesterday due to unbearable tooth pain. They did X-ray and said my wisdom tooth is causing all the pain. I was really nervous at first but after meeting the dentist and being surrounded by the nice staff I calmed down a lot. The doctor had my tooth out within minutes and I was finally pain free. Can only recommend this office.

I needed an emergency extraction, unfortunately, due to the nature of my emergency, they were only able to refer me to an oral surgeon. However, the staff at the time of my emergency was fantastic and very helpful and the referral worked out great. I am very pleased with the results. Should another emergency arise, and hopefully it doesn't, Emergency Dental Care will be my first choice.

WOW, what a great experience! After dinner on Saturday, I was flossing my teeth and pulled a cap off one of my molars. 7:45PM, I called them and they said they would wait on me to get there. I arrived at 8:20. They took me right in , X-ray ed the tooth and reinstalled the cap. Great service and reasonable price. Irene, the dental assistant was wonderful!!!!

I am very pleased with my experience. I came in on a Fri night with serious tooth pain. I needed a root canal but I could not deal with it that night. Dr. Goles gave me some injections to numb the tooth to get me through the night and we scheduled my procedure for Sat morning. Dr. Goles is competent, professional, and quite personable. Though the root canal took quite a while, I am dealing with far less post op pain than with the first root canal I had last year. I am so happy that the folks at Emergency Dental Care were able to take care of me on such short notice. I am very thankful for their understanding and excellent care.
