Dr. Ingalls made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I had a partial extraction of my wisdom teeth (due to potential complications of a complete extraction; which wasn’t helped by being 28 and the teeth being fully grown). He informed me of the risks and benefits of each procedure and was able to set my mind at ease and answer all the questions I had. On the day of the surgery, I was nervous. Dr. Ingalls and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. I don’t remember a single thing from the procedure itself, which is a big positive. The healing process is still under way. Pain and discomfort associated with the procedure is normal. While et certainly isn’t fun, if I have any problems or additional questions I am confident I could call Dr. Ingalls’ office and they would do anything they could to help. While it isn’t a fun elective surgery to have, if I had to do it again, I would make sure my only consideration was Colorado Regional Oral Surgery. Now I just need to finish the healing process and return for my follow-up appointments. Keep up the good work everyone! A fun note: most of my appointments (save the procedure itself) were around the time of 2:30pm. I find that “tooth-hurty” is an punny time to meet with an oral surgeon.

I had no complications in the procedure and would return here again for any oral surgery I needed to get done. For my post-op I met with a different oral surgeon than who I had met initially but they were just as knowledgeable and helpful as my surgeon from that day. Highly recommended!

The doctors and staff were so wonderful and welcoming and made me feel comfortable so I decided to go with them. Honestly, one of my first thoughts waking up was that I was going to give them a wonderful review. The doctor took her time explaining everything to me in my consultation, before the procedure and after. The surgical assistants were welcoming and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The procedure itself went smoothly and the staff communicated with my fiancee and brought him into recovery with me right away. They called to follow up in the evening and emphasized that they were there if we needed anything all weekend. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Overall just a pleasant experience as it could be. Dr. Lesnick was masterful at application of Novocaine and I had no pain from even the insertion of the needle. Also had very minimal pain after surgery and all went well. She was very good at talk over the process and options with me.

My dentist referred me to Colorado Regional Oral Surgery for a consultation to discuss having three problem teeth removed. Just the idea of having oral surgery made me nervous, especially because I had never had any kind of surgery before! My appointment was with Dr. Ingalls, and he took lots of time to explain everything to me, get a good history from me, and answer my questions. On the day of surgery, he also took the time to talk to me personally beforehand to make sure of all the details including the fact that I would be able to relax from all my regular duties for at least 24 hours. Now that the surgery is about 10 days behind me, I can say: 1) My surgery went very well, and everything is healing up beautifully without any problems. 2) The staff is so kind and treated me wonderfully well. 3) The idea of sedation put my blood pressure up with uncertainty, but now that I've seen how well it worked for me, I'm a big fan!, and 4) You will be hard pressed to find an oral surgeon more caring and competent than Dr. Ingalls, and the same can be said about all the staff who worked with me. All this to say, I highly recommend Colorado Regional Oral Surgery!

Absolute best experience I could have asked for. I woke up with extreme pain from my wisdom teeth. Doc took time out of her lunch to fit me in to an appointment for two extractions. Did such a great job I went back a month later for the other side. Both times were completely painless. I took ibuprofen once about 6 hours after surgery and didn't have any pain after. Highly recommend!

They treated me very professionally at the oral Surgery Center. I waited about an hour before I was finally called in, but after that things went pretty well. They try hard to keep you calm and at ease. The only complaint I have is that I had to wait an hour before they called me in. I had no problems with the extraction, no pain, and no complications. Dr Lesnick did a quick, professional extraction. She was very good. Your office needs improvement. My first phone call I'm told i will need an evaluation followed by another extraction appointment both a month out. I had referrals from both my dentist and endodontist to remove the tooth and those should have been adequate for an extraction. My tooth was infected for 3 months by than and was painful. My appointment was a month out and than Dr Lesnick is concerned about a bone infection- if the tooth was pulled earlier I bet that wouldn't have been a worry. I asked to be put on a waiting list and never did receive a call. Yet while in the office I overheard a cancellation proving you do have them. No one ever called with a reminder call of appointment. I did receive one but it was about insurance coverage and was the wrong day, dr and procedure. You have to get patients in faster, be proactive on fill in appointments and make appointment reminder calls

The dental assistants made sure both the kids and myself understood the process and talked to us in a way that everything made sense. They were more than willing to answer any questions that we had. My dentist referred me to Colorado Regional Oral Surgery for a consultation to discuss having three problem teeth removed. Just the idea of having oral surgery made me nervous, especially because I had never had any kind of surgery before! My appointment was with Dr. Ingalls, and he took lots of time to explain everything to me, get a good history from me, and answer my questions. On the day of surgery, he also took the time to talk to me personally beforehand to make sure of all the details including the fact that I would be able to relax from all my regular duties for at least 24 hours. Now that the surgery is about 10 days behind me, I can say: 1) My surgery went very well, and everything is healing up beautifully without any problems. 2) The staff is so kind and treated me wonderfully well. 3) The idea of sedation put my blood pressure up with uncertainty, but now that I've seen how well it worked for me, I'm a big fan!, and 4) You will be hard pressed to find an oral surgeon more caring and competent than Dr. Ingalls, and the same can be said about all the staff who worked with me. All this to say, I highly recommend Colorado Regional Oral Surgery!

Absolute best experience I could have asked for. I woke up with extreme pain from my wisdom teeth. Doc took time out of her lunch to fit me in to an appointment for two extractions. Did such a great job I went back a month later for the other side. Both times were completely painless. I took ibuprofen once about 6 hours after surgery and didn't have any pain after. Highly recommend!

Dr. Politano is the consummate professional. If I were a doctor myself, I would think he could be called "the doctor's doctor" because he is so profesional. He is personal, taking care of the non-physical part of you. He looks in your eyes when he listens, when he talks, and his sincerity is genuine. He is highly skilled in what he does, and likely is ahead of his class of colleagues as he knows not only the latest of techniques, but he is studying what hasn't even been released yet. He knows what's coming. And he has created a support staff that mimics all of this. Oh yes, and one more thing about him possibly being good enough to call him the doctor's doctor. Since I am an internal medicine doctor, I may be on to something in referring to him that way.

CO Reg Oral Surgery was awesome. My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ingalls The entire staff was terrific! Scheduling was easy, front desk staff did what they said they were going to do, followed up before I needed to call them, the nurses were comforting, knowledgable and very professional. Dr. Ingalls was amazing! Terrific bedside manner, asked all the right questions and answered all of ours calming our anxiety. We had zero problems with infection, the surgery went better than expected and pain management was easier than expected. He did have a little reaction to the medication (it gave him hiccups which caused a lot of nausea) and the staff answered our questions, called in a prescription to stop the hiccups right away and both a nurse and Dr. Ingalls called to check on him. Surgery is never fun but this procedure went better than expected. We highly recommend this Dr. and staff!!

During the procedure she pause a number of times to allow my daughter times to calm her nerves and I was right there by my daughters feet so she could feel some comfort by my touch. I needed to have oral surgery done and will be moving in a month from the time I called and explained my situation and how much I wanted Dr. Lesnick to do this procedure as she had done a biopsy for me a few years ago they worked very hard to get me in as soon as possible to see her. She was able to get me on the schedule and as much as even going to the dentist for me is so hard she made this as painless as she could and is fantastic! I also want to mention her assistant that day was Roxi and I told her how nervous I got if there wasn’t someone in the room and she never left and I am a mature adult but fall apart at the dentist office! I just can’t say enough good things about this group.

Billing has been a problem since 2012. The latest experience on June 1, 2017 was so bad that I will not be returning to this practice. After waiting for 35 minutes, I was told by the receptionist that I had to reschedule my implant because I did not have the payment with me. I offered to go home and get my credit card. The answer was no. Payment procedure was different earlier this year. After an extraction and bone graft on Feb.14, 2017, this same receptionist handed me the bill and said, "Just mail it in." I did not mail it in because it was incorrect. After I called and complained, the billing coordinator, Audra, left me a message saying that was not a bill, it was just a "walk-out statement." She also said that they could not bill the insurance until AFTER the extraction and implant. That apparently was no longer true on June 1 when payment was demanded PRIOR TO submission to insurance. This was a very upsetting experience, worst I have ever had in a medical office in my 74 years. I was treated like a child and a deadbeat.

Background: I am having a tooth replaced by a dental implant. So far we've completed "Step 1" which consists of removing the old tooth and inserting a bone graft. That procedure took place few weeks ago. So far things have gone very well. At the initial consultation Dr. Politano was very clear when describing the whole procedure, and in answering my questions of which Ii had many as I had some neurological disabilities which I was worried might complicate matters. As for the procedure itself, he and his assistant seemed very competent and professional. During the procedure I only had a local anesthetic but suffered very little discomfort. In fact, I've had fillings (_not_ at CROS) that were harder to handle. Post procedure discomfort was also much less than I was expecting. Again, this was true despite my disabilities. So, given that dental work of _any_ kind is never fun, all-in-all I've been very pleasantly surprised with my experience with Dr. Politano and CROS. Of course, the overall procedure of putting in the implant is far from over yet so I should probably write another review when it is but, so far, so good!

All things considered I had a very good experience. The entire staff was warm and friendly. Dr. Weinstein made me feel very comfortable. She is very professional and made sure she answered all of my questions before the procedure started. I had a tooth extraction and the process was no more difficult than a filling. Best of all there was no pain after the novocaine wore off.

Love, love, love Colorado Regional Oral Surgery. They were very caring & explained the whole procedure to both myself & my daughter.
