Can't seem to ever find my patient file, so I'm always on hold when I call. I was told I would hear back in a week, and it's been 3 now with no followup. I've called several times for an update and the answer I get from the receptionist is that "Your periodontist hasn't spoke with your dentist yet." He's had 3 weeks since my examination, what's exactly is he doing!? Timeliness is huge. If someone wants to spend thousands of dollars at your practice, you should probably work quickly to ensure they are taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Unsatisfied with the communication of this office if this has all been some misunderstanding.

I was referred to Colorado Gum Care by my regular dentist to have a tooth pulled and the process started for an implant. I am not a fan of the dentist, but the entire team in the Broomfield office made me feel so welcome and calm that it made what I dreaded a pleasure. They are quick, efficient and professional from start to finish. They have incredible follow up before and after surgery and worked with such precision that I barely had any pain at all the next day! I would highly recommend them for any oral work you need. Great job team!!!

This place has POOR communication with their patients. I’ve been sitting here for 4 months no tooth in my mouth and no one calls. I call them they tell me I have to wait another couple of weeks. This is a mess!

I went in to see Dr. Borg after I noticed my gums have been bleeding during brushing/flossing. They have become a lot more sensitive over the last few months. He was able to diagnose the problem and promptly schedule future appointments. After treatment, my gums don't hurt anymore and they no longer bleed. I felt a significant difference after his care. Him, his partners, and office staff were all very compassionate and friendly. The procedures were painless and fast and I experienced very little discomfort post treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Borg and this office to anyone that has questions/ concerns about their gums, implants, or general oral health status.

This isn't a reflection of their work, but we felt they were arogent and only cared about our payment. They didn't share what areas they watch out for, went through the different options like I didn't already know why my dentist choose the procedure, didn't remember my name after we were done, didn't mention a 1-week after appointment to check on things, didn't mention x-rays or CT scan to know exactly where the line of sinuses and nerves are compared to where they drill, had paper files, few windows in the dark older office but the worst part was how cocky and arogent Dr. Borg was. He's probably good, but I felt like the technology, level of care and stuck up attitude led us to find another option on 128th and I-25.

Lovely atmosphere! Dr. Borg is amazing! He did my moler extraction and it was painless. Hardly felt a thing. Literally 5-10 minutes later he extracted my moler! Highly recommend this place!

I received nerve injury when I went here for an extraction and bone graft placement, in preparation for an implant. The ongoing pain of nerve damage is horrible. Its been a year of pain & still hurts constantly. I can't even get an implant after this disaster. I never thought I'd be in this awful situation! I shouldnt have gone here :'( Don’t they know what they’re doing????

I typically only leave positive reviews but recently received a bill for a consultation at their office. There was no exam other than a measurement of my daughters gums. We were scheduled for laser surgery in a few weeks and cancelled due to the fact that I can't trust that the billing estimate for that service will be accurate and we will not be billed more at a later date. They billed my insurance as a dental exam which is only allowed 2x per year . This was not a cleaning or an exam. The service was nothing of the sort and the office refused to bill the insurance for what the actual service was. Terrible customer service, especially with a service already scheduled for future! Now I am paying for something never received just so my account does not go to collections and affect my credit. I left 2 stars only because the office has later appointment hours which was helpful.

For most people, a trip to the dentist can be a worrisome experience. Even when it’s just a cleaning, that chair can put real fear into us in many cases. So, what an incredible experience it was for me to take all my fears and concerns into the appointment only to have them all washed away by clear, thorough explanations. Dr. Borg at Colorado Gum Care is a cut above. He was genuinely more interested in my health than he was in the potential fees he could earn from recommending what others already had. No, his focus was on my general well-being for the long-term throughout my entire visit. Never once did he make me feel anything but secure in his expertise and his approach was comforting, proactive, and comprehensive. I would recommend Dr. Borg to anyone without hesitation and know they’d walk away feeling the same way I do right now – extremely satisfied. Thank you, Dr. Borg!
