I went into day for my cleaning. And well turns out the space case that I am. I was a week early. I ask the front lady’s if there was anyway they could get me in today. After waiting about 30mins to see if there was a no show. They got me in. Yea yea. They are all so nice a friendly there. We all laughed and had a great joke over it. Doc Novembre is the best.

Xray tech kept missing the image, and dental work is always expensive. Quoted $311 per extraction with no insurance, and I have a LOT of work that needs to be done. The dentist was very friendly, but the technician I had seemed VERY unqualified to work there. I finally received copies of my x-rays, and they even called in a second antibiotic for me, as the first one prescribed hurt my stomach beyond belief. They deserve 4 star service, and accept the CareCredit payment plan, as well. All around, I have been satisfied with this business, but have to find a service I can personally afford.

I have had traumatic experiences when I was younger with dentists therefore I am very hesitant and anxious to go get work done on my teeth. When I found All Smiles Dental it cut my anxiety down tremendously. Dr Novembre and her assistants are absolutely amazing! They are so patient, kind and thoughtful!! They really make me look forward to coming to get work done even with my anxiety! I recently moved about an hour away as well but the traveling is nothing because of the great service I get every time. 100% would recommend them to everyone I know!

Very disappointed in my last apoiappoint. I tooktoff of work and showed up atathe office as my text reminder stated and they did not have an appointment for me. They were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning and when I got there, they only cleaned half of my teeth and told me to come back another day. I came back a week later and they cleaned the other half of my theeth. In the many visits I had at their office I only met the actual dentist once. All other times was a new hygienist that performed my cleanings and check ups. My family and I will not be returning and do not recommend this business after a customer of 4 years.

I went in two times for a teeth cleaning and nothing happened. One hygienist said my teeth are fine and she just didn’t schedule enough time for a cleaning with all of the X-rays. Okay that’s understandable. I go in two weeks later and another hygienist said oh no you need a deep cleaning we can’t do anything today. Frustrated I agreed to come back in June. I booked these appointments a month out and I get a call two weeks later saying oh the doctor won’t be in that day. Why don’t you have some consideration for your customer? I made arrangements in order to have this procedure done. I made a huge mistake going here. I still have yet to get my teeth cleaned. I am going somewhere else !!!

I had wisdom tooth surgery at the Barnes location that went as smooth as it could go. The dentist and dental assistants were lovely and made me feel very comfortable, on the other hand front desk employees seem distracted, and unprofessional. When I call to make a payment to oral surgery they are rushing information like they don’t have time to talk to me then after three times of asking to send a full report of payment history I get an incomplete list and they haven’t attached a 200$ payment to my account. If I pay my bill today it is to be entered and taken off the sum of the bill TODAY not done only when addressed. It has been 3 months since I’ve paid the 200$ and will only be applied when I TELL THEM WHEN I PAID IT since they hadn’t transferred the payment to my account. Last straw was today as it was 4:55pm I was hung up on by the woman in oral surgery taking my information and had spent 10 minutes talking with her already talking through her flustered tone who told me to call right back only to hang up on me.

I absolutely hate the dentist! Believe it or not this big guy full of tattoos has a phobia with dentists and pain. I had two pulled including a wisdom tooth. They were very friendly and the whole procedure was quick. She had my teeth out in less than two minutes with no pain. Took a little while for the stitches but that was my body saying it hated me and wouldn’t stop bleeding. Was comfortable enough to be joking with them while all of this was going down. No body enjoys a dental visit. In this place you will not change that, but they will make it more manageable. The personnel is courteous and professional and they wilk not waste tour time. They are pretty consistent on attending you around the time of your appointment. In other words, you will not be waiting forever. The only thing I have observed os a high level of personnel turnover, but I am not sure about the reason. I do not believe that it is for bad relationships because everything tend to look fine. My family has been using the clinic for a number of years and I recomend this business. Sometimes there are small discrepancies or questions, but these issues has been addressed to satisfaction. Good place for a not too enjoyable visit, but we are glad that we go to this place.

Really nice staff, although, a bit of bait and switch occurred during my visit. Needed an extraction - called prior and explained what was going on. Nice person on phone encouraged me to come in asap, continuing to advise that my procedure ranges from $100-200 "if the tooth isn't a wisdom tooth, has enough material to work with, and isn't impacted." After a decent experience in the chair, my dentist confirmed it in fact was a simple extraction. Her assistant handed me a quote for over $300 (simple extraction of #15 molar, not impacted). No thanks on principal.

Waited a little while in the waiting room but over all my experience was good. I’ve always had a fear with the dentist which is why I haven’t been in years so my anxiety gets very bad in environments like this, the assistant (Carla) and dentist (Kelly) were both very understanding. They explained what was going on and got me into a position where I’d be able to get the work done that I needed. Just moved here from Chicago so it was my first time visiting the Dental office, and my visit entailed an Extraction and a filling. I was blown away at how well the Dentist performed the extraction, absolutely Zero pain and Super Fast. Amazing people, both in the office and the dentists and their staff. Both my kids had a cleaning scheduled. When I had made the appointment the customer services rep said they take our insurance. Come to find out when we checked in, they did not take my insurance. Long story short all the girls came together in the office and let the kids finish their cleaning!! I was so greatful how they handled the situation. My joy soon turned into tears. Being new to Colorado Springs has made me feel lost, but the amazing dentist my daughter saw gave me some great ideas for dance classes for her, and job ideas for me!! Thank you all smiles!! I was a patient a few years back and I just went to get my retainer fixed several months ago. I sent an appointment request via online about 3 weeks ago and noone called to follow up or make me an appointment. I went back onto this company's website and the person who handles the "live chat" asked my name which I provided as well as informed them that I requested an appointment yet no one from the office had bothered to contact me. They apologized and asked for my name and contact information. That was almost 3 weeks ago and once again NOONE from this office has reached out to me. I will take my business elsewhere and let my family, friends and anyone I come into contact with not to come to this office for dental work.
