If could leave negative stars I would!! I stepped into this office, apparently already in the negative after my boyfriend signed me up for an “ insurance plan” thru this company. Not only did they scam me and him, they also alluded to illegal behavior. If I were you, I would triple check my invoices and also ask for a receipt when you checkout with a Raquel. She never charged me for a cleaning and then accused me of fraud. When I brought up my concerns with the owner she responded with “ you don’t have a current balance.” They clearly need to do some book work, until then you will be charged for something you thought you already paid for. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

Jessica and Jon's team at Abundant Smiles could not be better. I've been a patient of theirs since 10/17 and haven't had any issues (not even close). Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. My first visit was at 2pm on a Friday (when they should have been closed). Jessica treated me for a root canal treatment and I don't have any complaints -- honestly, I could have easily fallen asleep on the chair. I've since gotten new insurance and Abundant Smiles is out of my network, however I'm still continuing to be a patient of theirs; their work is just that good.

After a long hiatus from dental work I finally got a cleaning. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Great atmosphere from when I walked in until I booked my follow up appointments. Brand new clean office. Super nice staff and honest Doctors that don't try and sell you on unnecessary fillings or other work. They are offering a free teeth-whitening for every new patient exam, x-rays, and cleaning appointment. They are offering in-office or a take home kit for FREE! How awesome is that?

I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Jessica at Abundant Smiles! She is extremely knowledgable and talented, and uses the newest technologies in dentistry. I didn't realize a dentist appointment could be so interesting, but she was able to show me enlarged high quality video of all my teeth to show me exactly where there were issues. She lets the patient know everything she is doing, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. The place itself is also very cozy and well decorated so it has a warm and calming feel!

Was a great experience and dentist until we had an awful billing experience. We were supposed to follow a schedule that would allow for our insurance plan to reset. However they did not follow it and we were forced to pay $560 out of pocket that they told us would be covered. Whenever we had questions they said they would take care of it and plan the time accordingly. However they didn't care that they didn't follow the plan and failed notifying us when we got the fillings. Really disappointed. Looking for another dental care option after this.

It took a lot for me to make it to my first appointment but I’m glad I did! Super clean, neat, and modern office. Definitely a huge upgrade from what I remember dentist offices feeling like—I didn’t feel anxious at all once I got to the waiting room. I idiotically made an appointment without checking if they were on my network for my beta dental discount. It waa 2 blocks away from home so I didn't think about it when I went in and gave him my insurance card and then we figured out that they weren't in my network the question of what to do now started coming up. And just like any other dentist on the planet they will charge you a fee for canceling or breaking the appointment without being 24 hours in advance. I had a rough day in a rough week and I expressed that to the two ladies who were above all two of the most Pleasant sweet kind-hearted people I've talked to in a long time. They gave me a quote for the work that I asked to have done in case I couldn't find anything cheaper inside my network and they didn't even charge me the fee for breaking the appointment which was one of the nicest things anybody long time friendly staff I'm sure the dentists Beyond phenomenal and take every bit of effort to of effort to see that you were comfortable and well taken care of I was in this place more than 15 minutes they did exactly that for me and I would recommend it to anybody who needs dental work and might feel a little uncomfortable about it five stars all day

Abundant Smiles is unlike any dentist office I have ever been to. Walking in the staff is so friendly and the reception area is so welcoming (who knew it wasn't a requirement to have a fish tank in all dental offices). Dr. Jessica has such a warm presence and always talks me through what is happening with my teeth and what I've been doing good with and what I need to work on. The doc brought to my attention that I clench and grind my teeth, which I realized is why I've been having frequent headaches. She suggested I get Botox to loosen the muscles in my jaw, which I was a little skeptical about because I've only known Botox to be cosmetic. She walked me through the process and her own experience with it and I decided to give it a shot. After a day or two I could really feel the difference and realized I didn't wake up with headaches anymore! I recommend Dr. Jessica and Abundant Smiles to all my family and friends because she has made going to the dentist so enjoyable.

Where to start?!?! I have been avoiding the dentist for nearly 2 years due to bad past experiences. The moment I walked in the door I was comfortable. The office is so modern, cute, and welcoming. It’s not cold and sterile like previous offices I’ve been to. I didn’t feel rushed and I everyone that I talked with listened to my concerns. The front desk ladies were so kind and had smiles on their faces right when I walked in. So sorry I don’t know their names. Yaya, the assistant was so nice and told me everything she was going to do. Drey, the hygienist did a fabulous job and was gentle but got my teeth feeling nice and clean. And Dr. Jess was so personable, knowledgeable and put me at ease. I will now be going to 6 month cleanings and no longer avoiding the dentist thanks to abundant smiles! Yay!!!

My fiancee and I recently moved to the area and were looking for something closer to home. Abundant Smiles was a great choice! The doctor and her staff have been nothing but helpful. I felt like I was in an assembly line with my other Dentist. Less time with the Dentist, more like check in/out within 5 minutes at the end and sent home. Not here, although they're are a small office, the Doc stops by and makes sure to have a real conversation with you and address everything. The interior design is very modern...feels like a brand new car. Oh and by the way, LOVED their music selection. It is not rap but even if it was, why would that be a problem for some people? SMH!

Dr. Jessica and team are succeeding in their goal to keep people from dreading the dentist. The office is well decorated with plenty of comfortable seating, fresh coffee, and a friendly receptionist. Once you're actually in the dreaded dental seat, you're presented with a pair of sunglasses to ward off the bright light, and distracted by pleasant banter with the dental assistant. Dr. Jessica definitely does not keep you waiting at any point. As soon as I was finished with my cleaning, she did a thorough check of my teeth and made some recommendations based on my somewhat lackluster dental care. I ended up needing a couple of fillings. I set up an appointment for a few days later, and flew through the filling process in significantly less than an hour. It was painless and even enjoyable as Dr. Jessica and her assistant have a pretty good sense of humor. Dr. Jessica even wrote a personalized email to check that I had a good experience with her practice. I've gone to plenty of dentists that seemed more like factories than healthcare, and this was a refreshing change!

I wanted to like this place after being recommended to it by a friend. The dentist is nice but.. I’ve never been afraid to go to the dentist or had a bad experience until now. I went in for fillings today and the dr. Drilled my teeth down, i was told i needed a crown after my tooth was grinded down so i didn’t have much choice (i got a filling bc that was $35 and a crown would be $625 but was essentially told that my tooth will probably break) then the receptionist did 2 of my fillings.. this is where I got really uncomfortable and upset. I’ve never had anyone but a dentist do actual dental work.. I’m going to look into this because I’m really concerned as to why the dentist didn’t do this. I expressed my concerns to the receptionist and she was visually annoyed and responded “well I do more fillings then she (the dentist) does” ummmmm didn’t the dentist go to school for 8+ years for this? I trust her. Over all I left today sad and never wanting to go to a dentist again.

The staff is punctual and so communicative. I was attempting to be a new patient here. I set up an appointment, gave them my initial info etc. Then I ran into a big work emergency and could not make my appointment. I asked to reschedule (this was after I had missed my appointment by 20 minutes) and they just plain said no. I asked their reasoning and they just said I couldn't reschedule. Meaning i Have to go elsewhere. If I had missed multiple appointments this is understandable but for me to miss one due to a work emergency and to straight turn me away? Ridiculous. I'd rather go somewhere else if this is how this office operates. Glad I found out earlier than later on.

This is the best dental experience I have ever had. The team over at Abundant Smiles met, beat, and exceeded my expectations for the visit. I have had quite a bit of dental work done and have had some horrible experiences. From the very first call with them, I felt instantly taken care of. Their intake process is perfect in terms of a patient like myself. They ask if you have had any bad experiences, what your health background is, and if you have anxiety around dentistry. When you arrive, you're greeting with a smile in a warm and friendly environment. The space is impeccable, and Dr. Jessica Mervau is nothing but pleasant to be around. The receptionist told me she was going to transfer me to the doctor, I wasn't transferred and after being on hold for 5 minutes I was put on with the Office manager who was not only short with me, but rude on the phone. The office is clean and crispy decorated, complete with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere made possible by the staff. They really try their best to make your experience a pleasant but helpful one and are straightforward with their offerings, how your insurance will cover it, and what it may mean going forward. Drs. Jess and Jon are 2 of the best dentists i’ve ever been to, and Abundant smiles is definitely my favorite clinic. The place is brand new, squeaky clean and really modern. Having younger dentists means they spend more time getting to know their patients and their needs or concerns so that they can give the best treatment possible. I’m definitely a convert to Abundant Smiles and have recommended it to all of my local friends and family. I visited Dr. Mervau’s office yesterday based on a recommendation and was so happy to confirm that I’ve found my new dentist in Denver! The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to, and they are very honest about what’s going on with your teeth but did not seem pushy at all about their recommendations when you have an issue (and I have several since I hadn’t found a dentist I like in Denver before this visit). It feels like they’re partners in your dental care and also just good, friendly people. They also maintain a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend for anyone in the Denver area who’s looking for a good dentist!
