Dr. Whitestone & the hygenists (been worked on by at least 3) that work here are very good at what they do. Had everything from root canals, filling, to cleaning, and its always been a pleasant experience. Never had any billing issues/surprises, and the ladies at the front desk do a great job considering how busy the practice is.

BE SUPER CAREFUL about their billing system. I asked about the cost a couple of times before hand, and after giving me a low estimate, and confirmed the amount after my procedure is done, they sent me another bill of almost $500, and threaten to send to the collective agency afterwards. Too bad this happened cuz the dentist is pretty good.

Just left from a wonderful dentist appointment this morning. This practice is available early so I am able to get in before work. It was pleasant, professional, thorough, and efficient. I moved here recently from out of state and had to find a new dentist from a family dentist I had seen for over 20 years. I would recommend this practice to anyone! Well done.

I was looking for a 2nd opinion and lower prices because I don't have dental insurance. I called 4th Avenue Family Dentistry yesterday. I was able to get in for a free consultation today and was very happy I made the decision to go. Dr. Braun is amazing, super nice and has a great side manner to the chair. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease. I came in for an opinion on a crown replacement and 2 cavities. My crown was fine and the ONE cavity I had he was able to fill right then without removing the crown. I was so pleased to only pay a fraction of what I was anticipating at my prior dentist office. I'm so glad I took a chance calling around and found Dr. Braun and the practice. Just wish I would have done this years ago!! Great location and parking too!

10 Stars and then some! If you are seeking a new dentist, afraid of the dentist, or haven't been in years this is THE BEST practice in the country. I have a long history in healthcare, customer service and am very selective on who I enroll to be my Dr. This far exceeded my expectations on bedside manner, kindness, and patient care. Dr. Chad Braun is truly the most extraordinary and remarkable dentist. This practice treats you like family, maybe even better ;) Don't walk, run to 4th Ave Family Dentistry!

When I contacted this office as a new patient I was told the only available appointment would be in 3 months. I had no immediate needs and I was referred by a friend so I was willing to deal with this minor inconvenience. I confirmed my appointment through their email system 2 days prior. The evening before my 7:00 AM appointment I received a phone call but no voicemail. When I showed up at the office at 6:45 AM for my exam I was told that nobody could see me. Making matters worse I was made to feel as though it was my fault. I was told, "Something must be wrong with my voicemail." My experience with this place was inconvenient, frustrating and a complete waste of valuable time.

Used to love this office. Due to the snow storm I was going to be slightly late(as I’m sure many other patients were going to be) when I was almost to the office I was told I would need to reschedule. I get policies, but in inclement weather, having 0 inflexibility is just bad business. Plenty of other great dentists in Denver. Take your business elsewhere, you’ll be happy you did.

This place has the worst communication I have ever seen. Initially I was to be seen by the doctor and asked how much it would be. They told me I would pay for the time in the chair, so I opted out as I was told that I had no issues with my teeth. I opted to keep my cleaning appointment an hour later. The lady at the desk told me there would be no cost associated, I asked again to double check, she said it was fully covered. Then I get in for the cleaning and am told it is $156 because the doctor has to see me. Don’t go here, bad communication, subpar service.

Highly recommend this place. Me and my fiancé where traveling through Denver and she broke a crown. 4th Avenue got us in immediately and even fixed the crown at no charge. Entire staff was very professional and courteous.

The doctors at 4th Ave Family Dentistry are all part of an ongoing SCAM along with Endodontics of Cherry Creek and Oral Surgery of the Rockies. They will not even really look at you and find any stupid reason to refer you to another office who will also charge you for not doing anything to then be sent else where to finally get the help you need. Dipping into your pocket for doing nothing then in turn your insurance will not cover any of the other visits because insurance companies only cover 1 evaluation every certain time. So you will end up paying 3 doctors and your insurance will NOT cover anything else. SCAM I do not recommend this clinic AT ALL Highly impersonal the Dr. acted like he was on meth or extreme amounts of caffeine. He spoke a billion miles a sec and basically pushed me off to the next scammer to take my money. COLORADO is ROTTEN with this. I recommend going out of state you will likely be better off.

I've been going here for a few years now, longer than any other dental practice in my life. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist and it's just no big deal for me anymore. Suzy is the best hygienist I've ever encountered. Gentle but very thorough (and easy to talk to). Dr. Whitestone is my dentist and I've been fortunate enough to not require any special services in the time I've seen him. My last dentist wanted to schedule work on something every time I came in for a cleaning. Dr. Whitestone always puts me at ease as opposed to intimidating me into unnecessary work. I love the careful yet no-nonsense approach of this practice.

It truely is in the name, "Family Dentistry" bec they make you feel like family. The entire staff there is friendly and you feel like you are at home, not in a dentists chair, which is comforting. I actually dont mind going to the dentist, in fact i look forward to it!

Excellent practice! Everyone in this office is very professional and friendly. Office is very clean and pleasant. My doctor was Dr. Braun and my kids loved the office visit. They were a bit a afraid at the beginning, but after talking to him, they were relax and ready for the action. He was very sweet and I totally recommend parents to take their kids with this doctor . As a father, he has a very special sense of humor to help the kids to understand the importance of visiting the dentist. They specially loved the visit to the awesome treasure box. This office also has excellent and friendly hygienists. Totally recommended for children and adults.

I'm totally unsurprised to see that this practice is so well-reviewed. I've been to a dozen dentists in my life, usually choosing based on some combination of internet reviews, proximity to my home, and randomness. I'm done searching now: this is my dentist. There are no TVs mounted to the ceiling. They don't upsell me into laser gum topography scans or infrared whitening or whatever. They take care of my teeth, they charge fair prices, and they do a good job.

AWFUL. My hygienist cancelled on me after I changed my entire work schedule around, went to reschedule the appointments and Cassandra (who is probably the biggest idiot I have ever talked to) didn’t understand what I needed. Finally after 10 minutes of explaining, the appointments were made. Somehow, of course they were for the wrong dates and the office was calling me saying I was late for an appointment I didn’t even make. To top if all off, I asked for my records several times through the idiot, Cassandra and never received them. My new dentist had to call several times as well. AND they claimed falsely through my insurance that I had a teeth cleaning done which never happened. Literally worst office ever, never had such a headache. They’re literally biting more than they can chew.
